Brought my 2018 Charger here at the beginning of April to get my back right door replaced and a small dent on my passenger door fixed. I was told it would be 4 weeks. It would've been done in 3 but they had to wait for a weather strip to come in, so technically it was on time. I was kept updated every Tuesday/Thursday. Just got my car back today (Saturday May 6) and my car looks Amazing! They did a great job and right now I am very happy with the work they did. I came here because it was the only place that had better reviews (5 stars) than other places around. The only bad review was that they didn't work on cars 10+ years old or something. I was going to take my car to a Caliber collision or crash champions but I couldn't get past the bad reviews some people were posting. Could they have done just a good of a job, or maybe faster? Sure. But I went with my gut. Everyone here was super friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing work done on their cars. If i see problems as time goes on, i will update this. But in the meantime, its 5/5 for now!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience here was great! Both Emily s were extremely intelligent, helpful, personable, and easy to work with! My car feels very smooth while driving and they replaced my trunk flawlessly. Couldn t recommend them more!

Emily and team at Dent Master Collision will tell you anything but the truth, Took my car to them March 4th and was told it would be completed by the 28th. That was a lie, Said they had a loner for me, that was a lie, The manager that was there when I brought my car no longer even works there. What is going on with dent master? This used to be a respectable business. Is there any true leadership in the place of business? I'll never take my car there,Or suggest Dent Master to anyone I know.!!!

10/10 would recommmend coming here for any car repairs. They had my car fixed within one week and I didn t have to wait a month to get in for an appointment. They handle everything for you also from the rental to keeping you updated almost daily on your car. The customer service is superb. Overall a wonderful experience.

I needed a side fender replaced and a wheel touched up. They had me drop the vehicle off on a Monday telling me it would take 2-3 days. It took them until the following Thursday to complete. Thats 11 days, just ridiculous. The cost of my rental car was more then the work I needed done. Their communication is poor. I had to call in for updates and they often gave me wrong information. The work finally was completed and seemed to look alright. I would look elsewhere first.

I was sent here by GEICO to have my rear bumper replaced over the summer, and they appeared to do a solid job. But the other day I realized my bumper had not been painted, but wrapped, which I was never informed of. The wrap is now peeling off. I had no idea this was even a thing, and if I did, I d have insisted on having it painted. At the very least, the wrap needs to not be peeling off within 6 months of application. Really not happy.

I had about a 6" scratch on my passenger door that i hired Dent Master to fix. The customer service was horrendous. It took 26 days for them to repair this scratch. They quoted that it would take 2 weeks. In that 26 days, Dent Master contacted me a total of ZERO times to give me an update on the status of my car. I had to call, multiple times to find out what was going on. The lack of communication was disturbing enough that I complained to the manager over the phone. That changed nothing, I continued to be in the dark about what was taking so long. If you do not want to know the status of your car, Dent Master is the way to go! If you want your car fixed in a timely manner, with regular updates...please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

Quick service! Anthony was amazing making sure my truck was done right! He even called the ins company for me to be sure I wasn't being charged for the rental since they wouldn't extend it for me!Thanx for taking great care of my baby!!Ya'll rock!

UPDATE: The Dent Master's team has worked very hard to make things right and I really appreciate their dedication. They ordered new parts and did what they could to remedy the situation. I appreciate their helpfulness, their care and their friendliness when dealing with a complicated matter such as this. My car looks great now and they were very upfront and honest about the process. It means a lot to me that they took accountability and made things right. Thanks for your help.

Rick was absolutely amazing - he sent me updates on my vehicle every Tuesday and Thursday. I would highly recommend Dent Master Collision to any friend and family member. The team did an excellent job on my car and were able to get it done in a timely manner.

Really enjoyed working with Rick and the whole team. Great communication throughout the repair! My SUV was ready right when they initially estimated it would be and it looked brand new. I had my side view mirror replaced there and everything was done in a few days. Anthony advocated for an OEM replacement part with the insurance company and they had it replaced in a few minutes. I highly recommend these guys!

What can I say, they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Wonderful communication, costumer service, and transparency. My car was done a full week ahead of their original quoted finish date. Rick and the entire team at Dent Master Collision were fantastic. Start to finish the customer service was amazing. Don't bring your car here what ever you do these guys don't have a clue what there doing even the owner told me he was embarrassed for his shop they didn't even put my front end back together properly my headlights are facing down on the ground my headlight wobbles and is loose almost ready to fall out these guys had such a hard time putting my car back together they had to ask another shop how to properly put it back together and they dented my hood told me they would fix it and never did never been to such a horrible shop stay far away !!!!!!!

I have 6 company vehicles and was hit hard in the back of my new truck. The claimants insurance company had it towed to Calliber. They said they couldn't get to the job for 3 weeks. I paid to have it towed to Dentmaster because my office manager had her car fixed there in 3 days. It took Rick and his superior techs and staff 2 weeks and my truck was back on the road. They even did some free clear bra on the bedsite.. Thank you Dentmaster!!!

Great communication and great attention to detail. Turn around time was better than expected. If you need work, choose Dent Master over the competition (like cali8er) and you'll be glad you did!

Thank you Dent master! The experience from day one has been nothing short of Awesome. Professional, honest, and went above and beyond. They went to bat with our insurance company on numerous issues relating to the same claim and updated us every step of the way. Before I stumbled upon this team we had worked with several other auto shops and they were rude, Unresponsive and unreliable. Dent master and the team didn t have to be so great, since by the time we got to them we were desperate for a decent job done and to have our Jeep back. However they went the extra mile and we couldn t be more happy with their service and the pride they take in doing a great job- HArd to come by these days. I wouldn t recommend anywhere else.

Rick and Victor are amazing! I took my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid here after it was in a fender bender, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless, fast, and easy. The work they did is amazing; the car looks brand new. This is my second time going to Dent Master, and I now trust them as my go-to body shop. I will also recommend to anyone who needs body work to go here. The work is simply outstanding and the timeline for the project was swift. Have had my truck for two months now. Three of them saying "should be ready for the paint job either by the end of today or by tomorrow" FINALLY getting painted but still going to have my truck for probably another week. Dent Master was AMAZING to work with. Somebody had T-boned me, destroying the driver side of my car. Dent Master was able to quickly make an appointment for repairs, organized a temporary car rental on my behalf, and completed repairs way ahead of schedule. Had some body work done to the front of my Honda CR-V. Randy and Rick were clear with me what the costs were and the timing. When I needed to get my car finished earlier due to some personal reasons these guys made sure that the car got done at the correct time to help me out.
