Thanks to Steve, Jason and the entire staff at Big Mission! Recently had my BMW 330 CI serviced for a faulty trunk latch.The work was done in a timely manner with the work being done correctly the first time. The cost was reasonable for the service performed and when you talk about European import work, this was a bargain.Steve holds his staff to an upper level of commitment and it is reflected in the way he treats his customers! Professional, friendly, polite and eager to help are the hallmarks of this business. The shop and waiting area are very clean.From here on out, I will deal with Big Mission for my BMW work.Don't need attitude or outrageous prices from dealer service departments. I will be back!

I have taken my car to Big Mission a couple of times now. They are consistently great. I feel they are experts at knowing what my BMW needs and provide wonderful service at a good value.

It's been a long time since I could trust a mechanic and not have to stick around and watch them do the work to my vehicle. But these guys are definitely trustworthy and honest which is rare nowadays. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Big Mission for the great work!!

Big Mission was able to diagnose the issue with my BMW. After this an appoint was made in a timely manner and the repair was done quite quickly. Even though I have not driven my car much since the repair, it appears the repair was done correctly.

After acquiring a very special car it came time to get it sorted. I researched and asked around within the community. The community spoke and recommended Big Mission! I love supporting a company that not only "Cares" but puts their words into action. I love supporting a repair facility that has a passion for racing. They helped me get my Porsche 986 maintenance all up to date and have plans to get some more major services done! If your looking for a mechanic for your Euro, Stop! Take it to Big Mission. Just wanted to start off I am writing this review not only because of the good conversation and work everyone does. Steve, Jason, and Trevor I have had the opportunity to speak with personally and it has always been a good experience. These gentleman do not deserve my trust but have rather earned it through their knowledge, work ethic, and flexibility inside schedules. Big props them for keeping me coming back on work I can t personally do and I am excited to have a shop I can come to with work in the future!

I am really happy to find such a professional & knowledgeable shop for service on my new to me 2014 Porsche Boxter S. Traveling back to Texas our car broke down on the interstate which was pretty scary, from the Geico roadside assistance, to the Veteran tow truck service, to Big Mission Motor we were highly impressed. The customer service and attentiveness while we waited on our car being fixed was unmatched. They really expedited our repair and were genuinely good people. We can tell they like what they do. I contacted Big Mission Auto to do major engine work on a long-time owned Mercedes. From start to finish the communication was fantastic. Always a good experience with Big Mission. You know in advance what you'll need and how much it will cost. They keep track of your car's normal maintenance needs so if you're a regular customer you'll be kept up with your car's schedule. You never feel they're trying to upsell you with things you don't need.

Our Mercedes just went over 100,000 miles and decided to break away from the dealership. Big Mission provided us with a scheduled service. The cost was much less and the service much better.

Great experience overall with my BMW 4series. Wanted them to check brakes and suspension and general inspection overall. They took the car out for a thorough test drive with me to understand my specific questions and concerns.
