Been going to this location for a couple years now. They re always pretty helpful and fast. This last time the lady at the counter was so helpful and helped me get the services and new tires I needed and communicated with me throughout my appointment. Great service!

Warning to all!This location has the worst customer service! My Business truck was not starting, it went into theft mode. They said no problem have it towed to the Northglenn location. Two days later they called and stated they could not fix it, in addition the woman on the phone was very snotty to me. They wanted me to have it towed to a dealer. I called a locksmith and he had me up and running in 45 minutes. Pep boys WILL lose my future businesses! You are better off finding a better repair shop for your needs.Thank you.

Shop was quick and efficient! I hope that when I return for further service that I get the same great crew!They all are professional and wise beyond their years.The lady at the front counter Angelica was awesome and helpful.

Service was excellent till i left the shop and my back blinker no longer works. They charged me 1100.00 for fixing my lights. Took it back and they said "its the luck of the draw" whatver that means. What excellent customer service. Go elsewhere service is not guaranteed. I had the front headlight replaced and still need to do the other headlight. Christian Brothers will be my new go to shop.

I would avoid this shop if you value your time and sanity. My daughter brought her fiat in for an ignition switch replacement. The car sat in their parking lot for 9 months while they waited for the part , which she paid for up front. She was extremely patient and we let her handle the situation. The store never called to give her any updates. 100% of the contact was initiated by my daughter. I got involved toward the end, after a particularly disappointing call with the store manager giving yet another weak excuse as to why the part wasn t available. I asked for a refund which was a whole other ordeal and I had to contact their corporate office to make that happen. I towed the car to another shop and they asked for proof of ownership in order to be able to order the ignition and issue new keys, which Pep boys never did and I paid double what pep boys charged but I had my daughter s car fixed and back on the road in two weeks. I don t think pep boys ever ordered the part, and gave us the runaround for nearly a year. Insane and a poor way to treat a young girl who didn t know any better.

Everyone here is absolutely AMAZING!!!They are super skilled, quick and efficient!!!Angelica, Wes and Lonny are literally angels in flesh form. I highly recommend them!!!

I cannot think Angelica enough my vehicle needed to be fixed right away and of course when you think it's one thing it always leads to another when it comes to vehicles needing repair. I saw the not enough money not enough time both and it just can lead to a stressful situation and going into this pep boys speaking with Angelica and the text there I could not have been in a better place dealing with these problems pertaining to my vehicle. And I could not have gotten better service, and very thankful for their patience and understanding with me. So so to give this store Angelica and the text there a five-star rating is a no brainer. Thank you

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!They lie, cheat, and threaten you with trespassing. Seriously.I set up an appointment a DAY IN ADVANCE. When we dropped off the car, we let them know that the car was dead and the windows were stuck open, with rain forecast that evening. By the end of the day, we hadn't even heard anything from them. I had to call to find out what was happening with my car. They hadn't even worked on it.When I reminded them that our car was sitting in their outside lot with the windows rolled down, they told us they could not pull it into their garage. Despite having an appointment, despite telling them the problem a day ahead of time and reminding them again when we dropped off the car, Pep Boys said they couldn't protect my car. And in fact, the owner threatened us with trespassing if we left the car in the lot overnight. We had to pay to tow the car away from Pep Boys.If you go to Pep Boys, you won't get your car fixed and you will be accused of being a criminal. STAY AWAY!

I brought my car in on November 4th because my oil was leaking. I brought in the valve cover, gasket part, assuming that that s where the leak was. I was told that they did a full inspection on my vehicle. They put on the part that I had brought in and that my car was no longer leaking oil. Fast forward to December. I brought my car to another business to get a full check up. Come to find out my car is still leaking oil and barely had any oil in it. The part that Pep Boys claimed to put on my vehicle, and the mechanic explained that it wasn t even put on properly. I was charged $200 for labor that was never done. If I had not brought my car in to get a check up, my car would ve blown up and An $11,000 car would be totaled. I was told that the problem was solved, and I was charged money being told My car was thoroughly looked at and repaired. I went in today to speak with them and show them that they did not fix my Oil leak with the receipt from the other company that actually did fix my oil leak. I was told that I should ve brought it back in to have it fixed. And the blame was totally placed on me, even though my profession is not being a mechanic or running a company that Fixes vehicles. I trusted that they had fixed the problem because they had told me so. I requested a refund they declined. I have emailed corporate, and I do not appreciate how the situation was handled. I m a single Mom with a special-needs child and if our car had blown up because they neglected to finish the job that they told me that they completed We could ve been in financial trouble, and it could ve affected our entire livelihood, because everyone knows how important vehicles are. I would not recommend this location for anything than a simple oil change, because it seems that they are not doing full inspections, and maybe the people in the back are not educated Enough to fix problems of serious concern. They were not willing to take accountability, or refund me my money for the labor ( I paid for the part outside of Pep Boys and brought it in) I m contacting corporate and disputing the charge. The mechanic that did fix my vehicle that is from a Christian organization will also be speaking on my behalf on how this location failed to do their jobs right and my vehicle at serious risk of being totaled.

I went for Uber vehicle inspection and my tire wasn t bad that bad and no issue for brakes but they said need to replace tire and breaks I don't have any problem with breaks and I asked for replacement cost she said almost $2,300 after discount which is really high price. I would never back this place and I would suggest my family & friends to not go this worse place. Normally takes 15/20 for inspection other places they took 1 hours and counters women taking to others while helping me taking so long. Worse service and price

Awesome location. Jeremy rocks, the man deserves a huge raise. The techs are excellant, clean, proficient and professional. Fast, and friendly service. I got calls letting me know how everything was going. Awesome prices. Just a great group of guys and gal. I just found my new service location.Here are the pics of my leveling kit I had them install. I'm very pleased.They installed the leveling kit, did an alignment and turned my rotors.I will be back to have them install my add a leaf.

I took my car in for my heat and a/c not blowing any air at all.. I just stumbled on pep boys how lucky am I. John the mechanic took my car only 20 minutes it was a fuse thank the lord...The charge for a diagnostic was to me 59. Every other place I called it was well over 125.00 (rip off) So john replaced the fuse heat and ac working and they charged me $0. I know where I am going for anything that goes wrong with my car...THANK YOU PEPBOYS. JOHN

I needed one tire replaced due to a flat tire. They said they would only sell me a set of 4 tires 'because it was Colorado state law'.The law is in regards to tread depth for I70 winter travel which does not apply to me and does not state that tire shops are required to only sell sets of 4 tires.Disappointing example of a car shop trying to nickel and dime you. My other tires are new and basically unworn according to Costco so there's no need to replace all 4 of them.

They repaired my vehicle and was finished on Saturday, I received a text from pep boys stating that they were finished. I got an Uber ride there and they refused to give me my car saying they were holding it for payment from the warranty company, I spoke to the warranty company Monday morning and they said they were not supposed to do that. I'm not happy about it at all. They were saying that they were going to take it joy riding.2011 Camaro V8 SS. Update, went to pick up the car and it had grease on the floor mat, steering wheel and door handle. The car drove like nothing had been touched. So now I have to take it to a different pep boys and they all have terrible reviews. What a nightmare.

I made an appointment at 10:30 am to have my wheels balanced. I recieved a cancelation text so i called I spoke to a very rude woman. She said they had 4 other appts at the same time so i was cancelled. Bull!!! I guess if your not buying tires your not worthy of thier time. I went to Discount tire. They balanced and rotated my tires at no charge. I will never even consider pep boys again!!!

I've never used Pep Boys so this was my first time impression. I went to the one on 120th and Washington to have 4 tires replaced. First of all, ordering online was a great service. They were in stock and I lucked out with a GREAT sale. Buy 3 get 1 free, as well as free installation, recycling of the old tires, install the valve stem repair kit that my car needs...all of it included. I did buy the Road Hazard and opted to get a wheel alignment as well, which were extra. The real trouble came when the technician couldn't find my locking lug nut key anywhere in my car...involving a couple extra trips back and forth to the shop to try and solve the situation. Long story short, it took a lot of extra time and chaos to finally get them off. I was impressed with the attitude of the technician and counter girl. They were patient and worked with us through the whole mess. I think customer service now has generally gone downhill, but they get 5 stars for this interaction. Side note: I DID find the key in the glove box that was looked in several times.

This store is trying to rod there customs because Uber has a people do an inspection on their cars to make sure they're car's are in good condition you know they check the blinkers and head lights etc and only pep boys and jiffy lube does this service and jiffy lube charges $39.95 for a inspection that is pretty easy to do takes about an hourand pep boys charges $165.00 that's why you shouldn't go there criminals

These guys are my real life heroes. They practically gave my car a second life at a price I could actually afford, and were so kind and unbelievably helpful during the whole process. They kept me updated, always checked in with me before adding on work, and were very honest and genuine when giving me my options. Will definitely be back for any future work

What is the point of an online scheduler if the store can not keep that said confirmed appointment time. I understand short staffed but to not offer to squeeze in a second appointment for the next available time is bad business. Bad impression for a 1st time customer with a simple tire patch repair.

Lynn and Angelica were both so helpful at the front desk. They gave exemplary service in my time of need. My car battery had died on a Sunday and when all other shops were closed, Lynn answered my call and said they'd be available to assist same day. When I arrived, he quoted me a couple hours, which I expected. Stephen worked on testing the battery, putting in a new one and testing it as well. He found that the battery they had on the shelf was dead, so Lynn and Angelica worked tirelessly to order another one to be delivered same day. After the new battery was installed, they sent me on my way feeling so much relief. I can't thank all of them enough for their kindness and dedication to making sure I was able to drive off in my car that day. Thank you!
