I've gone to this place for years. Maybe I went on a bad day or something. Took a set of brand new tires to get changed out, for 80 bucks and a 20 dollar tip just to find out they were never balanced and all the sticky weighs were taken off. Pretty bummed because I always like to support small businesses, just can't though with this 1 especially when it comes to my children's safety. Paid $100 bucks for maybe $40 worth of work. I was wondering why the guy was surprised when I left a tip. Don't make the same mistake and trust lucero tires.

Outstanding crew. Zechariah and his help are the only place I do business with when it comes to tire businesses. Affordable/honest, and all the work ethic one could ask for. They had my "off" size tires ordered and ready for install in 1 day. Highly recommend.Thanks L.T.

They are very prompt and efficient here. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the tire pressure warning light came on a few weeks after we got the summer tires on and I found with our air compressor gauge that they were not inflated properly! One was 3 lbs over. 2 were 2 lbs under,(38 lbs is recommended.) Check yor tires if you use Lucero!!

Had a flat that at the end of the day denied access by another shop that was just too busy (lazy). Lucero on the other hand, despite us arriving late due to traffic detours around town, fixed us right up. If you need a flat fix, a used tire, snow tires swapped, or any other tire service, GO HERE FIRST! We must celebrate and support the good folks around us.

These guys were great! Super nice! We found out we had a flat close to 5pm. We called a couple of auto repair shops that closes at 5:30, they wouldn't take us in. Even though they close at 5, Lucero Tire told us to come. They fixed us up in 15 minutes.

Noticed that I had a tire slowly leaking down late one night. Went to Lucero Tire at 8:15 the next morning and they worked me in and found the screw causing the problem. Friendly, efficient, and a reasonable price for outstanding service. Call ahead if you can as they are well known locally and stay pretty busy.

We got a flat while visiting Pagosa today. I called up Lucero Tire and they were able to get us in within the hour. Awesome guys, great rates, friendly service. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

After four days of fun gravel filled adventures in our tiny rental car, we woke up to 22 psi on our right front tire. This was nerve wracking since we were headed out for a 5 hour drive back to Denver. Lucero Tires saw us immediately and let our kids hover as they wet down the tire, stuck it in water and troubleshot the leak. Eventually, unable to find a leak, they refilled the tire back up and put it back on the car - all for $10. We made it back to Denver with no problems and are thankful for their expertise, quick service and patience with us- it gave us peace of mind as we did the long drive back!

We were visiting Pagosa Springs from Denver for the long Memorial Day weekend and noticed a nail in our tire on Sunday night. I immediately started stressing, figuring no way would we be able to find a place that would be open to help us. I called right at 8am, and when we knew they were open, we drove over and had a patched tire 20 mins later!!! So grateful for good quality, speedy service.

These guys did such a great job! Went in to get a tire patched up. In about 5 minutes, they were able to get my tire out of the car, off the wheel, and show me the hole that was in the tire after running a pressure test. It ended up being too big of a whole to patch, and they offered a used tire in the moment to help.Give them in a call in advance, and they will give you what time makes the most sense and work around your schedule. You could go at any moment, but they appreciated the heads up.

These guys are great and very helpful. I didn't end up getting my tires here because of circumstances of wanting a specific tire in rare size. But I would definitely recommend them. They were friendly and called me back several times with many tire options.

Went there twice so far. Employees are very friendly and super helpful. They give suggestions and make sure the tire they put on is effective,safe, and of quality even it being used. Prices vary, but are overall affordable.

Fast friendly service. They were able to find my tire size on Friday and ship it in and install it 8am Saturday. Awesome service!

The only bad thing I can say is that they were busy and had a wait to get in. But there's a reason they are busy and it's because they can fix tires. I had 2 flats and they were able to patch the tires and get me on the road again late the same day and their rates were very reasonable. Thank you Lucero Tire!

We got stuck in Pagosa for a couple days with a bad tire. They didn't have our tire in stock, but they put on the spare and gave us advice on where to head to find the tire we needed. These guys saved our neck. Excellent service and good people.

These guys are friendly, fast, and reliable. They get very busy at times due to tire changing seasons, so make an appointment before the snow hits to get your snow tires on.

Needed two tires put on, one of them needing to go on a new rim. Took them 15 minutes and the price was much lower than expected. Staff were super friendly and eager to help. Definitely would recommend.

It's a small, low-key operation but they were courteous, prompt, inexpensive, and able to for us in when we needed a tire repaired. They turned an unfortunate events of our trip into a positive experience.

These guy's saved me! Purchased a set of tires elsewhere and they quickly knew that although they were the right size, the tires weren't going thick enough for my vehicle. Catastrophe averted!

Best place in town to go to get tires. They are a small shop and dont keep much in stock, so most tires take a day to get there, but the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get tires.

We had a blowout on a Friday evening and were driving on the spare with our children in the car. Lucero had a matching tire, a team that could complete the work, and they were able to schedule the job on Saturday morning. Nice to see this kind of dedication and professionalism in Pagosa Springs. Had a flat truck tire while camping. Added enough air to get to the shop unannounced, they patched the tire and has me on my way in 20 minutes or less. Made only a small blip in our plans.

Lucero tires is fast and efficient. The guy's know what they are doing and are very personable.Will definitely refer people to this shop.
