Friendly on the phone. Haven't gotten any email about a delivery date yet. I need to take down a section of fence for access, so a date would be great!

Hmmm. Ordered service. That was tricky because the automated system wouldn't take the order unless I told it how many gallons I wanted. I wanted the tank filled before the winter snow as my road at 9300 feet elevation is not plowed in the winter and it cannot be delivered then. I can't tell how many gallons it would take to fill it. Finally got a live customer service rep to schedule delivery. Received email with delivery date. Good. Truck showed up on the correct date. Good. We were the fouth delivery that day. Meter on truck had broken. Couldn't deliver the gas. Truck left. After a week I called to see about delivery. I had not been rescheduled automatically as one would think. Have been re-scheduled...two weeks out again. Still haven't received propane. Haven't received confirmation email for this second request. Hmmmmmm....

Horrible service. Imagine weeks of no heat in Colorado, no stove, no showers, etc. First, they blamed their computer system saying there was no way to confirm when the gas would be delivered. They finally scheduled today as the delivery date, but they had no idea when the truck would arrive - just sometime today. I took off work and stayed at the house so the heater and stove pilots could be re-lit. It s going on 6pm and the driver cannot be reached. Their telephone person is polite and apologetic, but not helpful. She left at 5pm so there s no way to contact them now. I ll update this post if they ever deliver.

I miss having a person I can relate to. I live very rural and Ferrellgas closed down our local supply store. I mean it is still there but there is no one to physically man it. I now deal with people i have never met over the phone in a city 150 miles away. I cannot take my small cylinders to get refilled or certified anymore. I can still get gas delivered to my house so that is something but I miss the personal touch of a local representative. She used to send flowers with our fill up when it was either my wife or I's birthday. I could call and my local person knew who I was and my particular needs. It is too sad.

Sometimes I have to order when I'm at 40% so I get a delivery before I run out. I live 3 blocks fron the depot but they gave 1 driver and won't bring in any help. I'll go over 2 weeks waiting for a delivery

Austin delivered on a Saturday because there were so many deliveries scheduled for the next week. He was courteous and professional.
