I recently came here to have a radar detector installed in my vehicle. Chris Bodine went above and beyond in making sure that all of the little issues were ironed out. His technical communication skills were exemplary, and he did a great job of making sure I understood each part of the process. We encountered some really strange issues that I believe are specific to my particular car, and Chris did a fantastic job at addressing the problems and making sure I was happy with the end result. Thomas was also helpful at the front desk for coordinating the necessary tasks and ordering parts. The staff at this location made this a wonderful experience and I would absolutely come back if I needed any further work done in the future!

After buying a new vehicle, I knew to get a well done initial wax to protect the paint. Carlos worked with me so that he could do a ceramic coating that would take all day. Absolutely worth every dollar! She already got compliments on the color, and I intend for her to keep looking her best!

An awesome experience from start to finish with Car Toys!I was looking to upgrade the sound system in my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid. After looking into reviews at all the shops near me I decided to check out Car Toys in Northglenn. I originally wanted to upgrade all the stock speakers and add a 5 channel amp + a sub to the trunk area.Upon arriving at Car Toys I began speaking with Trevor. Trevor was very knowledgeable and even suggested not upgrading the stock speakers yet to save some money and instead just amplifying the stock speakers so that they d sound better. I can t lie upon hearing this advice I was a little skeptical as I have never been a huge fan of stock car speakers, but man am I glad I took Trevor s advice.Trevor then walked me out to my car with Johnny to discuss the plan for the sub. Johnny was also very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that this upgrade was going to get me exactly what I was looking for. We talked over speaker options and sub options and both Trevor and Johnny made sure I understood why they were recommending certain products and why they would advise against others.I originally wanted to throw a 10 inch sub in the trunk, but after discussing with Trevor and Johnny decided to go with a 12 inch sub. This was going to be enclosed in a custom fiberglass box made by Johnny.After leaving Car Toys I left on a snowboarding trip and had my wife drop the car off at Car Toys the following Sunday to get the job done. My wife also had nothing but good things to say about the way the team at Car Toys treated her.Upon landing back in Denver on my return flight I got a call from Johnny. He let me know that there might be an issue with the fiberglass box as it would be on top of where the car battery sits and if anything were to happen to the battery it would be a pain to access it as the fiberglass enclosure would need to be removed. I asked for his suggestion and he suggested a downward firing wood box in the trunk area. At this point my confidence level in Johnny was sky high so I just told him to do whatever he thought would be best.We just got car back yesterday, and my wife can t stop talking about how clean the sound is in the car and how much more fun she is having driving it around as a result of the upgraded system. Johnny even asked what kind of music we prefer and ported the sub box because of it and tuned our system accordingly.I can t thank Trevor, Johnny, and the rest of the team at Car Toys for their awesome service and the quality of work done on our car. When it is time to upgrade the stock speakers in our car I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend these guys, they had to clean up the mess another not so quality sound installer created. I had the pleasure of working with Mario(Top Notch) installer! Mario was able to achieve the desired sound I wanted in my 2021 F-150 and also did a great job on explaining what went wrong with the previous work. Never disparaging the installer, just was very matter of fact about what was wrong. Sometimes you can save money in the long run by spending a little more upfront! I highly recommend these guys!

Our experience was great. With just a phone number they had our history, information and warranty details. The appointment was prompt and the employees were courteous and professional. My issue was resolved within an hour under warranty with perfect results. I couldn t be happier.

Cleaned one of my headlights then tried to fine me to pay for the other. Didn t ask for anyone of that just wanted my subs installed. Other than that though great customer service.

Installation was extremely professional and all the employees were very helpful during my shopping process. My installation was a bit more expensive than I was hoping, but for the quality of service I got I can swallow the costs. Will definitely be returning in the furure

I went in January 10th hoping to get a new stereo installed. They said they needed to order a part and it would be a week or two so I paid for the part and left. After two weeks I called for an update and was told the part was on back order and expected February 2. Today is March 6 and I still have yet to receive one phone call. Super disappointed.Update: 4/2 they called and said they finally got the part. When I asked about some kind of consideration for the extended wait, they took 100 bucks off. Not good enough. I wouldn t suggest using this company for anything.

My expectations were exceeded with courteous, professional service. All work was done quickly and perfectly. Additional diagnosis and recommendations for an unrelated issue were provided as a courtesy which was greatly appreciated as well.This is how successful businesses operate. I will forever highly recommend the Northglenn store for any and all services and products they offer.

Everyone in the store was very professional and courteous really fast. Service store was well organized took the car there for window tint. Our service technician was JT. He was really awesome. Explained everything in detail took very good care of our car and the results were wonderful. We are very pleased and highly recommend, this location Thank you very much

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! THEY SCAM PEOPLE AND CHARGE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS OF LABOR WHEN IT ONLY TOOK 20 MINUTES START TO FINISH. THEN THEY LIE ABOUT IT!!!Back in 2021 my husband had this company install a stereo system in a small Ford fusion. They ran wire, we bought Amp, speaker, wire, bass control nob, and we wanted to keep the original radio so we added another device that allowed us to keep the original radio. This was all done at the aurora location off of Potomac st. Within the first year the speaker blew, so we went back and bought a different brand. Not even a year later that speaker also blew. We spent 3k in the beginning. We were told that the device that allows you to keep the original radio was installed behind the dash and would have to remove the dash to take it out. So we decided to have this location remove the system. Which was quoted for 1 and a half hours of "labor" and shop expenses that are 15% of their hourly rate. We got there at 10:30am and when they were asking questions about what we wanted taken out was 11:30am. They didnt put the car in their building until about 11:45am, they "completed" the job at 12:15pm. When it was time to pay they told us around $250. To which I replied with why is it so much? I was told 1 hour was $140, the "manager" stated that the tech wrote down that it took him a hour and a half to complete the work and that my car was there in their building at 9:30am. Which is not true as i have life360 proof of what time we left the house to head to that location and when we got there. The guy wanted to argue and then I found out that the device that needed to be removed was not located behind the dash like originally stated. We ended up paying $210 for their tech to cut the wires and unscrew the Amp. They scammed us and I will never use this company again. Way to many problems and way to costly!!!

Brought some speakers to be installed in my husband s car and did an interior detail since the car was messy on the inside. Service was great, installation seemed to be great. Only downside- they charged me by the hour for installation($150/hour), but the car was done early and my cost was not adjusted. Go here if you don t mind paying A LOT.

I went in for a recalibration on my breathalyzer, deciding to make a quick run while on my lunch break and was extremely satisfied with the efficiency of the employees. If I m ever back in the area I will definitely choose this location for my recalibration.

I purchased a remote install online during Black Friday, got a great price which included installation. I was really frustrated when I got there because no one told me I needed 2 keys for the install, nor was I aware there would be another $140 charge BUT these guys were SO nice that I went to Ford, got 2 new key fobs and returned to have it done. Of course, like any business, they pitch other services detailing, window tint, stereo system etc. Normally I HATE the upsell pitches. But these guys were so chill and so professional that I had them tint my front windows and detail the interior. When I picked up my car, an employee took me outside and showed me how the remote start works and explained everything very carefully. The inside detailing was spotless and well cleaned and the window tinting was perfect! I am VERY impressed with this Car Toys franchise and its crew and I will be back again and again. I d give them 6 stars if I could.

This place is awesome! Second time upgrading a car stereo with them over the years. They were able to work me into a comfortable price point for a new stereo, speaker replacements, remote start and backup camera. True professionals and I didn t know they do detailing and headlight restoration as well! The only place to go for car tech needs.

If I could post a review without any stars I would. After having my door speakers installed by this shop I left and noticed there was a huge scratch on the door panel and immediately called to inform them. I spoke with the shop manager Alex who right away attempted to tell me the scratch was there prior to them doing the work. When I dropped the car off, the install technician never sat in my vehicle or got in the vehicle in any way. The only thing he inspected was the exterior of the vehicle. At that point I told him it was impossible for the technician to have known about prior damage inside the vehicle and his response was people are always trying to get over on them . I paid almost $900 to have this work done and they damaged my vehicle, denied it and then continued to imply that I was lying and making all of this up to get over on them. At this point they have done nothing to resolve the matter in any way. They also did not put the piece by the driver side mirror back correctly, were extremely rude to my friend who tried to help me deal with it while I was at work and now I am losing wages from having to miss work to try and fix this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER GOING TO THIS SHOP AND HAVING ANYTHING DONE TO THEIR VEHICLE!!!

I brought my truck in to get the remote start fixed that was installed four years ago they were ready for me at my appointment time. It took about an hour. It was fixed and there was no charge. They did an excellent job.

This is the worst place to get your interlock with Intoxolock serviced. They were always messing with device and even tried to report me "tampering" with it. I was looking at severe charges had it not been for me disputing the case and providing proof to the DMV. After the judge looked at the pictures provided by Car Toys it was clear there wasn't any tampering and it was more wear and tear and that they kept using the same wiring harness and I kept having issues it was clear it was never tampered with so the case was dismissed. After that I had to record every time I took it in to get serviced because the device would not turn my vehicle on. Now that I switched service centers (Not a Car Toys) I haven't had not 1 issue. I hope this helps everyone because I dished out alot of koney in fees I was constantly being charged by car toys. Its all scam guys.

My wife went in before Christmas to buy me a new Pioneer car system as a present. Prior to going into the store, she had spoken to 2 other people and was told that all they would need is the face plate to complete the install. When she went into the store, she spoke with Thomas, and he reassured her that the face plate would cost seventy dollars, was the only thing needed for the install. I called today to set up a time to bring my car in for the installation done and asked if anything additional was needed for the system installation. The person I spoke to said that that would depend on all the features that I wanted to have hooked back up from my car. When I asked him what he meant, he said if I wanted any of my steering wheel functions/hands free to work with the new system it would be an additional cost. I asked what I'd be looking at as far as that additional amount. He said with wiring harnesses and everything else it would be an additional $700. I said that this wasn't disclosed to my wife to my wife at the time of purchase. He said it was standard. All in cost with everything would have been $1100. I wouldn't have a problem with this if she would have been told this up front and she knew about it when she was making the purchase. This seems like deceptive business practices and false advertising. I have returned the unit and based on what I saw in there tonight during my I would discourage any from going to this store.

My overall experience at this location was fantastic. The staff in store were very attentive and knew exactly what I needed when given part numbers instead of product names as I'm a numbers oriented individual. I will note I did feel an odd sense of being observed in a hovering fashion from a distance by an individual who seemed to be car toys staff, but perhaps not part of the location itself. He seemed as though he wanted the salesman to offer me something more, but never directly said anything; just sharing odd glances with the table of speakers in the lobby and the salesman yet never with me personally. In any case the air freshener I got is great and has been my go to brand for years now. Thanks car toys.

Very low quality customer service. They were all about the upsell. I just needed a simple product. Two days and 3 visits later, it still doesn't work correctly. They didn't care. Just wanted me to go away... they lied and said they fixed it when in fact the product still doesn't work correctly. Very, very disappointing!

I was told we need a Maestro stereo for the backup camera to work. Then got called the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up and the backup camera didn't work. My son and I had to wait 2 hours for them to complete the install. They gave us the keys and we went home. My son said he can't get into the settings. I then called Car Toys and asked why he can't get in, and I was advised that someone should of gave us a walk through and show us how to use the new stereo. We didnt get this, and apparently there's a safety procedure that you have to do with your car before you can get into settings that needs to be done by the emergency brake..we wouldn't have known this and we had to figure it out at home... the price of the invoice versus the quality and service was not matching up.

Walked in at 9am to look at stereos- picked up my car at 2pm with a beautiful new stereo. They are knowledgeable, honest, very nice, quick, flexible and good at what they do. The stereo looks flawless like the car came that way, is good quality and clean. Shout out to Tommy and the installer who has been there for 20 years. I am very happy.

there was no appointment. 1st come 1st served. had me in and out the next day. Shahid greeted me. explained to him what i wanted, got me the installer, Seth, who was going to work on the truck and we came up with a great solution. passed me back to Shahid to close, confirm the order and take payment.no pressure. no upsell.called me when truck was ready. walked me through personally and made certain i knew how to use the remote start and alarm system.professional, charming, witty team and overall a clean install. i will be back. thank you all.
