I was referred to Joseph at Zero Flat through Smooth Ride. I was in a big bind with my vehicle breaking down and Joseph was able to get me seen, in and out the door, within an hour. Not only are the guys there super friendly, but Joseph does a great job educating the customer on the ins and outs of mechanical issues. He is super quick to respond to any messages or concerns I have about my car s maintenance! New to the area and feeling grateful to find a mechanic as hospitable, knowledgeable and friendly as the guys at Joseph s shop. 10/10 recommend!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Joe is extremely competent, honest, and prices everything reasonably and transparently. He is the absolute opposite of every awful dealership experience I ve ever had (lookin at you, Larry Miller Ford.. terrible!). Joe has come through on routine vehicle service items, as well as unforeseen emergencies, and has removed the dread I used to feel when I needed to take my truck to the shop. Can t recommend him enough, I ll never visit the dealer again.

Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful with the issues I was having with my truck. Ran a fairly priced diagnostic on it and helped me go over my options and with making a decision. Will definitely continue going back with my vehicles.

Joe went above and beyond to help me. I felt very comfortable talking with him. The price I was charged for a quick diagnostic, honest feedback and a great service was fair and even lower than I expected. Bonus, he was super chill about answering all my questions! Would definitely go back and refer all my friends.

WOW, If you're looking for a HONEST, COMPETENT, FAST, KNOWLEDGEABLE and FAIR PRICED MECHANIC you've came to the right shop because here he is!!! He's also a very versatile mechanic at that because he also builds hot rods with expertise!!! Man with the plan. Joe has came in the clutch multiple times for me and goes above and beyond when it comes to car repairs. Absolute wizard at this whole mechanics thing. Cannot recommend him enough.

Great shop if you need anything from scheduled maintenance to building an engine for your project car. They ll walk you through what parts need replaced and which ones you ll need to replace in the near future. Great pricing & quality of work.
