I needed a flat fixed on my RV and I needed four new tires put on my horse trailer and the spare checked !!I called Ashley & she said"Come on ...We will be ready for you...."David did a Fantastic job dealing with my RV and ME.. Jesse and his crew did a great job with my horse trailer ..in and out with in an hour both times....on Friday's...!I will always call and go there because the Guys are great & Ashley is fantastic.....I appreciate them and their timely and professional help with my tire problems..SOLVED..!!Thank You...We like off the beaten path....So my wheels mean a lot to me and my horse... he wouldn't want to ride miles from off of pavement & cell service...LOLThanks Pagosa Store!!RobynService: Tires

Love everyone at Pagosa tire! It s so easy to get an appointment. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. Things that I have had serviced on my cars are done well and quickly! I ve never had any complaints. Thanks for everything!

Been a loyal customer here for a while now... with that said it was becuase they had apparently lost all good front desk people or something, was told the price was the same to my last oil change. That receipt was for $75. Was told when I made my appointment that they won't honor what I was told over the phone, and was charged $109 and some change. Then after I paid was told its because they're rates for hourly went from $80 an hour to $113 an hour. For me it's more about don't tell me what the price will be so I make an appointment then charge me way more than what I was told. I dont like being lied to, and if you will lie to get me in to your shop why not do the same to get me out? It's as simple as do as you say you were gonna do. Don't tell me what I want to hear to get me in. Won't be back. Morally I can't do business with a company that supports this type of function.

I had brought my car in due to it shaking after I put off into a ditch and thought I had taken the car out of alignment or wreck the wheel. They did their inspection and everything was fine. Mechanic even took a test drive twice because I was concerned about the shaming, but all was well. I thank them for their honest assessment of my vehicle.

I took my Explorer in to this store to have a leaking tire repaired. I asked for an appointment. They assured me I didn't need one.When the car came back out of the shop, and I went to the desk to pay for the service, I asked the technician what was wrong with the tire, and he said it was a nail. I asked how it had been repaired, and he said he put a plug in it.I then asked why he didn't put a patch over the hole, and he said he didn't have time.I informed the management that I had asked for an appointment so that I would actually have a time slot dedicated to fixing my tire correctly. He asked what time would be good for the next day. I arranged for 9am, the following day.I showed up at 8:24, walked in and acknowledged that I had shown up early, asked if I should come back at 9, and was told no problem, we will get it done.I waited until 9:08am, and said never mind, and left. I'll take my business elsewhere.My tire still has a plug in it, because I don't have a lot of time to be sitting around in lobbies. Ultimately, that plug -which I could have installed in five minutes, myself, (yes, I have plugs and tools, in the Explorer, in the tool box), cost me over $200 in lost productivity. In real terms, although the store didn't charge me, the plug cost me $200.So if you like wasting your time and getting ultra lame service, run right over to America's Auto & Tire, Pagosa Springs edition. They'll jack you around every time.

Took my Subaru in for an emergency 4-tire change and alignment. These guys are great! Ordered the tires I wanted, and diagnosed my awful tire wear and corrected the alignment. Always get professional service from these folks .. highly recommend!!!

I did give you a glowing review last week. Your front desk guy who seems to be in charge is very professional, polite, and knows exactly what's going on. Make sure you treat him right to keep him. He's the glue that binds your crew!

I needed new batteries in my truck. I walked in mid-day and they took care of it right away. This is the third time I've gotten work done there. They are prompt and professional.It would be nice if you put up some kind of shade in that east facing window. The early morning glare in the waiting area can be pretty harsh.

Was on a solo road trip and my tire pressure indicator light kept flashing after I had checked all the tires. These guys scanned the tires and found the dead sensors. They replaced the sensors and had me back on the road in >30 minutes. So grateful. Thanks guys! Really made the trip so much better, peace of mind and they saved me so much time.

My car needed tire rotation and winterizing which was done quite well. I was told the tires needed replacing. They helped to keep me safe on the roads by checking out all that is needed.

We had two vehicles that just needed a rotation and I made an appointment with America s Auto & Tire. They stuck to the appointment time which other locations sometimes do not, they performed a quick rotation and also provided us with advice on other suggested timelines for repairs. Very pleased.

My 4WD got stuck in low gear and after making an appt early for that day, the mechanic was able to diagnose and recalibrate and got me back to work the same day. Price was reasonable and service was professional and courteous.

While on vacation, we got a slow leak in one of the tires of our rental. 45 minutes later it was fixed. Very quick. Very nice gentleman. Great view of the mountains in their waiting area.

I had a tire with a nail in it, wasn t totally flat so drove over. They fixed it very fast and they don t charge for flat tire repairs. Even if it s not their tires. And they didn t tell me I needed an appointment or that they were too busy. They just fixed it. I ve used them before and had the same friendly, helpful service. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

I took my 2020 Toyota in for an alignment. The front desk woman was very friendly and told me they would call in an hour or two when it was finished. Over two hours went by so I dropped back into the shop where the woman told me they were unable to do my alignment because my cambar arms were too stiff. In addition, they informed me my brakes were at 3mm and 2mm and needed to be replaced ASAP I did not ask them to look at my brakes at all. They gave me a quote of over $500 for the brakes and new cambar arms and I no alignment.I took my car to Toyota in Durango where I bought it and told them nothing of my troubles at Americas in Pagosa, but did ask them to check my brakes. When I went to pick my car up they had no problem doing the alignment, had nothing to say about the cambar arms and informed me I still had 5mm and at least 10,000 miles left in my brakes.I will never go back here and will vehemently suggest no one else does either.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP- At first I really liked this place. I thought the mechanics were honest and knew what they were doing. The last time I went there I took my car in because my car was shaking when I drove the vehicle. They balanced and aligned my car and when I got it back it continued to shake. I went in a second time after it continued shaking after the alignment and balance and they blamed it on my shocks and struts.My car recently broke down in Durango where I was towed to a mechanic shop there. They told me that the car was so out of balance and hadn t been aligned. I told them about the shop I went to in pagosa springs- and how they just balanced and aligned my car and blamed it on the shocks and struts. The shop in Durango also mentioned the unnecessary weights the shop and Pagosa had put on my car. He said there were so many of them we couldn t believe it. He then asked me the name of the shop so he could complain to the owner about the work they had done on my vehicle.BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! They just try to get people to spend money and have NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

Excellent staff and service! Had shocks, new tires, steering alignment done plus having them check everything out. Definitely worth the price, my '90 truck floats now!Hope the staff gets paid well because that kind of service is rare around here.

We had a flat tire while vacationing and was told to go to America's Auto & Tire to have it fixed. It was a quick seamless stop. They got our car in and tire plugged within no time. They knew we were on vacation and wanted to get us back on our road trip. It was more affordable then a tire repair back in our home state. These guys are great. We were on a road trip stopped at another place closer to our hotel, they couldn't get us in for hours. This place had me in and out and the tire fixed in minutes. After my car died on Saturday, I had it towed in on Monday. When I called to follow up, I was told it would be 2 days before they could get to it. I explained I was alone, just moved here and really needed it. An hour later Dave called and said it needed an alternator and they had ordered it. SIGH!A few minutes later he called back and said it wasn't the over $1000 alternator but just the belt. They fixed and came to take me to the car a couple of hours later.Great first experience in my new home! Thanks!
