Needed an alternator belt for our RV. We ordered it online to get it to the shop closest to us so we wouldn't have to drive all over town or wait several days. We waited a bit and then called the store to see if it arrived. Chris was very friendly and professional answering the phone and giving an update on the status of our order. We only had to wait a handful of minutes before Chris called back to let us know the belt was there. Pickup was quick, and the belt fit.NAPA is a store we will go a little out of the way for because staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the prices are great for our budget. We know that we will usually get the right item the first time. Too bad there aren't more NAPA stores around town.

I bought a battery from this location & the gentleman didn t ask me if I needed help lifting it to take it to my car it was really heavy I was struggling to carry it he just looked at me & didn t say anything

This place is great. I ordered parts online and they were available the next morning first thing for pickup. The kit I ordered was missing a part, and the shop not only found and comped the part, but they also dropped it off to the shop where my car was being worked on since I couldn't. Amazing service, wouldn't go anywhere else

Juan, the manager, was awesome! He worked with me until we found the correct battery for my 1964 Ford 100 pickup. JR the assistant manager did a great job also last weekend. These two guys have earned my trust and business. I will not go to any other Auto parts store. They did such a good job that I went back and purchased a new battery for my Polaris ATV as well. They are knowledgeable and very accommodating. Thanks for all your help fellas!

I have had such a day just trying to find parts and tools at all of the common known local auto parts stores until arriving at this particular Napa store. This lady named "Chris", and one before her (forgot her name) were so helpful. Chris was the only one today that noticed my shirt, and she cared personally about my auto repairs. Big shout out to Chris. Thank you very much!!!!!

Needed a new battery for my RAV4. Called Napa and Robyn answered. She was super helpful on the phone, told me what they had available, and patiently explained the differences in the three available batteries for my vehicle. When I showed up to the store she was super quick to help, and very friendly. They got me checked out, and switched out my battery quickly, even making sure the connections were clean. I really appreciated their help as I'm not a car person, but do like a dependable car. Thanks for taking care of my battery needs NAPA. I will be back.

Return policy is garbage.I could have avoided this whole ordeal if I had only gone to the dealership which sells my type of vehicle. I went in to purchase a gallon of coolant for my vehicle. When I got home I opened the jug to see what color the coolant was, and it was the wrong color. Now grant it, there is a small semi clear line on the jug which allows you to kind of see what color the liquid inside is, but you cannot be 100% sure what color the coolant is unless you open the seal and look inside. I did this and saw that it was the absolute wrong color. I then closed up the jug and went over to the Jeep dealer and explained the situation. He said that it was the wrong kind so he offered and I purchased the proper type. I returned to NAPA and explained the situation. They called who I believe to be the manager named Cesar. He refused to accept the coolant because the seal had been broken. I showed him my receipt from the Chrysler dealer so he could see I had purchased another one, plus the jug he had sold me was full. He still refused to accept my return because I had pulled it myself from the rack. Since I had no use for the jug of coolant I left it on the counter with the receipt, thanked them and walked out. The same thing happened to me at Advance Auto Parts two days before. They sold me the wrong coolant, I had to open the seal to verify and when I returned it, they accepted it, no questions asked.Regardless, they're selling the wrong stuff and honestly they don't know what they're selling. When going in here, please be aware that their return policy is garbage and make sure you absolutely know what you're buying because of you buy the wrong thing, they're not going to help you; you're gonna end up keeping the wrong item.They have good and friendly service, but I personally think they could've helped me out on something so simple. They lost a customer over 15 dollars.Update 7-8-17: Spoke with Autozone, explained my situation and they said they would also have accepted the jug of coolant with the seal broken.I think it's best to avoid NAPA.

Easy to order special parts. Uslley they can get the part within 24 hours. They always have more the one option with good prices. If you are building a custom vehicle parts get difficult to find but they usually can match the part for you when you don't know the make, model and year.

I want to let every one in the northern Denver metro area know just how AMAZING the customer service at the Napa on 120th just east of Irma is. I live in Longmont and I own a mitsubishi lancer that for some reason has a quick strut that is IMPOSSIBLE to find, this store was not only, the only Napa in the greater Denver Metro area that had my part, it was the only auto parts store period that had it. I explained to the manager, Chris, that I drive 50+ miles each way to and from work everyday and that this vehicle is my ONLY source of transportation to get there and I desperately needed this part tonight in order to be able to get to work tomorrow. It was 15 min from closing time....... and I was still 20 min away from the store......... Not only did she save my day and have my part in stock but she stayed late to make sure I was taken care of and that my vehicle would be safe, and properly functioning for tomorrow's busy rush hour commute. Manager Chris..... it's everyday heros like yourself that restore my faith in humanity, and make me believe that just maybe there are still good people in retail that choose to put others needs before there own and care about their customers and strive to go above and beyond in ALL that they do. I will NEVER buy auto parts from anywhere else, you've made a customer for life. THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU'RE TRULY A LEGEND!

Employee # 12 per receipt is taking his job a little too serious. I bought over $100 worth of BG products and asked him for some of their free paper funnels. He only gave me a couple of them and I needed 4 of them for the products I bought. He also said I couldn t use his restroom to wash my hands due to Covid. I went next door to the Shell gas station to wash my hands. Bad service and bad customer service

Worst experience at an auto shop so far. I am 32 years of age and have never experienced the amount of unprofessionalism I experience when I go to Napa. Staff cannot be bothered to help customers. Everyone is either on the phone or walking around. Representatives literally saw me and still made no effort. Take your business anywhere else. I was the only customer in the store with 3 representatives all of who did not feel like assisting at all. That s how bad this place is

Clean store, helpful staff... parking is a bit of a nightmare if you have a bigger truck, but hey its close by and I would go here again. Staff helped me pick out what I needed and made sure i had some tools for the job! Glad I went to these guys.

We went into Napa in Hope's that we would be able to get our wheel hub replaced under warranty. The problem was we didnt have a receipt and the part was bought in a different state. Napa guided us through the whole process and got the wheel hub taken care of. That k you Napa! Also the assistant manager was super professional!

Terrible customer service. I walked in to ask about a part and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Nobody ask me what I need or bothered to let me know they will be with me soon. They acted like I was not there. And there were 4 staff members standing around! Napa should restaf this store. Total idiots here costing them money. They are rude on the phone too.

Better customer service from the manager, than employees. Careful on what parts they have IN STATE had to wait a week for a strut and pay the shipping because they did not have any in the state of Colorado. Had to get on from New Mexico.

I came in looking for some electrical connectors to repair my MINI. Juan was quick to greet me, knew exactly what I was looking for, and found some connectors that worked better than what I originally had in mind. Fast and friendly every time I stop by!

Walked in with no customers in store. No hello no offer to help. I ask how they are doing and nothing. I wont shop at a place rude and not interested in customer svc

Overpriced and the guy told me to gap an iridium spark plug. Even the box of plugs gave directions not to do that. Guess they want you to come spend more money after you break it. Its funny, I used to go to Napa for the expertise, which made paying a little more OK...since I knew I was buying quality. I guess they just employ less of that nowadays???Its a sad day indeed Napa...

These guys are always helpful. They often have what I need, but on the rare occasion they don't they are exceedingly helpful finding it somewhere nearby. They've helped me out of a few jams without fail, 5 stars!

Their employees are slow, and parts are over priced. They sell everything to the public at List price. They wanted $125.00 for a car battery. If your in a hurry be ready to be slowed down.
