Brought my car in for some steering problems and Frank was extremely timely in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also helped us make sure another car of ours was not needing significant work. He is top notch, honest, affordable, and his turnaround time is amazing. Would HIGHLY recommend him for any auto repair needs, and will be referring my friends and family to him in the future!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my truck here one year ago for an oil change and brakes. When my truck was finished I went over immediately to pick it up and the two workers were in the office to the side. It took them 10 minutes to notice I was there and in the meantime, I listened to one of them brag to the other about how he yelled at his wife until she cried... over a fight about a garden hose. After paying $800 for an oil change, 2 brake pads, and 2 new rotars, he gave me a list of parts needing replaced and an estimate for $5,000. Today, I took my truck to a different mechanic for a second opinion expecting things to be in worse condition since it has been a year. There was nothing wrong with my truck! They didn't have a single part they wanted to replace. This man was clearly taking advantage of me and I would not recommend this place to anyone.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Got my power steering replaced here and it works great! Even when the hose went out and needed to be replaced Frank was able to diagnose and fix it under warranty, and get it back to me a few hours later. I got nothin but good things to say about this shop :)

The most thorough and trustworthy service I have ever had regarding any car of mine being serviced. We took our car due to the car stopped driving above 30mph and we thought it was the transmission but turned out to be something much expensive and also found out that we we needed front brakes and very thankful of Frank and Sondra for their help and savings and honesty. If I took my car to a transmission shop and said that I think my transmission is shot, how many shops out there wouldn t try to sell me a rebuilt transmission? So happy for the service and not only that, the car was looked over entirely and a couple of other minor things were noticed and fixed before any other major issues showed up! The best place you could ever take your care and my wife and I are so thankful for Frank and Sondra and happy to recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Brakes, Oil change

We had our daughters car brought here when it died in the middle of a grocery store parking lot the night before. Frank arranged to have a tow truck pick up the car and bring it to the shop.Because of the kind of car, it wasn't a cut-and-dried problem, but Frank's team figured out what was wrong with it and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it.They were very honest and didn't try to sell us a bunch of BS. We definitely would recommend Advantage Auto Repair to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Frank was so helpful and a great guy to work with. I really appreciate his open and honest communication. He knew exactly what our car needed and even stayed late the evening that we dropped the car off to make sure the part was ordered so that we could have the car ready to go the next day. Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop.

Front turn signal blinker had burned out and needed to be replaced. I bought the part myself and tried to install it (watched a guide online), but the blinker light was pretty far down in and I couldn't see/reach it confidently, so my wife brought my car in to Advantage to have it replaced (with part provided). They charged $60 for 20 minutes of labor. Unreal.She said the service was prompt and the employees were friendly and nice. So if you don't care about price, I guess this would be a pretty good place to go.We moved to Parker about a year ago and have been looking for an auto repair place we trust to go to consistently. I guess we will keep looking.

I have been using Frank and Advantage Auto for years. I was nice to find a auto mechanic who was knowledgeable, extremely skilled, AND had a high degree of integrity. He has assisted us in repairs, regular mainenance (like oil changes), tires, and even checking out cars the we were thinking about purchasing. All these services were done in a reasonable amount of time and money. Frank is definitely my auto repair go-to-person!

Frank was able to get me in the same morning I called. I thought I needed a new water pump and I did. I needed a new serpentine belt also. I also needed new control arms as one of them totally blew out. I told Frank about a long lingering problem I had that no other mechanic in town was able to fix. Frank had it figured out in 30 seconds...rubbing sheet metal! Lubricated a few spots and problem solved! Talent, Skill, Service! Know-how applied. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back as needed. These repair were done a few weeks ago and all is great! I Highly recommend Frank and Advantaged Auto Repair.

I really like Frank at Advantage Auto Parker. I've had 3 repairs done in the last year or so and they were done right and at a reasonable price. I've done most of my own repairs and maintenance on my cars my entire life (OK, so I exaggerated a bit here LOL - since I was 16) so I'm a pretty good judge of the integrity of an auto repair shop. To sum up, I'll be back again.

I have been going to Advantage Auto Repair of Parker for over 10 years and have always had the best service. Frank goes above and beyond when working on my vehicles and I know that I can trust him to fix the vehicle right every time. Best of all Frank knows his customers personally and that means alot. I cannot see myself ever using anyone other than Advantage Auto Repair.

The best auto repair shop! They have helped me look at my Jeep, my sisters car, and even my sisters boyfriends car. They have great customer service and always made all of us smile. They also kept us updated on our vehicles and what was wrong. They even told us prices and truly worked to solve our vehicle problems.

I stopped to ask about an estimate on a rear wheel bearing replacement after having been told by another repair shop that it was bad. Frank asked a few questions and said that he didn't think that it was bad but would do a closer check if I could bring it back the next day. I did and he immediately drove the vehicle and brought it back to the shop and raised it off of the ground. He confirmed what he believed, that it was normal. NO CHARGE! That is what I call personal service.

Brought my 2008 Jeep Commander in for the 1st time on an urgent basis. Frank confirmed I needed a new starter/solenoid. He also noticed the heat shield was missing between the starter and the exhaust manifold underneath. He was unable to locate one, so he created his own. Highly knowledgeable, creative, and goes the extra mile. Nice facilities too. Appreciated that he ensured I had a ride home.

Best mechanic I have ever been too.He worked more than was expected on my truck and gave me a very fair price for his work.He even has a 12 month or 12,000 mile guarantee. He was easy to work with and always answered my questions with patience.Wouldn t go anywhere else!

Worst shop experience ever. I normally work on my own cars (I build race cars) but I had the extended warranty and went here based on the reviews. The had the truck for months and they charged the insurance company almost 4 thousand dollars and still didn't fix the problem. They told me it was going to be another 3 grand to fix and the insurance company said no way! We took it to another shop to find that Advantage had mis-installed the timing belt. Advantage also said it needed a thousand dollars in brakes but Just brakes redid everything for 3 hundred. I can only surmise the good reviews were from people that just don't know cars very well.

Word of mouth is how we were referred to Advantage Auto Repair of Parker, CO a couple years ago. I work for the government (cannot give that agency's name away) and many repair shops took advantage of tax payers money with high repair costs which was really upsetting me as I am in charge of that money. When we started going to Frank I found his prices to be fair and his diagnosis of repairs to be spot on. We continue to work with Frank as he has never let us down on any repairs.

Frank repaired our 09 Sonata in 24 hours (would've been faster I think, but he had to wait for parts). He was upfront, dianosed the issue very quickly, and ordered parts immediately.Will be returning to him for any future problems.Thanks Frank!And to the 1 negative review (D55 guy)...I know cars ok and can tell you this shop is very fair. Will refer anyone who asks to Frank.

Excellent service for the last minute client like me! Had an unplanned afternoon off and was in the area. Needed an oil change pretty bad for my truck. Called three other shops and they all hemmed and hawed like they didn t want the business. Forgot that these guys did some work about ten years ago and gave them a call. Said bring it right over and we ll square you away! Good service, friendly folks and they don t mind working hard when things don t line up perfectly with their schedule. Good work guys! We ll be back soon!

I don't know what some of you are talking about. I had my car serviced at Advantage and it was excellent, cost just what they said it would, and it was done on time. It was also cheaper than going to the dealer.

Had O2 censor replaced. Quoted me a price but when I went to pick it up, it was 100 dollars more than quoted. Said they sent the wrong censor. Would have been nice to receive a phone call for some advance warning that it would 100 more than originally quoted, especially since I had spoken with him earlier in the day.

Had an oil change done. No issues and exceptional customer service. Stayed open for a bit after officially closing so I could come pick up my car. Would recommend to anyone.

I had my brakes and rotors done as well as an oil change. Traveled from NC 1800 miles. He saved my calipers. Will be back!
