Brought in my 97 4runner with a plethora of transmission issues. The guys were incredibly kind and had a very fast turn around. The car felt brand new after getting a rebuild and have had no issues since. Highly recommend

After getting some scary bids from other mechanics (and some suspiciously quick inspections) we went to Ram thanks to a referral. So glad we did. It was clear they actually took the time to properly inspect the issues with the transmission on our '05 Jeep Grand Cherokee and gave us a very reasonable quote.We loved the fact that they're locally owned and have been in business for a long time. You can see why. They provided great service, and fair prices. I also love that they warranty their work AND have a follow up inspection to make sure everything is working as it should.This is where I would go if you need transmission work.

Joe was honest and very candid in the best way. He and his team diagnosed the problem quickly and could have racked up a large bill that I would have been on the hook for because he had experience trying to submit a warranty claim that would have been denied in this situation. I hope I never see them again, as that would mean my truck has more tranny issues, but if I have to go back, I would be thrilled to do so. Such a quality experience, won t hesitate to recommend to friends, family, or anyone that will listen. Quality people, quality shop and a hell of a sweet shop dog. Thanks, Joe and crew!

1 they quoted me a firm price of $2,700 it cam out to 2,799 so much for firm price ! On 3/8/24 they gave me a firm price to run on my debit card we agreed on $300 dollars they ran the WHOLE amount said it was an honest mistake .2. They took the original receipts to the back of the office for some reason ,the ones they ran Friday the 8th of March hmmmmm3.when I was Talking to Joe Stoll some other guy butted in he is bald and width to height proportionate and was rather flip about the whole thing.4.what they say and what they do are quite different in their business model

Words cannot describe how amazing this place and it's people are. My sister and brother in law recommend Tony as he did their transmission back in 2022 and he did amazing work on their Jeep.I bought a used 02 Jeep Wrangler few years back and knew from the get go that the transmission needed to be rebuilt/replaced sooner than later. The time had come and I took it here and they had very fast turnaround for the rebuilt transmission they put in the took good care of me and my car. They have good prices for the labor and material for the entire rebuild. They were very transparent from the beginning of the cost once looking at my car and detailing on what they recommend for the work. They were amazing from the get go when we first walked in as new customers not knowing we came from a recommendation and now will have consistent business from my friends and other family.

If I could give ten stars, I would in a heartbeat. They were the kindest and most helpful people I've ever come across. I had a mild panic moment thinking my transmission was going out. Called around to a few places, and not one would even run a diagnostics test on my vehicle. Called Ram Transmissions, and they had me come in as soon as I could drive over. They drove my car around to get a feel and ran a diagnostics test on it almost as soon as I arrived. I know I may have gotten lucky with timing, but they we're so insanely kind and spent the time to help me out when desperately needed it. Turns out my car had low voltage from a faulty battery. The gentleman who helped me out even recommended a good place to get a new battery for a great price and quality. I'm so thankful for the help, and if I ever have any transmission needs in the future, this is the ONLY place I'll even consider. First impressions are everything, and they far exceeded any expectations I could have had.

Ended up having to send our truck to a dealer for warranty work, but Joe was very accommodating with an initial consult and his recommendations for repairs were straight forward with no run-around. I appreciated his candor and efficiency.

Transmission went out - within 3 days I was back in my car. Tony did some extra work for me that was noticed during the replacement that I wouldn't have known about but would have cost me a good bit later down the road. Had a small issue with the car, took it back, and it was fixed and running great by the end of the day. As a single woman, I am so relieved to find a place I can trust. Our family has been with them for years and I wouldn't consider any other shop.Service: Transmission

Had some transmission issues with my vehicle. Contacted Ram and spoke with Tony. They were able to get me in for a diagnostic within 48 hours. A lot of places are backed up at the moment. They had a answer within about 4 hours. Not the one I was hoping for but they took care of me. Free diagnostics and if I decide to go with a full reman/ rebuild it comes with a 3 year 100k mile warranty.

I dropped my truck off with them to put a new transmission in it and from the get go I knew I picked the right place, the owner was nice, I got an amazing deal. I haven't gotten my truck back just yet because a few things came up that I kind of knew about. He told me about them and gave me a great quote to get everything done, it's taken a few extra days from the original plan, but I would recommend these guys to anyone if you don't want to get screwed over. A+ for everything

Don't trust the work that this shop does, they will give you the run around. My truck had the transmission and transfer case rebuilt here last year around March before I owned it and since everything was still under warranty I figured why not take my truck here, so I have brought it here in the past for transmission and transfer case services and they seemed to be a pretty reputable shop. Brought my truck here 2 weeks ago because I thought my fly wheel cracked and they got it fixed for me in one day and I didn't pick it up until 2 days later. When I went in to pick it up they had told me that when they filled my transfer case back up with fluid that because of the lift it was putting the transfer case at an angle and causing fluid to vent out, I never heard about this the last time I brought it in for service and I was wondering how a lift puts a transfer case at an angle when it's bolted on the frame, but I thought maybe it is possible it's venting if they over filled it so I didn't think twice. Got home and noticed it was still leaking a lot so I crawled under and noticed it was leaking out of my front output seal and the actual case was chipped right around that seal so I called them the next day and they tried telling me that they didn't do that so I mentioned that it has never leaked before and they said that's because it was empty. How could it be empty when they just serviced it a couple months ago and never mentioned anything about a leak and I never saw it leak so I knew they were lying but weren't taking the blame or even trying to deescalate the situation. Tony even said to me how much he hates my truck and how he hates working on it. I ended up fixing the seal myself because it's not worth it driving 2 hours for them to fix a $20 seal that they probably would not have covered anyway. A couple days go by I take my truck fishing, about an hour drive from home, and on the way back it starts getting stuck in 3rd gear and eventually stuck in 1st so when I limp it home I called them and asked what the problem could be and all they said was bring the truck in and we will look at it and there was no way my truck would have made it 2 hours like that so I asked if they could tow it for me and they said that they wouldn't. They must not value their warranties very well. He again told me how much he hated my truck so I just said whatever and hung up. I checked the transmission fluid after I talked to them and it was way overfilled so I start siphoning some out and I at least pulled out 2 quarts until I got it in the hash marks. I called and left them a voicemail about it and they have not returned my call. I will never do business with this shop again and I do not recommend anyone go here. Tony was really professional and helpful. My transmission was replaced in a very quick fashion. Everything was explained clearly during the course of my experience. There was no hidden charges or delays. My 2001 excursion runs like a dream now! I would Recommend Ram Transmission to 10 out of 10 friends and family.

I needed the transmission in my 01 Ram rebuilt after driving to Denver from Chicago. Ram Transmissions gave me a fair price and Tony gave me some discounts for solenoids I had just purchased. Dropped my truck off on Friday and had it back Monday. After a few hundred miles, the speed sensor wasn't working properly. Tony replaced it the next day and my truck is driving great. Give them a call if you have transmission trouble.

Nice, clean, and easy to find location. I took my Dodge Ram in to have it diagnosed, I dropped it off at 9am and it was ready to go by 11am. Tony was a breeze to work with, you rarely find that at auto shops. He explained everything to me and took care of my vehicle quickly. Rams Transmission came to me highly recommended, I am happy to have a found a trustworthy mechanic to work with in the future.

Great, Fast, and excellent service. I had taken my car into Ram Transmissions for some transmission work. The technician I spoke to had my vehicle for a few hours and was able to tell me what was wrong with it and what it would cost to fix it. I had called several other shops to see what kind of price quotes I would get and they were all similar with a lesser warranty. The service I received was excellent and fast. My vehicle runs great and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing service. They are honest, family owned, and have been in business for many years.

� was treated fairly,by a good guy( Tony ) the manager. They did exactly what he said he would do , on the timeline he said he would. My rebuilt transmission is operating as it should, I am very happy with the service. Scheduling to have my Tahoe transmission serviced next week. Definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Ram's. Tony explained every step, called me when a decision need to be made that effected the price. I felt 'in the loop' all the way. My Escalade has been preforming perfectly even when pulling a 30' travel trailer. Work was extensive, price was not cheap but fair. Customer service was great, turn around was one day and I felt like I had gotten my money s worth.

Tony Mitchell was referred to us by our normal mechanic because of his expertise in transmissions. He let us bring in the car without an appointment. We had a diagnosis within hours. Tony was honest with the work that needed to be done. He was transparent with his pricing, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will absolutely be lifelong costumers and refer everyone we know to him!Service: Transmission

We had our transmission rebuilt about 1-1/2 years ago. We had some issues with the transmission and when we took it back in Tony stood behind his work and the transmission and worked through it until it resolved. The other day we had another issue and it ended up being a problem with the hose. Tony replaced the hose and we had the vehicle back the next day. Great service!

I went here to check my transmission checked. I told them it was just a small issue and nothing crazy. I got a call about 6 hours later saying there was bad news. I needed my whole transmission replaced for about $5000. I decided to take my car in to another place. Turns out i didn't need it replaced. I only paid $270 for the problem.These people should've checked everything.... I'm glad I took it somewhere else.

Very reasonable and did an amazing job. I took my 2010 Jeep to Ram and they completed it within a few days all fixed. The office was very clean and welcoming and Tony explained things to me from the start to the finish.

Tony has always taken great care of us. Brought my car in this week to have a wheel bearing replaced. On the way there my power steering pump and serpentine belt bit theb dust. Tony doesn't work on those things, but directed is to Mike at Northglenn Auto repair who also took great care of us. Tony didn't charge us for looking at the car or taking it to the other shop. Great experience!
