Gave Jim one star becuase his is nice to work with and communicates without judgement.However, several issues with his service arose that took away what could've been at minimum a 4-star review.His equipment was breaking down frequently, he'd close early without warning on days I had an appointment, and then I show up for my appointment and see a handwritten sign stating due to health issues his shop would be closed for an undetermined amount of time. LifeSafer removed him as an authorized installer, which I found out when I called them for a new place and appointment.Those were the minor issues. Since Day 1 of my instalation, my brand new high end battery was draining leaving me stranded often. Jim suggested it was either my alternator or my car battery connections. He offered to instal a new alternator for a reasonable price. So I bought an alternator, he installed it, I paid him. The issues still occured. I bought a high end trickle charger and jump pack for when I got stranded due to the battery drain. Not once did he opt to double check the installation.The battery drain was so extreme that if I wanted to use my vehicle, I would have to put it on the trickle charger the day before just to be able to start my car.My mechanic verified it wasn't either later on. The new place I go to now was easily able to verify that it was a very botched installation and they had to remove it entirely and re-instal again which cost me the full price of an install and monitoring. They contacted LifeSafer to see if I could be refunded due to botched install but couldn't get through. I called them and they said Jim's Blow & Go is a contractor, 3rd party installer, and the installer would be responsible for refund. However since his shop is closed now, I have no recourse.Hundreds of dollars down the drain and some of that in Jim's pocket (when he convinced me to do the alternator), just gone all due to his bad install.After speaking with several other installers, when choosing the new one after Jim's closed, they said they get a ton of business from people who went to Jim's and received bad installations. One said he was notorious for bad work.Honestly, this review doesn't really matter much now that he's closed. I have no way to get a refund for the damage he did to my vehicle. I might as well have burned the money.It's pretty bad, and certainly doesn't look good, when the CO DMV provides "vetted" providers to use and the "vetted" provider has a supposed "vetted" list of vendors, and they turn out to be poor quality providers. (to put it nicely)Does anyone really vet these things?! Obviously there's an issue with the process that the state and their "approved providers" need to re-work.

Jim's business is unreliable. I had to go there for two years, once every month for my interlock. Of those 24 times, 5 times nobody was at the premise for my appointment. A waste of my time. The worst part: my last appointment, to finally get my interlock removed after 2 years, Jim was nowhere around. Again. I had to find another interlock business to get my interlock removed or my car was going to get locked. I'll never make the dui mistake again but if I knew anyone that did, I would never recommend this place for your interlock needs. To keep compliant, Jim is unreliable. Reply to Jim: When did I say that I went elsewhere 5 times? I had to go elsewhere to get it removed or my car would of been locked since you scheduled me with one day left before the last day of the grace period. The 4 times nobody was around for the calibration, I had to reschedule within the grace period with YOU. Had there been a closer Guardian interlock service to me, I would of switched after the second time. The next closest was Traffik Jamz. Shout out to them for saving me from my car getting locked up and uninstalling my interlock. You should probably take "self inventory" of yourself if you're going to operate a service business.

Upon arrival at Jim's Blow & Go Interlock, I received compassion and excellent customer service. My device was installed right away and I was shown how to use the blower and camera with explicit instructions. I was also able to schedule out several service appointments which was very helpful considering my schedule as a mother and business owner. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Thanks Jim and Trish for taking the time to make me feel at home during an extremely stressful time for me and my family. You ROCK!!!

What a great experience! Fantastic customer service and timely instillation. Employees were respectful, professional and humorous. I entered in a stressed and worried mindset, but left my my mind eased and a smile on my face. I will be sure to recommend Jim's Blow and Go to any friends that may need an interlock. Their explanations were detailed and informative. They make sure you are comfortable and in the know before you leave their office. Best interlock location I've used. Thanks for everything!

He had exceptional customer service. He knew what he was doing his appointments were speedy and on time and thorough I would suggest anyone coming to Jim. I've had several DUIs and dealt with several other interlock places and never had a good experience this was a great experience.

Jim has ALWAYs come through for me. Today I had a problem in which my handset stopped working and the car's battery was dead. Jim, and his assistant, Misty, were extremely helpful. Jim took the time out of his extremely busy day to drive from Northglenn to Lafayette to replace the handset and base on my car so that I could drive again. It was a very stressful situation, and he helped me out so much. I am very thankful and will always recommend his shop as the best place in Colorado to go for interlock service. my install was fast and professional. I had no idea how thee system worked, but Mr. Logson took the time to completely explain and demonstrate everything I would need to know. He even accommodated my bizarre work schedule to fit me at a time that worked for me. I definitely picked the right place to go. highly recommended.

The receptionist is amazing & Jim is a great guy. They had me in & out in about 2 hrs. for my free installation and gave me 1 month free on leasing the devices. Tabitha in the front office talked with me and answered all my questions. Jim's Blow & Go Interlock made me feel like family. They actually care

Super helpful place. They really get it. when it comes to dealing with DUI too often you're treated like scum. Not the case here , Jim is very knowledgeable and Deziray makes things so easy when going in for your monthly. Thanks a lot couldn't imagine going thru this with any one else.

Don't waste your time coming here. I came here for an install had a few questions the front desk lady wasn't able to answer them, told me to talk to the guy who does the install when I pick up my car. He wasn't there so I left with unanswered questions. Asked for a manual didn't get one and left just as confused as I walked in. And I was overcharged $40. She couldn't explain to me any of the charges and couldn't tell me how much I would be paying monthly. Switched my monthly appointments to a different location through guardian.

STAY AWAY this place had my family and I in danger. JIM wired my truck back in October 2017 since then we have had 6 handsets put in. JIM completely rigged my wiring because I had a push to start and he couldn't figure it out. Never once did he check the wiring and refused this last time I asked. JIM insisted my truck was the problem....GUESS WHAT? Took it to Traffic Jamz and they told me they were suprised my engine did not blow or that the truck hadn't caught fire!!! They had to completely reinstall my interlock. I have 4 kids that I travel with everyday!!! They knew this since I had been seeing them twice a month so JIM deliberately put my children and I in danger by not wanting to double check his work. I was so happy to get my truck fixed this morning and to know that my family is safe now. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I have called guardian and they are on top of it and I will also be calling the BBB and the news regarding this establishment. PLEASE be Aware of the risks associated with this vendor.

Jim's a caring man! He is the most knowledgeable Interlock installer in the state and figured out how to wire my Audi which was not something another interlock place that I tried could figure out. Go see him and get treated with respect and professionalism.

This establishment can be a bit intimidating given the reason for going. I was put at ease immediately and treated very well from the start. The owner is the most kind compassionate man. Establishment is very clean. I cannot say too many great things about this business.

Great friendly staff! Having interlock sucks but this place makes it easier to deal with. Short wait times, never stuck there for hours, very good with appointment times.

The review is in the quantity of the stars...need I type more??Of note, + = ; DO NOT DRIVE IMPAIRED in ANY form!!! More importantly, pay attention and wear your seat belt. Distracted or inattentive driving is also impaired driving.
