Eugene in Service really took care of me and my baby! Had a slight (non) issue that I had to come back for and he got my F1Fiddy on a rack like IMMEDIATELY! Had Wayne (whom I've worked with 20 years ago at Sil TerHar) inspect and give me a clean bill of health. We got a road trip to Vegas coming up and we needed to make sure we were road ready, and Gene made sure we were. Props to Wayne and glad to hear the news of a well deserved retirement!I highly recommend Omeara Service, and in particular Eugene and Wayne.Thanks fellas...

My first experience at this dealership was today, a female representative by the name of Kim show me around the entire complex. Help me with a finding a representative that could help me with a warranty transfer form and even offered me refreshments and conversation about the O'Meara dealership. That is what I call great customer service, and showed me all the history of the past O'Meara Ford dealerships. I will bring my new to me Ford truck there for servicing. It's a little farther of a drive than the one that's closest to me by about 15 miles,but I think it'd be well worth it. Kim is a great representative to O'Mara Ford. Thanks again, David B

Purchased my vehicle from here and had a great experience. if you want your vehicle purchase to go smooth as mine was please ask for Manny he was amazing! I couldn t have had a better experience thanks to him, and he got me riding clean and smooth on my Benz S550 4Matic Thank you again!And yes I Highly recommend O Meara.

I would like to give Ivan more than five stars. I have bought a lot of cars in my day. Actually my last car I bought from Omeara Ford as well. And I've always had a very positive experience there. Ivan was the best by far. He was so respectful, wasn't pushy at all!! He spent however, much time I needed to make a choice and I was pretty picky. Most of all, I have a hearing disability, and he was very patient with me. He might've rolled his eyes at some point, but I didn't see it Just kidding. Anyway, he hooked me up with a beautiful car at a great price and I highly recommend him if you would like to buy a car from O'Meara Ford. I have always owned a Ford since I can remember. But this Audi is the sweetest luxury car I've ever driven. Thank you Ivan you rock!!!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I found a 2013 G-63 G Wagen that I wanted to get for my wife for Xmas. Given many assurances, I went ahead and went through the purchasing process over the phone so that way we could essentially pick up the vehicle and go. Picking it up meant driving 3 1/2 hours from home to O Meara. Then back. I was assured it went through some 100+ point inspection and it was in perfect running condition. All lies. I was given so many falsehoods and outright lies about the vehicle that O Meara came to pick up days later due to it being DANGEROUS TO DRIVE.Upon purchase, It was not cleaned. It was bone dry of fuel. Within an hour of driving it the ABS system light came on. Dystronic system not functional. There was no coolant. The break light was out. The stability of the car was off in that the steering was loose . The moon roof motor was broke. We pulled over and called the dealership immediately. They passed the buck to everyone. Literally. I called and made an appointment with Mercedes benz, easy and quickly for the next day. I made O Meara aware of this. They preferred to pick up the vehicle and try to repair it themselves. They took the vehicle on a flat bed back to their shop. Which, after nearly 2 weeks I was told it had been sent to MB. It was there a month. We ultimately got the vehicle back over a month later. It was returned by a couple who drove my car back. 3 1/2 hours. A nice outting in a beautiful car for them. NOTE: It had over 500 MORE MILES ON IT. Still no coolant. Beyond dirty inside and out. Gas tank at 1/4. The general manager Nathan said they d pay our first months note which he did. This may seem petty for some but I put down 15k of hard earned money to make this gift special. And I got a lemon. O Meara took ZERO accountability and literally told me I should be happy it getting fixed. Maybe that s my fault for buying a Mercedes Benz from a Ford dealership but I did not expect to be jerked around for over a month nor have 500 joy riding miles added to the odometer. Especially since I didn t even get to really drive/enjoy the car. I would highly suggest to anyone looking for a vehicle to not buy it here.Update: April 12th 2024. The vehicle has over 20k in damages and repairs. It was unsafe to drive when they sold it to me and it was unsafe when OMeara gave it back. O Meara had this same report and declined all services and repairs (I have that report as wel) and sold this to me knowing it is a lemon, knowing it would break down nearly immediately and knowing lied to me regarding the vehicles condition. Engine leaks. Radiator leaks. Faulty braking system. Now not only are we stuck with a vehicle we were mislead into buying, now there is a minimum of 20k more to put into it ?? O Meara sold me into a problem. Intentionally.If you ever want to buy a car the absolute worst thing could do is buy it from O Meara Ford.In closing, O Meara didn t even have the curtesy to give us a call or a call back because they knew what they did and hoped we would not find out until too late or call them on it. This has easily been the worst car shopping experience of my life.

Chuck H at OMeara Ford was very good to work with. He made sure I had my order in place at the right time, kept communicating with me to let me know the status and was very attentive to all the details when the car was ready for delivery. He also made sure I had the best deal possible on my trade in and gave me a fair price. I am very happy to have done business at O Meara.

I had been experiencing excessive tread wear on my front tires due to my camber/toe being out of alignment. The tires are roughly $500 each and typically last for many years.I'll try to short- story this...After having O'Meara inspect and allegedly bring my alignment back to within spec due to the control arms needing repaired, they happily took my $3k and assured me it was "good as new" per one advisor Paul.However, I experienced other mechanical/component failures within the next few weeks to include differential oil leaks, tie rod ends needing replaced, slipping ball joints, ac line coolant leak, and drive belt needing replaced to name a few. Yet this was never brought to my attention as many of these issues would've been noticed at the time my control arms were "looked at and replaced" as the cause for the camber/toe being out of spec.I had another service shop look at this and I've attached pics of one of the left side control arms as the hardware used was not installed correctly or even the right parts for the job. I was told there are parts missing as well!Basically, there was so much movement in the control arm that there was no way the camber and toe was even close to being correct and my tires show this with obvious damage from simple city driving after a few weeks.The service person is a liar and a thief who has no idea what he's talking about but will gladly take your money, making your vehicle less capable than before. It's absolutely a terrible place.

As a guy that has always worked on my own vehicles, it is hard for me to trust anyone with my vehicles. I can confidently say this service department has not only earned my business, but also my trust. I had one little hiccup, that most people probably wouldn't even notice(I'm just very picky), and they went above and beyond to make it right. Everybody I have met here has been an absolute pleasure.

Great experience! I was going to do a new build but then changed my mind. They ended up having the perfect bronco sport in stock. Donovan and James were great. The buying process was easy and pretty fast. We ate dinner at the Heidi s deli inside of the dealership and they had the best selection of drinks in the vending machine I have ever seen.Super happy we bought our vehicle here!

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. Our salesman, Chuck, was so knowledgeable and he was genuinely interested in doing everything he could to meet all our needs, and not just get the sale. It didn't feel like we were dealing with your typical car salesman, or dealership for that matter. They have a deli in their dealership and you get a voucher for a free meal while you're there. Finance Department Manager, Hector, was also great. Everybody was very personable and kind. We will be purchased all vehicles through O'Meara from now on.

Absolutely would never bring another car here for service. My car was there for a month. Barely any communication and then when I got it back there was a 10in crack in my windshield that wasn t previously there. Not even so much a call to let me know it happened. Now I can t get anyone to return my calls about it. Stellar service.

Nick was extremely nice and professional over the phone and in person. Needed the diesel fuel filters replaced on my F-450 and expected to have to wait a week or two. O Meara was able to take care of them the next day and I didn t ask for that. Thanks!

Horrible customer service from their service department. Having an appointment means nothing, and secondary options both involved leaving vehicle for unknown amounts of time just to diagnose a battery light. Will never come back to this place and won't recommend to anyone. Crazy how I got better service on my Ford from the Dodge dealership I bought it from.

I was very very grateful to Eugene, who took good care of my Mercedes, which I love I purchased this car in March. Eugene took very good care of me today. Got my oil changed done and luckily because it was a Mercedes had all the parts ordered the day before, so I didn t have to wait an extra day. Well done Eugene thank you.I needed to add one more addition, Nick Nick Trujillo also did an incredible job for me because the get service light was still on in my car after the oil change was done special things to Eugene and Nick coming out to the car to get rid of the get service done electronics.
