I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet! I've been going here for the past 5 years and never had any issues. This small owned business is very knowledgeable and they send you updates that if you want fixed you'll have to approve (& they only charge you for the things they were able to get done). Erik is the main person I've talked to throughout all of this and he's very friendly. I'm really glad I was able to find a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable mechanic! Highly recommend Lee Myles!

If you're a woman. Go elsewhere. This shop WILL take advantage of whoever they can.Not only did they have the truck for several days to even diagnose, and provide an estimate....But they charged well above thier original estimate, and charged over double what the repair would have cost anywhere else.A simple bearing replacement that probably took less then 2 hours was over $900. The total cost of the job was triple what it would have been at A HONEST SHOP.They took almost 3 weeks to assess the truck, give an estimate, and repair, while taking advantage of the customer.Steer clear of this shop.

They performed several different services and repairs on my old '99 truck. But did not do anything that wasn't needed. I asked for "full service" but some things were good to go. Other things they found I was alerted to. Very honest mechanic. I thought my manual hub had major problems but only needed minor repair which cost me $40. It's refreshing to go to a mechanic where they do not try to upsell you on thousands of dollars of repairs (cough cough Brakes Plus). Will definitely take my car there for future repairs.Update: I also took my other vehicles to Lee Myles and if anything goes wrong he honors the warranty on the work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs

I've never had a more seamless experience with auto care. I had some pretty serious misfiring going on with my truck. They gave me an affordable quote with estimated time of repair. They nailed both with excellent communication along the way. Have been talking both of our vehicles to Eric since we came to Colorado in 2020. This man has been the most trust worthy person we ve met since being in the state. I needed to have a couple.kf things done for two trucks. I dropped one off at a time and they were very friendly, informative, and communicative. Prices were reasonable and when an issue arose they were prompt to remedy the problem and offered adequate solutions.Overall, would recommend. Very nice crew.

Had some routine maintenance done on my old truck (oil change, and coolant flush). Lee Myles was able to have the work completed promptly in one day. They kept in close communication leading up to and throughout the day of the repairs. We discovered Lee Myles in Northglenn several years ago now. We have used them for everything from routine maintenance to a complete engine replacement. They do fantastic work on all our vehicles, including a Mini Cooper. They always provide initial estimates on the work to be performed, contact us to authorize work and repair costs prior to performing, and ensure there are no surprises in their billing. On work that I'm able to perform myself, they often consult with me and give me insight into what is wrong, and how best to fix it, which I really appreciate. I cannot say enough great things about Lee Myles. Took my Jeep in with transmission issues on 11/04. I fully expected this repair to run close to 1k due to the issues it was having. I was referred to Lee Myles by a friend because he said they were honest and did wonderful work, and that is just the experience I had. I had taken my Ford Edge into a dealership who told me I needed more than what I truly needed done. When I went to Lee Myles they were honest about what services I needed and it cost me less than what I was quoted at the dealership and I had my vehicle back that same day. I will only be going to Lee Myles now for any work I need done because I trust them and they do very good work.

Unprofessional. Had to follow up on the status of my vehicle multiple times. Over charged, and didn't perform the work they said, I took my car to another shop after they were complete and they pointed out a lot of mistakes and leaks that weren't cleaned up. Another mechanic said I needed both front and back brakes. I took my car to Lee Myles and they said the front brakes were fine and didn't need replacement. I appreciate their honesty. I was referred to Lee Myles by a friend a couple years ago & have been taking my vehicle there ever since.They're professional, friendly & most importantly honest. Eric is very helpful & knowledgeable.I never feel like they're trying to suggest any unnecessary repairs. Which is why I continue to come here even after I have moved out of the area.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable repair shop.

Erik and the guys at Lee Myles are great. We have taken our car to them several times now. They're kind, fair, well priced, and easy to work with. The best part of the Lee Myles experience compared with other shops is the patience with which they talk to you about any work being done / explain it / explain their recommendations to you.I'd recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.

I have been going to the Lee Myles in Lakewood for over 10 years. They have always given me exceptional service. Whenever there are issues with our cars, they let us know what is wrong and the priority of getting it fixed. They have never been pushy or had high pressure sales tactics. I have had them perform diagnostics on my vehicles, and most the time if I have them fix it, they will waive the diagnostic fees. Michael is ASE certified and I trust having my vehicles in his hands. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with them coming back to me with a wrong diagnosis. We have 4 vehicles and we take them all there for oil changes and preventative maintenance, as well as any repairs that need to be performed. Their pricing has always been very competitive or on the low side for the quality of work they perform. I have been a very satisfied and loyal customer for a long time and I plan on continuing to do so for years to come. I highly recommend this shop for regular service and repairs!!

I have gone to this repair shop twice over the years. The first time was a crazy repair which this shop completed within a decent time and at a very fair price.Recently I needed repairs that were quoted at over $2,000 by a dealership. Lee Myles completed the necessary repairs at under $800 saving me at least $1,200.This repair shop is honest. They complete the work properly and at a fair price. This repair shop does not overcharge or try to sell repairs that are unnecessary. They have excellent customer service skills.This company is now the official repair shop for my family. And btw, they are a family owned and run business.We are very impressed with the owners and employees. Thank you Lee Myles.
