I have been going to see Thom through two vehicles. I always feel like my car is in the best of hands. His prices are totally fair and the work is impeccable. Highly recommend for all minor or major issues!

Great experience with excellent customer service and quality repairs.I brought my car in for service and FM wasn t going to have the part until after the weekend. FM called me so that I could have a vehicle while we were waiting for the part. All my interactions were positive, and the pricing was actually $5 under the estimate.My mom recommended this place from positive NextDoor Reviews. I ve already recommended this place to a friend.

Highly recommended! We have been using Thom and team for several years. In this case, I had my Honda Pilot towed there and Thom quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue getting us back on the road.

Last week, I left a message for Facinelli Motors schedule a repair to my car's HVAC system. Mrs. Facinelli promptly called me back and scheduled my my car for a diagnostic.Not wanting to be without a car for too long, I dropped off my car the evening before the appointment. Mr. Facinelli called me the next morning to give me a price for repairs, which I accepted. To my pleasant surprise, my car was repaired and ready before the end of the day!When my wife and I picked up our car, we found the staff to be very caring, competent and courteous. Facinelli Motors is indeed your friendly neighborhood service center!

My brother has been bringing his cars to Facinelli s for years. I started bringing my Honda to them a couple years ago. It s the first mechanic I ve ever gone to where I trust their estimates and they re not giving me insane cost estimates

I wish I could give 0 stars, in short my family used facinellis for years so I never thought my experience would be such a nightmare. I had my car (Toyota rav4) taken in to get checked bc my traction control when I break kept slipping even the slightest when I break. Told me he didn t know what I was talking about and said the cars fine, nothing wrong with it (after saying they did a full evaluation and drove it around) not even a day later I break down in the middle of the night. I get it towed to their shop and call when they opened to let them know I again broke down and got it towed there, Ilene said they don t write down why the car got dropped off, she ll just have Tom look at it. I get a text a couple days later saying they don t know why the rav4 got towed in and if I could explain why . he fixes a belt and water pump with possibly the cheapest part you could get (I fully believe you get what you pay for) not to mention I didn t get my car back for weeks and had about over a tank of gas when it got dropped off, it was completely empty when I got it back. in result I broke down once again couple days and was pretty much belittled via text (i have screenshots). The communication between Tom and Ilene either doesn t exist or they re scummy business people who just get their business through being popular. Please just make the drive to the springs or castle rock even.P.S I sold the car to my sisters boyfriend who works on cars, after looking at the rav 4 he was appalled by the work Tom and his crew did, said it looked like amateur work/: oh and my breaks were BARE! He couldn t wrap his head around how Tom told me nothing was wrong with my breaks. Also broke the latch to open up my hood. Truly a nightmare.

Came here on a referral from a neighbor. The AC in my car stopped working and my wife had taken it up to a firestone to have its oil changed. While there, they said that the air compressor was busted and was the cause of the leak. Tried to take her for >$1000.Take your vehicle here if you want honest service. Thom told me m compressor was fine and that it was a quick fix and charged me about $300. Huge difference! I had to wait a couple of weeks to get the car here, probably because people single out and choose this place because its a good shop. I'm glad someone told me about the place.The 5-star touch is he took the time to text us and ask if the AC was working as expected about a week afterward.Short Version: Trustworthy. Will be a repeat customer next time I need vehicle repair work.Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

My husband, Quinn, absolutely loves this place. He got his car back today (for the fourth or fifth time) and, as expected, he is ecstatic. In fact, with our history of positive experiences through Facinelli Motors, we made the decision to sell our Ford and buy a make/model that can be serviced through this location they make that much of a difference. They are honest, reliable, and fast. Thom and Eileen (owners) care more about helping their community of customers than making money it has been so apparent since we started using them for our vehicle issues. They text to check in on problems and will remind you of routine maintenance. We will never go anywhere else. Couldn t ask for a better mechanic.

We got lucky here! We actually moved into the neighborhood near the shop. They have worked on my wife's Kia twice now. Both times their prices were fair and the work was good. We had them repair leaking AC and replace a failing fuel injector. Facinellli has earned our business as for our experience they showed honesty on our issue with our Toyota from the start. We feared the worst in cost, although they diagnosed it as minor, with no significant charge to us. Our first-time using Facinelli. An honest true garage I recommend for the Monument Community!!! Facinelli Motors did a head gasket job on my 2006 Forester in April 2020 to correct an overheating problem. At the same time, they did the timing belt, water pump and front brake pads. It is now July and I have put 6000 miles on the car and it runs perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with their service, professionalism, and honesty. Their price was well below the dealer's estimate and they added extras like an oil change and new radiator cap at no charge. I am greatly pleased with their service and will become a long term customer because of this experience.

10/10 Service , turnover time and information given every time I go, always cut and dry on what needs to be done, how long before something happens next and doesn t try to sell you on unnecessary maintenance like a Subaru Dealership normally does. Having some car sense to talk with Thom or other techs really helps you understand the severity and other situations experienced with the car . Will always return when I can and encourage anyone else to go to avoid those astronomical dealer prices for services and maintenance. Been in Palmer Lake for a couple months now. I have never owned a nice car always had older cars to save money so I ve spent a lot of time in auto body shops. This has to be the best place I ve ever been they are quick and give you a good price. I feel like I ve found the mechanic I ve been looking for the last few years. A few years back I had my '94 Subaru Legacy repaired here. I had an oil leak, and another shop down in town told me they needed to replace the oil pump, valve cover gasket and main seal, and they quoted >$2000 to do everything. As I recall, Mr. Facinelli checked the car out and told me he was pretty sure that at least 95% of the leak was coming from the oil pump, and he recommended just fixing that. He did the work for about $1000, and I have never seen another oil spot in the garage since he did that work. I have had my Subaru in with him for other work, but this specific experience sticks out in my mind.

In general it can be tricky finding a car mechanic you can trust and who doesn't suggest work that is not totally necessary. I've taken my subaru outback to Thom for a few years now and feel confident that they do a good job.

This is the first time I've used Facinelli motors since I haven't had a Japanese car. His pricing was fair and the service was quick. They replaced the clutch and rear drive shaft on my 2000 Honda CRV. I plan to be back. They have tons of customers, and that is always a good sign. I did talk to Thom back in 2008 about my ex's Subaru Baja, when it needed a catilitic converter, and he said I should take it to the dealership since it would cost him more to get a converter than the dealership would charge for the job.

Thom and his staff are great to work with, honest and well-priced. The office is nice and clean and has wi-fi so I can work from the shop if needed. It s great to have a trusted mechanic for our Honda and Toyota vehicles!Botton Line: I can trust Thom.
