I had a flat tire from a large staple or nail. I called them at around 5:30 and was told as long as I arrived by 6:00 they would take care of me. They were true to their word. This was exceptional service from the phone call, check-in and repair work. Thank you so much!!

I had a great experience at Discount Tires! Jeremy was incredibly helpful when I called, ensuring that I was well taken care of. Although I initially only intended to purchase tires, Jeremy's assistance led me to also get a set of rims along with the new tires. The service was impeccable, and everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone in need of tires or related services.

Blake and Jamie are amazing. They both made me feel as though I was their top priority. Got a new set of tires and they were both so great and accommodating. And they beat Service Streets price $1000 cheaper and a better tire.

Had two new tires done here. Two days later, today, found out the mechanics at the shop stripped and broke one of my bolts. So now I have to make time that I do not have to replace something that people carelessly screwed on. Learning my lesson coming here. Can't even get it replaced today when I actually AM able to afford the time, and have to come in TOMORROW because it's "more convenient for everybody".. apparently.

Super friendly and helpful staff who do some excellent work as far as I can tell so far. They quoted me 1+ hour for my tire install, but it didn t take them more than about 35 mins. I couldn t believe how fast they were. I ll keep coming back.

Needed to repair a tire and was blown away by the customer service. The gentleman, Bryan, was absolutely fantastic. Even though our tire was not repairable and had to purchase new ones, it was a great experience and Bryan went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had everything we needed.

This team deserves 6 stars. Matt and Nevada could not have been nicer even though I kept them there longer than their closing time. I had a tire replaced in 30 minutes with nothing but friendliness and professionalism. Tire angels!!!!

This week on my drive home from work, my tire light went on and via my dashboard I watched my tire deflate as I drove. I called this store and explained my situation. I arrived just before closing with literally only a minute or less to spare. They could have been annoyed with me arriving at closing, but instead they greeted me so welcomingly. They fixed my tire and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this store mostly because the staff was fantastic! I appreciated that more than they could know!

Like always one of my favorite places... The employees are always courteous and professional. I've been going to this discount tire store for almost 10 years now and they always treat me right. I will continue to bring my business to them and thanks again guys

I brought my wife's BMW here to have her stock wheels mounted and balanced with some new tires. I also brought four of her old Wheels to have two tires replaced and have all four tires taken off to get the TPMS sensors and put them on the stock wheels. They told me about 2hrs which was fine. When I picked up the car I reset the TPMS sensor and I drove it almost a mile and it didn't want to reset and right before I got back to discount it said TPMS malfunction. That's when I had three different people including the manager tell me it takes 20 minutes for it to reset. I'm a BMW mechanic and I know how long it takes to reset the TPMS on these cars, I then asked if all of the stock TPMS sensors we're taking off the aftermarket wheels and put on the stock wheels look I requested at which point the manager said I watched him replace all four of them. I explained that's impossible because it would be working if that was the case and the sensor I'm looking at on this car looks like it hasn't been changed. I then asked where my old sensors were and about 10 minutes later they were able to find them and brought them out to me three of them were the same and one was different at which point I told him that's impossible because they should all be the same and that the bigger sensor was one that should be on the vehicle now well sure enough he scanned all sensors and the one that was in the bag should have been on the front driver side wheel because that one wasn't reading. He then told me they would take care of it once a bay got open at which point I then had to wait another 45 minutes to get my car done again. Not only that but I had the same thing done the very first time I bought those aftermarket wheels and I was charged $88 for mounting and balancing and yet this time for the same exact thing I was charged $174. I understand if you guys have certain prices but when I pay a certain price I expect the same price when I get the same thing done and for me to have to pay over double for the same thing that I've had done before seemed odd. Other than that they do take care of your vehicles and the customer service is great.

I had a nail in one tire. I was told that it can't be repaired. I was ready to replace that tire but he told me I have to replace all of them. Its a new car 15 000 miles and one tire was replaced by the dealer 3 months ago. he scanned the tire tread depth and told me all of them were 6/32. Pure lie since one tire was 3 months old so they couldn't be the same. Very sad. Liars, cheaters. This is the 2nd time the same experience. First one was at Larkridge location, same car with less mileage, they wanted to replace all 4 tires and dealer was totally fine to replace just one. I'm done with discount tire and dishonest practice. That was on 2/5/24 5 pm

5 stars all around for sure. I came on a busy afternoon and this place is equipped to handle it with multiple desks checking in folks and keeping the line moving. From my appointment time to leaving was less than 30 minutes for a winter tire changeover and everyone there was hustling the entire time. Super impressive service!

Had an awesome experience here. Discount Tire mounted and balanced new tires on my 2006 Viper -- they were courteous, careful and had the car ready to go within the timeframe promised. Thanks Joseph! Will be back for my other cars.

Great customer service! We were traveling and had a flat tire. After being turned away by 2 other tire places, they happily worked us in. They were faster than their projected repair time and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. 10/10 would recommend

Probably the best experience I've had here! Came in with no appointment to see why my brand new tire wasn't holding air and they found and solved the problem in 20 minutes, I was in and out even with a huge line at the door when I got in!

Don t take your vehicle here if you have aftermarket rims. When we got there they said they could do it and had us wait 1.5 hours to tell us they can t do it cause of the weight of the rims(24). We even called before handed and the manager himself confirmed it that they can do the job then wait 1.5 hrs for nothing!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AFTERMARKET RIMS!!! We wasted so much time and had to cancel our plans cause of them wasting our time!!! Never again!!! Take your vehicle to Multillantas on 72nd n federal instead!! Ramon will take good care of you!

Had a flat tire brought it here to have them put air in it! Tire was no good so hey looked up how much a tire would be! They didn't have them in stock. They would have to order them. Ended up getting tires on line. I brought my wheel and tire I. To have them put air in it. The guy tells me he can't do it! Because the size of the tire. So couldn't put air in a tire that you would have sold me!

Johnathon stopped to help me along I-25. I had hit something in the road got a flat tire maybe some other issues too but he was great. He quickly changed my tire. I am so grateful for his help and will send as many people as I can to your store. It s nice that you hire people who will assist others even when all they get out of it is a smile and a very small donation for lunch. He s great!

Writing this review specifically to give a major shout to Curtis and Nick over at DT in Northglenn. I ordered a set of all black Level 8 Slingshot wheels for my truck, was notified via phone that there was an error and those actually weren't in stock. However, they were going to get me the machined black set at a discount, I agreed. Upon arriving to my appointment, there was another mixup and someone had the set as 2 6-lug out of the 4 wheels. These gentleman were great enough to have someone immediately drive to retrieve 2 from the lakewood location. I had time to wait so I agreed to that. As my truck was being finished Curtis let me know that for the inconvenience they were lowering the price again to the original order, even though I never requested it.Great to see guys taking their job seriously and doing everything they can to satisfy their customer. I will definitely be keeping my tire & wheel business with DT.Kudos fellas.
