They sold me the wrong car battery. I walked over an hour in the snow only to find this out and attempted install. Their system then couldn't show that I had purchased the battery just 2 days before after entering my phone number in their system following my purchase. Inadequate service and company branch. I dealt w/Dustan the asst manager upon my return

I am from out if state and today I was at this specific O'Reilly store and the gentleman who helped me was a dear! Excellent service willing to help I watched him change a lady's windshield wipers and then he.checked all of my fluids and topped them off with the items I purchased so now I can gl home with ease no worries if I will break down like I had felt I was.going to do the whole way up here . Great job man!!! I didn't catch ur name but I may go back to find it just so the owners know ur service today was empeckable . Excellent service ! Ten start rating if they had it!!! His name was Jan. I recommend this oreillys store for all ur auto parts and questions ... thanks again!!!

O'Reilly's is probably the best place to stop if your having car problems and need parts or anything car related. Me and a group of friends were traveling across the US and started having car trouble about halfway through. We stopped in not entirely sure what was even wrong and they where extremely helpful. They came out and helped us figure out the problem and had us on the road within a hour. Highly recommend

Would not recommend this place. Called ahead of time to make sure they would swap a batter for me, they said yes (I knew my battery was bad). Bought a battery, they barely attempted to remove the bad one, but since their socket wasn t deep enough (only had a 1/2 deep socket) they said they couldn t remove it (this place is a part store, they obviously have open ended wrenches at a minimum). At this point I also noticed the new battery had reversed terminals to what my car was setup for. When I asked the guy for a different battery they said you are just supposed to stretch your terminals to reach (I would not recommend this). At this point I was stranded with a bad battery and had to call my wife to bring tools.I will not be returning to this location.

Amazing service! Thank you Dustin! I had a bad battery in my 17 Nissan Pathfinder and I was able to buy a new battery and get in installed on the spot with ease, because Dustin went above and beyond. Thank you sir for helping me out this morning. You really made my day and I ll absolutely be a returning customer!

If you want to be ignored and then yelled at by an eye rolling manager this is the part store for you! Horrible customer service! rude staff! And after reading the reviews sadly it looks like nothing has changed much over the past 5 years. Not sure how Trisha got her position but O'Reilly Auto Parts may want to rethink this one.Today at 10am I was ignored by the manager named Trisha while waiting to checkout for over 3mins (I was the only customer in line) she even looked right at me, I figured maybe she was busy or not ringing up customers but then she took a phone call after she seen me and I wait an other 5mins before asking if some one else was here to help? Trisha rolled her eyes at me and said she had staff outside cleaning the windows and she was on a call and would help after she was done. ( The call came in after I had been patiently waiting) So I waited longer then the nice lady came in and helped me, I asked who the manager was and she pointed to the rude eye rolling lady behind the small desk. I said okay who is her manager? Trisha then put the customer on hold and started yelling at me "MA'AM MY NAME IS TRISHA AND MY MANAGERS NAME IS ON THAT WINDOW AND I DIDN'T ROLL MY EYES AT YOU!!" All as she rolled her eyes again. As I was leaving the store in a calm voice I said looks like somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning maybe you need your morning coffee to feel better Never coming here again.

Usually you'll get the help you need. Sometimes you'll have to wait for a specific employee who knows what you need. Edit, a year later and it's just as good. 2nd update. Still a good location.

This location has always been reasonable and kind to me. They usually have the parts I need when I need them, and their service is friendly and negotiable. I bought a new sensor for my car, which was defective out of the box, but the team was kind and able to help me get a refund. I will continue to shop at this location!

My drivers side headlight went out on my Chrysler 200 while driving and I needed help replacing it. I went to 2 separate Autozones and the 1st place said they d have to take off the wheel cover or completely remove the fuse box. The second wasn t able to take the cap off. I came to Oreileys and Josh was able to help me out and get it done!! Autozone also sold me the wrong headlight and Josh was able to find the correct one within 10 seconds and installed it for me. It was $8 cheaper than the wrong one from autozone as well! Third time was definitely the charm and I m so happy I was able to finally get help!!!

Even though I didn't buy anything this time, the employee was super helpful. He gave great advice. I'll be back when I need more items for my car. They've helped me well many times before. I really appreciate the military discount too.

Manager Trisha cursed me out and hung up on me after she towed my car from her lot, when HER employee directed me to park it in a specific spot. Court, Tom Martino, the news. and a social media barrage all coming. I inherited this car from my recently deceased father. Hoping corporate will do the right thing and terminate this employee

You know this is hands down the best place to get what you need for your vehicle. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. I've seriously never had a bad experience. Sure sometimes they might not have what you need but they always try to get as quickly as possible.

I'm completely uneducated about cars. My grandmothers 2000 Ford Taurus needed a new battery and they were very friendly and installed it for me. Sure, maybe that's standard but it was a HUGE help. Much appreciated!

Disappointed by their service. I sat on hold on the phone afraid my car would not restart due to the battery being drained and jumped twice. After 30 minutes on hold, watched as one of the older associates with a beard and glasses bust his hump to help customers, while the other sat on his phone and never answered my call. Called back and then proceeded to be told he could not help with changing out my battery that it was too late and even I returned next day they would not help. I left there and went 5-min to an Advanced Auto and the manager changed my battery and never gave me attitude that it was close to closing. Spent 70 dollars more, but this single mom was disappointed in a company I used to work for.

Tested for a bad Alternator Saturday, called around, no one had it. Ordered it from O'Reilly's had it sunday and installed it in there parking lot. The staff was super nice and helpful! If I ever break down again in Denver I'll definitely go here first

The manager is always helpful and accommodating. She will go the extra mile to help a customer. Almost every employee is as friendly and knowledgeable as she is. They have quality parts and offer testing. If they do not have an item in stock they can usually get it within a very reasonable amount of time. They also have rewards program which gives gift cards!

I came in because I needed my battery replaced on my truck and Devin was so awesome! She did a great job and she had to clean so much battery acid off my old battery in order to change it out. Also I would like to add that I wanted to give Devin a tip and she refused and this is why I m writing this review. I ll definitely be back

The young lady at the counter was awesome, gave great service and knew a lot about my mini cooper. In fact, this is always my first stop for both my camaro and my mini when I need something. I always get good service. Friendly people, and pretty knowledgeable. 5 star place

Worst auto store of all time. I've been here twice and both times i walked out without purchasing due to the line of only two or three people taking over 30 minutes. If one person can't handle the small volume of sales the store does then you need to hire more people.

I should have asked for the gentleman's name but around 5 p.m. today it was snowing pretty bad and the cords on the back of the steering wheel to my wiper blades had come undone and I know it's not typically something you guys do but that's also what made it so great is he stepped out to take the time to help me and connect them so my drive home was so much safer and easier. So obviously great great customer service. Extremely nice guy! Also considering it's not like he was getting paid to connect them for me, so I am so super appreciative. It's reassuring that there are still good people out there, thank you!!

Always get great service here. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to spend some extra time with you to figure out what you need done. The guy I worked with today came out and read my codes, looked around in the engine compartment to try to help me find the offending part, then recommended options for how to go about fixing the issue. All around, this is my favorite parts store.

Martin helped me today with purchasing a car battery and windshield wipers. very friendly and knowledgeable. he also installed my new battery for me and put on my new windshield wipers. since I'm new to Colorado and the winter season, everyone there gave me some helpful tips for my vehicle in it's first cold season! great customer service! thanks again Martin!
