I went to this location to purchase a new battery. The employee I spoke to had a difficult time locating my account in their system. I was told this location is using the old computer system and has not received the new system. I waited patiently for several minutes as another employee came to the rescue and found my account in the system. They had trouble deciding the exact battery for our vehicle even though I gave them the vehicle description (year, make, model, etc). After waiting several more minutes, I agreed that I would purchase their recommendation for a battery and asked them if I could bring it back if it was the wrong battery. The employee replied, " once you purchase this, you cannot bring it back for an exchange or refund per the Store Managers policy." I asked to speak with the Store Manager on duty and was told he was on vacation in Hawaii. If a customer purchases an item and doesn't open/use it, then the right thing would be to exchange or refund your money back. Obviously, this is a training issue that needs to be addressed starting at the top. We been coming to this location for several years. I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere.

10 Stars! Jayden is absolutely amazing. I came in to this store a full blown stress monster. My husband bought the rear rotors and we needed the front rotors. Jayden was calm and so unbelievably helpful. You just do not get service like this anymore anywhere. I will shop no where else and I HIGHLY recommend this store and Jayden to help you. Thank you for being there and what amazing, professional service!

Apparently UPS doesn't pick up here regularly. Was told it could be "weeks" before my packages go out. Time to take a stand, Advanced Auto Parts, and make UPS do their job. Daily pickups are supposed to be the norm.

I purchased two Die Hard Platinum batteries for my diesel truck here about a year ago (Parker store on the corner of Parker Rd. and Hess) when I was having trouble with my truck starting last week, I brought it in to their location, they tested both batteries and found out that one was bad. Without any issues or problems, they removed it and replaced it for me at no cost . I thought for sure there would ve been some type of issue or hassle with the warranty but they went above and beyond to help!!!! I have chose this store for all my truck needs because of their outstanding customer service!!! Thank you gentlemen for all your help and I will continue to bring all my business to your location, cheers!!!Follow up...it's been 11 months since my post above and the service at this location is still top notch!! I had an issue with my batteries again (other battery this time) and I worked with Dale and Madi last night. Dale came out and checked my batteries and alternator in the freezing cold and everything came back good except one of the batteries tested bad. Madi took care of the warranty transaction while Dale helped me swap the battery out in the dark & cold. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and these two went above and beyond to help out!!! This is why I only go to this Advanced Auto Parts for my Ram and 4Runner needs!! Cheers guys and thanks again for helping me last night!!! : )

Amazing staff. Alijha, Connor, and Mitch are all fantastic and hilarious people. Everyone in this store has a good sense of how to properly talk to customers and actually aid in helping find parts. This is my go-to parts shop.

How come every time I come to any advance particularly this one and I always leave without what I need saying "should have just went to O'reilly's". Also your staff is very rude and have very poor customer service. Kinda sad being that's how your company makes money... I will probably end up comming back as I am always at auto parts stores so hopefully when I do it's a little bit better and I can re do this review.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS ! This might be the worst parts store I have ever seen. I found what I was looking for on their shelf. Went to pay for it and it did not rig up for the price on the shelf. I took the guy back to the shelf and showed him the marked price. He says" oh that is our old price" I said so how is anyone supposed to know the correct price? He says," I'm telling you the correct price now"One month later I am in the store because it is on my way home.. 3 different displays for brake cleaner that is on sale for $4.79 per can. One at the entrance of the store , one at the end of the middle isle and one on the shelf with the rest of the brake cleaner. I grab 4 cans and go to register, pay and leave. Later I check my receipt and find that they charged me $5.79 per can not $4.79. That was my last straw with that store! I gladly go somewhere else!

I stopped by Sunday afternoon to get a new battery and installation in a RX350. The representative in the store told me they couldn't install the battery because it took too long and I needed to take it to a Lexus dealer to do it. This is of course not true. I took it to their store in Castle Rock and had a new battery installed in 10 minutes. Not sure if he was lazy or mis informed, but would skip this location in the future

This is a well kept secret. You have probably driven by the store and missed it. We bought special screws to prevent someone from easily taking our license plate off our car. Very helpful employees!

I asked for a battery charger, the kids leads me to a $229 charger and says "I recommend this one."I said: I need to charge a battery only a couple times a year.He said: Yep, this will do it.I'm all about having the right tool for the job, but this thing can charge semi trucks all day long. I went to Walmart and got one for 60 bucks. My daughter's Mazda 6 doesn't know the difference.

Stopped to get some oil and it was very expensive. I also needed my engine light checked. Very rude response and no thank you for the purchase. I will have to go somewhere else for the light. I will never be back here!

The Advanced Auto Parts website and Facebook page, and the Google listing all say you're open until 8pm on Sunday, but I go by the store and you're closed at 6pm?? I think someone is confused on the closing time!!Also my order was cancelled without any explanation? First it was ready then it was cancelled? What gives? Terrible customer service experience!

What a terrible group of staff, I went on Saturday bought some parts for exhaust including a 3/8ths O2 Socket and an O2 sensor, realizing that night there was better prices for O2 sensors and I have only 1/2in. I went in Sunday with my receipt and was turned away because of the packaging having wear. I NEVER installed or USED either, they did accept a return that was part of the order but STOLE the ORIGINAL receipt. Now I am left wondering whether it is worth going to my bank because the liars at this location have no honor in your companies return policy. That is not the way to treat customers. Not going to that location again,

I went to this store and the person stocking the shelf in the area I was trying to find an item said it s over there and looked away, I went to the counter and talked to the counter representative, very young, and he had no idea what I was asking for. All I wanted was a new battery cable! I went to Walmart and they were very helpful gave me everything I needed! I really hate going to this store.

I got there at 7:35 and they were supposed to be open at 7:30. The employee who has the key didn't show up until 7:47. Two other employees were there who don't have keys. They didn't have any of the things I needed in stock. After digging around I finally found enough parts to get my project mostly done. I don't drive an obscure vehicle either, they should have filters and parts in stock for a 2016 F150. They have several different prices marked on the same oil around the store. The shelf said 21 and it rang up at 23, kind of a disorganized mess here. 2 stars because the guy was nice and did discount it back to price it said it was on the shelf where I got it. I will probably come back for my next maintenance project, but still I wish they would get their act together.

A dealership didn't bother to give my lugnut key back so I came to find a new one and get new brakes. Dude working was super put out by us asking if they had the part and asking to see it. He did answer our question but he was short and rude. It was a minor part and I needed brakes too but forget that I'll get it from O'Reilly who cheerfully looked it up on the phone and offered to match the lugnut key by the pattern on our photo.

My battery died on me while I was out with my kids tonight. I was able to get my car jumped so that I could drive over to the Advance Auto store off of Parker Rd and Hess Rd. An employee named Riley was incredibly helpful with me purchasing a new battery and also offered to help remove my old battery and replace it with the new one. It was a pretty stressful ordeal but Riley helped alleviate much of the stress by removing and putting in the new battery for me, forever grateful for the help. Thanks Riley and Advance Auto Part Store.

I went into Advanced Auto Parts in Parker Colorado today (06/15/22 4:26pm) - 12332 S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134 Jared Kipman - store associate made the sale. (Cashier JC00843709) Purchased a car battery. Jared Kipman never told me about Auto Nation's Refund Policy on Electronics. He never mentioned that electronics are not refundable, nor does the receipt mention anything about electronics and the refund policy. I paid $218.15 for a new battery that was never used. Since the clerk failed to inform me of Auto Nation's electronics return policy, I am well within my rights to receive a full refund.

These guys are great. Had a check engine light come on and my engine was missing. They identified the code and recommended a gas treatment. Added the treatment and after driving about 10 miles the engine ran smooth and light went away. They saved me a few hundred on potential repairs.

Went to buy lights from this advance and had the pleasure of dealing with two employees Don and his manager Brian that have no idea what their talking about and refused to take back a return when they sold me the wrong product. Avoid this store these guys have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Store is mismanaged and I will never be returning. Also brought a battery here and the staff lost my battery. What a joke of a place. Go to autozone or the advance on the other side of town this place is 0 star.

I thought I'd save time going in early, but the store was staffed by one kid who could not answer a question and moved like a slug. Why even open early if you can't help customers? Hilarious. Don't bother answering "We're sorry about your experience." It only underscores your own indifference.

Don't shop here. They are marking up there prices in the system and not changing the prices on the shelf. They hope you don't notice. If you tell them, they say there sticker printer is broken and there too short staffed to change it. There where 3 guys standing around doing nothing. Take your business else where

Google says that you close at 9. Sign on the store says closes at 8. Store actually closed at 7. No voicemail message so I drove to this location to get a starter for a friend that broke down. It only takes a moment to update your hours and keeps people from wasting hours of their day.
