I needed a new battery, and Travis had me in and out of there in about 10 minutes, and checked to make sure my alternator wasn t the problem. Great service!

I had gone to Advance Auto parts for a battery issue. Travis and Justin really put out the top notch customer service mat, and did everything in their power to help me out of a very frustrating situation. These guys care about the customers that visit their store, and it shows. When you need things for your car or truck, it's worth the time to go see these guys. Come hear all the time. Usually has great customer service with the exception of tonight the older gentleman named John was not only rude but had no regard for customer service and or their own product I am appalled he still has a position here. I will not be back!!! Not as long as he is here anyway!

Angelica was so helpful - my battery was not able to start the car; after testing she recommended a long drive to give the battery time to charge - BINGO, solved the problem and didn't try to sell me anything - Customer for life!

Looking for headlight bulbs for a 2016 ram 1500. So bought the LED headlight bulbs which were 100 dollars. I asked the young representative if these were right headbulbs H11. He said yes. Then told me they have a strict return policy. I said as long as they fit. Pulled the other old bulb from the truck, and turns out they were 9005 style. Went back to see if I can do an exchange, the manager said sorry you bought the headlight bulbs and no return. The rudest manager I have ever experienced and lost 100. Won t be coming back to this store location because a young man representative doesn t have any knowledge, and the young girl manger has the rudest attitude towards customers and provided no help whatsoever.Went to Advance Auto Parts right down the road in Parker, their return policy is 90 days. Highly recommend AutoZone Parts instead of Advance auto parts .

The store manager Matt and his team were most courteous and helping me with a dead car battery issue. In addition to lending me a portable jump starter, one of the team members came over to help. Very thankful and impressed!

If you need auto parts this is the Advanced Auto Parts to go to in Parker!! I've come here a couple times, last time I needed a new battery, and they had what I needed in stock, and even installed it for me, super helpful! This time I needed an air filter, they had what I needed again, and it was easy to order and pickup. This store is a little farther than others but I've had such good experiences here it's worth the drive. The staff is friendly, the prices are right and they usually have coupons when you order online for pickup! Would recommend and will be back!

Went to advance auto parts on Lincoln Ave in parker co on June 7. The immature girl who was left in charge to close that store was sitting and playing on the computer. She rudely interrupted me as I was talking to the person checking me out. . Then I walked back in the store and she yelled at me saying the store was closed but the door was unlocked. Then she just kept shaking her head at me even after I got in my car. I will never buy from advance again. That makes the second location that has no customer service skills. And loose the nose ring. U look stupid

This is a good place to find a good variety of items for vehicles. Unfortunately they didn't carry what we were looking for. We still go here for a lot of our auto accessories.

It's always well organized and the employees are friendly. Although I haven't needed their help thus far, they will install certain replacements and check your battery for free. I think that's a really neat, unique feature of this chain and one that might come in handy if you're not car savvy.

This is like the local parts store I went to with my dad, growing up. Good guys - had everything you'd need. Willing to take the time to help you through a problem. No B.S., just good honest service. Shout-out thanks to GM Justin and John. You just don't find customer service like this anymore.

I called to the store to ask about a battery replacement. The gentleman told me they had the battery in stock. I asked if they are able to change it out for the make and model of car. He stated it would take about 30 min. I send my mother in law there and they tell her they don't/can't change the battery out. I call to ask why they weren't able to change it and I was told that they would have to look at the car, examine it, and that they aren't a shop. I get all of this and understand this. If this was the case, he should have told me up front that they might not be able to change the battery out and I would have sent my mother in law directly to a repair shop. On the phone, I told him I wished he had just told me that when I spoke to him earlier. At that point, he hung up on me. A min later, I answer a call on my cell and the caller hangs up. I call back and Advance picks up. I tell them that someone hung up on me and she hangs up again. I've always had good experience with this store but man...

Got help with testing out my battery, alternator and starter from an extremely friendly and helpful gentleman. He also helped me pick out my oil and got me the good deal (bundle) on Mobile 1. I wish I knew his name because he really goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.First time at this location since moving and I'll definitely be back.06/2022 Edit: I have been back a lot of times since my last review and have had great help from David every time. Just wanted to clarify here that David is an incredibly nice and helpful person.

Needed a new battery after mine died in the neighboring King Soopers parking lot. David was so helpful. Did the battery, starter, and alternator test, and showed me exactly what was going on. Installed the new battery and even cleaned up some of the old corrosion. Re did the test and showed me how everything was back to good with a new battery. Amazing customer service. Much appreciated.

Ross and David are great! My brother and I came here due to some issues with a battery he got at the same location about 2 years ago. Ross helped us through the warranty process flawlessly and even helped install a loaner battery on my brothers vehicle while they test the old battery. We greatly appreciate it!

Justin Lyons, store s GM, was unbelievably professional and knowledgeable. I feel more safe going to talk to Justin at Advance Auto Parts rather than a car mechanic because I know he s diagnosing issues based off of troubleshooting and not based off of how much money can I get this guy for. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.Thank you Justin for saving me over $2300!!!

I was recently laid off, I didn't share this information with anyone at Advance. A woman their, sorry I can't remember her name, exchanged out my warped brake rotars that I had bought around 6 months ago. I brought them in and she exchanged them out with new ones. Turns out this fixed my brake issues. I went to the other advance in Parker previously and they weren't willing to even give a discount. I've been going to the Advance off Lincoln for over 15 years. Best people, best customer service! Only place I'll ever go.

Visited the Parker location. Got to the counter with two associates working and was ignored. Waited another few min and still no help. I don't really like to complain but where I come from associates stop their busy work to help customers. Stores wonder why big companies like Amazon are taking over. I just set my stuff down and went to a competitor down the street. There I was greeted, helped and thanked for coming in by a manager on the way out the door.

Needed a battery replaced, guy came out and helped right away without any problems. Realized they had the wrong battery and the ones at the store would take a long time to get to as they were on the bottom of some pallets so he hopped in his own car and went to another store to get the right battery. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and kind staff. Definitely recommend this store

I went to a different Advance Auto Parts but they told me I needed to drive to this one to exchange my battery core because they are a newer store. I drove all the way there and the employees apparently decided to close three hours early. They close at 9pm but I arrived at 545pm and the doors were locked with the employees smoking out back. I asked if I could return the battery and they just went back inside and stuck a sign on the door that they decided to close early. I d definitely like some gas money for driving all the way to their store for no reason.

15 min to get 1 quart of oil while employees argue with other customers. I felt like my face was melting off. Never again Advanced, even if you sponsor Gears and Gasoline, never again!

The young man that helped me check my battery was very helpful in checking my battery. I was concerned that I may have needed a new one. He kindly explained why I didn't need one for a while and my battery was fully charged. I didn't get his name but he said he just started working there. I will be going back thanks to the kind young man.

Sam C absolutely disrespectful individual to deal! I went there to pick up an online order there was one customer in front me and when It was my turn! Sam C the cashier in very condensing way greeted me by saying whats! Going on Buddy! No courtesy or respect or welcome! And at the checkout he call me buddy again! That s when I told him not call me buddy I am 44 years old man and he is half of my age I could be your father! I believe it s a family thing when someone grow up with family that have no respect for themselves or others and that s the kind of products you get in society like Sam C!
