We got a rock to the windshield during a road trip and NOVUS got us in the next morning. They advised us to repair the crack for now because replacement would be simpler once we got home. The crack was repaired in under an hour and is still going strong 2 weeks later.

I called with a question and was considering whether I needed to have my windshield replaced, and I got the best education about how it's made and how I should replace it after my extended camping trip, not before. I consider that excellent customer service!

Mary Beth and her crew were friendly, on time and did a great job for a great price. I felt bad because my windshield was so dirty from recent travel (and the reason we needed the repair) but she never said a word and repaired my windshield and left it spotless. Gave me a better quote than Safelite and it's a small local business so this was a pleasant surprise! Owners are so sweet and friendly, replaced my windshield good as new. Even gave me a ride to work when I dropped it off before the replacement! Thank you NOVUS!

Very good and rapid service to repair two chips on our RV windshield. They even came to our campground for the repair. Excellent service!

Outstanding!!! Safelite stood me up, so I called Novus the next morning, and they came out that same afternoon. A very nice lady with 20+ years of experience fixing windshields took care of it and did a beautiful job. I could not be more happy. This place was a lifesaver! I have a new highlander (with an expensive windshield) and we were on our way to Creede for a little get away and took a stone just outside of Durango. The crack was low and had already traveled by the time we stopped in Pagosa. Mary Beth to the rescue! She took us right away and filled and glued the crack and to my amazement it has not travelled! We went on gravel backroads in Creede and have since then been through car washes and all kinds of extreme weather. I think it's gonna hold! Thank you thank you!Service: Auto windshield repair

I was super bummed when my new car's windshield got hit with a rock on our way down from Denver, but Mary Beth was able to fit me in the next day and fix it right up! She was super knowledgeable and friendly - I would recommend Novus to anyone who needs windshield work!

Went to go get my chipped windshield repaired and ended up getting it cracked even more by the lady that worked on it. She offered absolutely nothing to make up for her mistake and told me just to wait til I get back to Austin to worry about it. Absolutely terrible service.

This place smells like croutons and pepper jack cheese. Just as I am walking my dog Porkie down the street last week I get the strongest waft of pepper jack. I don t get it nor do I want to understand. Please stop creating these scents
