Great experience with my car repair. They did a great job repairing the extensive damage when someone rear-ended me. Nick was very informative and always answered my questions when I would call. I highly recommend them.

A truck had left lug nut scratches on the driver's side door of my 2015 Honda Civic (see photo). A friend at work referred me me to Northglenn Auto Body. The guys at Northglenn were very easy to work with. The repair was done within the time frame and within the estimate. I am impressed by the quality of the repair. It really looks good. Plus my car was returned washed, vacuumed, and the interior had been wiped clean. Very appreciative of their professionalism. I will use Northglenn Auto Body again and would recommend them to all my friends.

Excellent, kind and informative customer service. Amazing communication. Impeccable work on my vehicle and they went above and beyond through out the entire process. They worked with the insurance company and their windshield quote came in less than any others (w/o glass insurance).Highly recommend to anyone who need their car worked on.

I have brought in my vehicle three times for repairs. Northglenn Auto Body gets it done right every time; great costumer service, efficiency, & quality work. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Can I give a 6 or 7 on the 5 star scale? Kaizen was over, above and beyond my expectations. I've had horrible experiences with body work at 2 other service providers locally, and it was a nightmare of delay and obfuscation. KAIZEN was none of that. They kept me informed by text and voice phone every step along the way, and they didn't offer any false promises. They updated progress on the work and kept their word and schedule. They were, in fact, ahead of schedule and delivered my vehicle earlier than I expected. The work was done completely, beautifully and to my satisfaction. My repair was uncomplicated but the Artisan body men of Kaizen did a masterful job of eliminating all traces of the minor collision. My truck is restored. Thank you, Kaizen. I thank the Kaizen office staff, Amy in particular, for being the friendly and caring face of the company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This business was professional and truly went the extra mile on a small repair. While we had to wait about a month for an appointment (they re busy because they do such a great job), they were willing to install a part we had brought in for free to make up for it. They also advised us on affordable options for paint chip repairs while we were waiting for our car to be finished. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

This place was incredible. They were extremely helpful and even popped in my rear bumper for me for no cost! As a female, it was amazing to be able to go somewhere, not know what I m talking about, and still be treated honestly, fairly and with kindness. I could not more highly recommend Northglenn Auto Body for any body shop needs. They were very kind and helpful and squeezed in an estimate at the end of the day for me. Brian took all the appropriate pictures needed of the damage for the estimate and even spent extra time popping out a dent in my front bumper and making the car safe to drive until the full repair could be scheduled. He replaced my blinker light bulb and ensured it was in working order while I was waiting for the estimate to be approved. They ordered parts and scheduled repair in a very timely fashion and completed the repair well before the estimated completion date. I didn't have rental car coverage in my insurance and Brian was very helpful in providing a couple different rental companies and options for rental car pricing. I also really appreciated the regular email updates while my car was in the shop as to when it would be completed. You never want to have to deal with a body shop because it typically means you're repairing car damage but Brian and Frank made the process so smooth and painless I would definitely go back for any auto body needs! Used this shop when I got rear ended. Only used it because it was on the list of Subaru Certified Repair Shops. Took 2 months to get my car fixed and I felt like I was babysitting the shop & GEICO adjuster the whole time. They will leave you with 2 miles left of gas to get home even though that s not what you left them. Then, they ll drain your battery and deny any responsibility.I got stranded at DIA airport 4 days after I picked up my car because I had a dead battery. Subaru diagnosed my battery and said it functioning fine. They said had the shop charged my battery after draining it over the 2 months, I would not have had any issues.I m satisfied with my repair, but a little customer service goes a long way. Northglenn Auto Body did a great job restoring our car to its original condition. Their email and text updates were great to see the progress they were making and the car was ready 2 days ahead of schedule. We had a problem after we got the car back but Brian took care of it right away. We are very satisfied with the work they did, we recommend his body shop and will use it in the future.Service: Body & Trim

After being in a hit and run, my back bumper of my car was in serious need of repair. I emailed Northglenn to set up an estimate and they emailed back within 24 hours. They worked directly with my insurance agency and were quick to schedule me in for repairs. Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things and always gave me straightforward answers. They had my car back to me good as new exactly when promised. They do excellent work and I would go back to them if I ever needed anything else regarding my car. Great customer service!

After using two other auto body shops in the Northglenn/Thornton area over the past 25 years, I decided to give Northglenn Auto Body a try based on their very good reviews. I was NOT disappointed. There wasn't a single thing about my entire experience I wasn't completed satisfied with. The quality, value, and timeliness of the work was impeccable. I dealt entirely with Brian and I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service and professionalism. Northglenn Auto Body has set a high bar for my future auto body repair expectations and I'll never use another auto body repair shop. GREAT job!Service: Body & Trim

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Brian was great to work with. He kept me informed and worked out any issues directly with the insurance company. If you need any body work done, you should definitely check them out. I was worried my car wouldn't look the same after the repair, but honestly I think it looks better than before the accident. Wonderful service, from Brooklyn in the office to the shop techs! They did a fantastic job and had my vehicle in and out for repair. I used their dent repair technician as well, and was so amazed at how it all turned out. Want your car gone for months at a time and they leave you with an unfinished job and constantly order the wrong parts, then this is the place for you. Nothing but bad service for me and won t do anything to make up for it just mindblown on how many times they could mess up their lefts and rights but definitely won t recommend coming here lol. I HIGHLY recommend Northglenn Auto Body for seamless, quality, and stress-free service!After being rear-ended at a stop light, I called around all the local collision and body shops. Northglenn Auto body had the soonest openning so I booked it. Brian and his team were amazing! They handled all communication with the other party's insurance including the rental car which was waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my car. As promised, two weeks later my car was fully repaired and cleaned! I was able to leave the rental car with Brian who scheduled the pick up with the rental company for me.The repairs are quality work with zero issues! I waited two months to post this review so I could be sure there would be no issues. I received a detailed outline of all the repairs with sources for each part.I did a little research before choosing Northglenn Auto body. From what I read, other shops have complaints that repairs were well over estimated time to complete, parts' sources were unverified, robberies and break-ins while vehicles were under repair and even part swapping.I had none of these problems at Northglenn Auto body. The site is clean and staff are professional!

I was entirely satisfied with my visit to Northglenn Auto Body. I was in an accident that damaged the exterior of my car. The repairs were done faster than promised, the job was professional, and Brian helped set proper expectations from my very first visit. I received an email every day with status updates and progress reports, which was really nice to know what was going on. I felt very confident that this crew would get the job done in a professional manner, and I was right. I will be back for any future needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.

These guys are awesome! They provided quick and friendly service. Super nice guys, made me feel like family. I'm 9 months pregnant, and it was so important that we had the truck back and fixed before the baby arrived. They got my husband's truck fixed in less than two weeks! Most shops would have treated me like just a number, but they were so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend Northglenn Auto Shop to all my friends and family. I also like that they're locally owned and operated. They really impressed us!!

I just want to thank Brian and Scott for being fast and prompt when fixing my car. From when I went in the first time to get my estimate to when I went and picked up my car. I was told it would take three days to fix and they got it done in two which was really great! Having to wait two months to get my bumper repaired wasn't ideal for me but after using Northglenn Auto Body I believe the wait was well worth it! Would I use them again? Definitely! Thank you!

Got in an accident a few months ago and was directed to them by my insurance and so glad they did. Excellent customer service! Being a demanding customer, they were very responsive and willing to communicate to me through my preferred method. They kept me posted on the status the repairs as well as the communication with the insurance company. Dealing with an accident they were able to provide me with peace of mind. On top of it they even came and picked me up to I could get my vehicle the same day it was done. I'm very impressed with Northglenn Auto Body and have been referring my friends here. Five stars and two thumbs up!

This comes a little late. Our family has brought 3 or 4 of our cars to Northglenn Auto Body in the past few years and have had excellent service from personnel to repairs. Their quality of work is top of the line. They have excellent communications for getting back to their customers on a timely basis and are very personable. I will always bring our cars to them. Brian and Scott run a tight ship and know all the ins and outs of the insurance claim process. I found them on my insurance company's website for recommended auto body repairs and went to them to estimate the cost of repairing hail damage. Since I knew nothing about insurance claims, I showed up with a claim number without getting my insurer to send Northglenn an assignment first. Once that was sorted out, Brian inspected it and sent all the necessary estimate info & photos. The car is going to be totaled, so I can't assess the shop's repair services, but I witnessed other happy customer interactions while I was there. Thanks!

These guys did some beautiful work on my '14 Focus. The color match was on point. The thing that really impressed me was their customer service. I received periodic emails letting me know the status of the repairs and when I should expect my car to be ready. The staff is friendly and professional. All around, I had a really great experience working with this shop.

Had front end damage to my vehicle and it came out looking better than before my accident! They used all manufacturer OEM parts and the work was done very promptly. One thing that pleased me was with all the trim levels my vehicle comes in (11 different trim levels which include variations of painted/chrome, painted/non-painted plastic body trim, etc.) they got every detail perfect. I've experienced issues with this from other body shops (would get a dual exhaust bumper on a single exhaust trim level). Couldn't be more pleased.Also, they made every step easy. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was driven to the car rental location which was all set up for me by Northglenn Auto Body. Same when I picked it up. They simply took my rental car and gave me my vehicle back. Smooth process.
