Once we finally found CT's we don't take our vehicles anywhere else for repairs. Chris is always great at explaining what is happening and what is wrong, and letting us know when things need repaired without being pushy, and his communication is timely! Natalie is always so friendly in the office and is very organized.

This was my first experience at CT Automotive. I found Chris and Natalie to be very pleasant people and certainly very knowledgeable. They came highly recommended by several friends here in Pagosa. I would not hesitate to use them again for my automotive needs

Brought my F150 in for brake pad replacement on all four wheels. Work was performed in a timely manner and was professionally done. Very reasonable prices and sure beat me having to do it!

I ask lots of questions as I want to learn. Chris and Natalie answered them all. If you want to really talk technical info they really know their stuff. Prices are reasonable and they are into customer service. This was 1st experience and won't be last.

My truck was having some issues and the engine light popped on. Chris and team were able to investigate and give me multiple options and recommendations on what I could do with my transmission issue. Great team and very knowledgeable, friendly and upfront with me. Highly recommend them for any auto services.

We had an emergency roadside incident with our radiator on our Hybrid vehicle. We called CT's Automotive and due to a cancelation was able to get us in immediately! Used his recommended towing service, JR Towing, (another awesome review for them) to pick us up 15 miles uphill from Pagosa Springs. CT Automotive (the owner, Chris) got us in right away and was able to diagnose the issue, pressure tested the system, filled up the radiator and took it for a field test to make sure it all worked properly for the trip home which was another 1,000+ miles. And the bill was a normal bill, no frills or extra charges. Very impressed with his mechanic, and the honesty and willing to help out a stranger! We were back on the road from the time the incident happened which was within 5 hours! Thank you, Chris!

I would like to send out a huge thank you to Chris and his team at CT's automotive. Our 2018 Toyota Highlander was having electrical and computer after having driven down from Ridgeway towing our travel.Chris was very busy but took time to attempt to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to pose some theories but because of his backlog couldn't see us for a couple weeks. He did clear the computer and did not charge us for his time.Chris seemed very knowledgeable and if I was in Pagosa Springs again and needed help he would be the first I would call.

I am impressed with the AC service to my suburban. The customer service excellent the information about what needed to be done and how the parts worked to get the AC working. I recommend if you need work done at affordable repairable price and please give them a call Thank you

Already did a great review but will reiterate great shop, fit us in right away with a roadside issue as passing thru Pagosa Springs, no waiting days to get fit into their busy schedule due to a cancelation. Mechanic was able to diagnosis the issue right away, too. Awesome owner, Chris, to work with, wishing them great success.

This shop is awesome! Chris was completely honest about my transmission breaking down. He told me I could spend several hundred dollars trying something that may or may not work. He could have swindled me but didn't. I don't live in the area but if I did, they would have my business for life.

We were driving back to Kansas City from a trip out west and needed a quick opinion on whether our suspension posed a serious road hazard. We called these lovely folks about 15 miles outside of Pagosa Springs and they agreed to look our car over. Not only did they fit us in; they provided a thorough inspection, gave treats and head pats to our dog, and printed out a detailed report to share with our mechanic back home. Turns out, we were safe to get back home and I scheduled the repairs the very next day. Chris and his team at CT s Automotive are best in class and I wish they could clone themselves and set up shop in KC. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Once again, very good service, they go above and beyond the repairs requested, and attend to things they notice while documenting them with pictures,without extra charges, (like shrink wrapping our air filter intake hose that a mouse was chewing on) until we can get a long term fix. Landed at CT s for an oil change after a bad experience at the only oil change in Pagosa. They are very knowledgeable and discuss in detail about your car. They give a look over of your car on top of whatever you are in there for that day. Great service great people and offer products to keep your car on the road longer. These people are a class act. They communicate with you about the diagnosis . This is the most comprehensive vehicle inspection known to me . When your auto is returned expect excellence in auto performance ,because these mechanics labor under the quality of pride of work and personal self-esteem.
