I wanted to thank the people at Holladay / Tuller Auto Repair and share my expierence.I was on vacation with the Family traveling from Texas in our 2014 Ford explorer sport. I keep this car fully maintained and cared for. Prior to our trip I did the 120000 mile service changing fluids spark plugs and coils with motorcraft oem.Eyerything seemed good for the trip.After making the climb into Pagosa I noticed some random misfire. After parking for an hour when I went to start the car. It was missing so bad it would barely drive.I knew I needed a mechanic!I did some searching and went with a top rated shop I found online. When I arrived at my appointment he looked under the hood and said he did not have time to deal with ignition/ electrical issues.I was devastated and went on my way.Trying to think what to do. I went to a local auto parts store to get a replacement spark plug. They recommended holiday auto repair.Holladay was able to get me in the next morning. Shane, the owner, and one of the mechanics Will, were very receptive and told me they would diagnose to the best of their ability.I found them to be very competent caring and professional. Within an hour they had the coils and plugs out and it was determined that these were not OEM parts, but Chinese copies labeled as Ford Motorcraft. ( Amazon problem)They replaced all the plugs and coils, and made sure that the car was running correctly.All of this was done at a fair and reasonable cost with upmost care to my vehicle, my safety and my family.I personally highly recommend this shop to anyone and know that these people at Holladay auto repair have the best intentions. Shane the owner, has integrity and care for all of his customers. I know after being in the shop for three hours that his concern is quality work at a fair price but always keeping safety for the customer in mind. Some people don't realize how complex it is to be a mechanic and balance all of these issues.Your money and time is well spent with Holiday auto, I wish everyone the best expierence.

We've been customers of this shop for several years now. The continuity of the employees (in a town where no one can keep staff) speaks volumes for how good the work environment must be. Very happy with their service, prices, and auto work.

An ACTUAL HONEST MECHANIC. Unheard of, I know. We've been using Holladay Auto for years, and they're fantastic - honest, reliable, no price gouging - you can't go wrong. Even better since Shane the master mechanic took over ownership. Darrell is also fantastic. I have one vehicle that has had several suspension problems - today they did a courtesy repair because of a missed problem - how awesome is that? I never hesitate to recommend Holladay and will continue doing so.

This past week I was driving from Texas to Pagosa Springs. As I drove through New Mexico, my check engine light appeared. Nobody in New Mexico was willing to help me on such short notice. After many phone calls to shops both in Santa Fe, and near Pagosa Springs, Holladay Auto was the first to say that they could help me. I dropped my car off first thing the next day. The turnaround time was exceptional, as they had my car diagnosed and fixed within 6 hours, where everywhere else said it would take 2-3 weeks to even look at my car. The mechanic talked me through what was done clearly, and sent me on the road assured that my car was fine. I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you Holladay Auto!

I can t recommend Holliday Auto enough! My car had trouble when driving through Pagosa springs in August 23. They got me in same day and addressed my issue and they even picked me up and dropped me off so I didn t have to walk 3 miles to where I was staying! A coupleMonths later when I had an issue with the same thing, I took it back to them and they made things right. They also found and fixed another issue they found during that repair for free. Can t thank Shane and his team enough! They d be my regular mechanic if I lived in the area. Bonus is Envy the dog - she s a doll!!

Holiday Auto is a very competent mechanic shop. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, explained the repairs it needed, and fixed it in a timely manner. I have been screwed over by other mechanics in Pagosa Springs because I am a woman, but I feel Holiday Auto employees are honest, kind, and their prices are competitive. I like how they give you a detailed invoice explaining each and every repair on the vehicle. We were on vacation and arrived at Pagosa Springs, CO with transmission issues. Shane took time out to check things over and gave his cell phone number to call if we had any other issues. I have four vehicles that I have brought to Holladay. Two of which are snowplow vehicles which one, get very beat up, and two, when they go down, you need them repaired ASAP. I have used other auto services in town, and I do not want to talk ill of them. But I will say that I have found Holladay to be the most fair, fast and reliable! Turnaround times have been on point, prices are very competitive, and I have not had to go back to fix a repair. Shane and company are honest hard working mechanics. They will do whatever you ask regardless of job or scope. They are upfront on costs and work within your budget. Ellen is excellent at communicating what needs to be done and scheduling your vehicle. Shane is an excellent diagnostic and tries his best to fix all issues he finds. Couldn't be happier with the service provided or the care they put into their craft.

Was in town for a couple weeks and my control arms broke on my Denali. I took it into Holladay for repair. They maintained constant communication, lived up to their timelines, offered repair options and were very accommodating. I'm writing this review with over 1k miles driven after repair. Great crew!

These guys have worked on 3 different vehicles for me, they're always honest and very upfront about anything they're going to do and how much they expect it to cost. Shane is who I've had the most interaction with and he is so great. Took my car back 3 times within a month(1,000$) before they said body control module,mileage was 127+ when I took it in,my mileage is now 185+,WHY the HUGE difference?Never heard of any issues with vehichles that alter odometer readings,My car is still not right,now my security system is not working,my key clicker no longer works(new battery)which all worked before puting in shop,I'm not made of money.I now have to save $ to take it for a second diagnostic check to see why my security/key clicker is not funtioning.Very disappointed,Overall cs was very good.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

They are wonderful here. The guys do great work and prices are very good also. Length of time to do the work was good too not too much. I had my own parts and it wasn't a problem for them. I highly recommend using them for your next need!

After multiple failed attempts at other local repair shops we finally found Holladay Auto. Great customer service and very reasonable prices for everything that we have ever taken to them. Good communication and they always let me know if repair will be more than original quote. Recommend to all friends and family.

Called and they got me in the next morning. Dealership wanted to sell us a new turbo. Turns out it was a dirty sensor. Shane was super nice and knowledgeable. We were traveling though pagosa springs and our truck's air conditioning was acting up, it was 4 o'clock and and Google maps showed Holladay Auto. We called and they were so helpful and said bring the truck right by. I believe the mans name was shawn, he was so nice and fixed us right up!!! The pricing was fair too!! Good service!! If I am back in the area and have vehicle trouble I will definitely go back to Holladay Auto.

We were passing through a year ago and our pickup broke down pulling over wolf creek pass. The wrecker company suggested Holliday. Had some strange problems diagnosing the issue but they got it fixed without just throwing parts at it and was fair with the bill. I have been a mechanic in the past and have seen all kinds of bad repairs and these guys were some of the best I ve seen.

I travel all over the country and other countries in my Pickup Truck. I have a warranty. Most Mechanic shops look for things to find wrong. Not that anyone wants this. I know it's happened to me before in the past. When I took my truck here to do the driveline that was fixed two times before at another shop in Phoenix Az. Well that didn't last. I was hoping this shop would find other stuff wrong with my truck so I could get all fixed at once. Nope No dice at this shop. They had my truck Totally Checked out front to back. Nothing was wrong with it. Dang it Never in a million years would I thought a Mechanic Shop wouldn't find something wrong. I am Thankful that this shop is a Honest Shop. I had my oil changed in April. It was due for another one. I use Synthetic Oil "Castro" I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of that.
