These folks are the real deal. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Ben called to let me know what my car needed, what it would cost, and gave me a time-frame estimate. Next day he called with a status update. I really appreciated being kept up-to-date and not being left wondering what was going on with my car. When I picked it up, the price was exactly what I'd been quoted. No surprises. Nice people, fair prices and quality work.

Grant Automotive was recommended by a neighbor and I would recommend to others. My truck went limp and had it towed to a Ford dealer. They told me it was totaled. I then towed it to Grant Automotive for a second opinion and they too said it was totaled. They worked hard to find and replace the engine. They understood the situation I was in and sympathized. They did not take advantage and "milk" me for additional money. They were meticulous during the whole process. I trust them completely.Service: Engine repair

I had fluid under my wife's car that I couldn't identify-It's late November and the earliest the Ford dealership could get me in was January 25th? So I tried Grant Automotive- I got right in at 8am - It was hydraulic fluid leaking from a bad motor mount, it required replacement- I had the vehicle back before lunch- It couldn't have been easier and the price was right. I have 3 vehicles now out of warranty- So they'll be seeing me again- Very happy I went there-

I can't say enough about the excellent service here. Ian worked directly with my warranty company to get the charges handled, and Ben gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to hang out in the shop all day. They got the truck back on the road well ahead of schedule as well by going down to the city to retrieve the needed part. Excellent service all around!!

My Dad always said "Finding a good, honest mechanic is harder than finding a gold nugget, and when you find one, you hang onto it." This certainly holds-true with Grant Auto.I have been taking my vehicles to Grant Auto for about 13 years and I have been very happy with their service. They are honest and conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism. I have worked with Ben and Marty several times, but Leo has been my account manager for many years. All of the employees have been a pleasure to work with but Leo has been rock-solid on every service I've needed help with. He's great with communication and offers flexibility, laying-out options to help me find a cost-effective solution that fits my needs.Even if you're not a "mountain dweller" like me, you should consider taking your vehicle to Grant for service. You won't regret it!

These guys are awesome, very honest, always on time and within quoted prices. I've taken a few of my cars here and they have always taken great care of me. They take the time to properly diagnose issues, explain the problem in terms I can understand and present options that make sense. I've never felt any pressure and they have always gotten me taken care of on time and feeling confident that I made an informed decision regarding any needed repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Love Grant Automotive. Such a huge relief to have people I can trust. Ian is awesome! But please fix your WiFi to make it easier to wait, it hasn t worked in over 12 months.

Easy to make an appointment. My service advisor Kent knows my vehicle history and insures I get the service I need to keep it running strong. Grant techs are very knowledgeable in Ford diesel truck mechanics. They spotted a problem with the transmission fluid, called me recommending a fluid and filter change, and completed the work. I hope to get more life out of the truck as a result.

I broke down right in front of their shop on a Sunday coming back from camping towing my toy hauler. I lost my brakes and steering due to a broken belt. I tried to find one to replace myself but couldn't find one. I didn't want to wait or pay for towing on a Sunday. So I decided to leave my truck there and drop my keys in the night drop box hoping they could fix my truck the next day. The next day Ken called and said he was really busy but would see what he could do. Well luckily he found the parts and was able to make time to fix my truck so I could get my toy hauler home. Thx Ken!

Kent helped us out with our Mini and Jeep. Very honest, trustworthy approach to maintenance! I suspected clutch fail for Mini, but Grant service tested and suggested I hold off. Dealer would have likely encouraged spend. Bottom line, quality care without the elevated over-$ervicing I've experienced with dealer. Great personable staff as well! I trust them.

We LOVE the people at Grant! Not so much becuase of something they did for us. More for what they did for our Customer one time. SUCH HONEST AND KIND people!!!! We had an out of town family stay (a lady and her three kids), who had another automotive place tell them they needed a $2500 repair. The lady went to Grant Automotive for a second opinion, out of desperation and Grant, after having the car just a short while, called her back. They could have said, $2400 or something like that. Instead they said, "don't worry, it was nothing, it's fixed, no charge due." They told her all that it was was that the last someone who worked on her car had left a rag on some important place that was causing the issues!! SO Awesome when people are KIND AND HONEST!! The way the WHOLE world should be! We told them they can stay anytime at a discount since we do that for all Service Professionals but for these good people we always do more discounts. If you want an HONEST evaluation of your car, I would say you're more likely to get it from the good people at Grant! And no, it's not because we're friends, or we get anything out of this. We're so busy with this BNB, we work 17/7/365 and don't ever have time to socialize so don't know really anyone up here.

I've been trusting Grant Automotive with my cars for almost 20 years. Started with my 1993 Jeep Cherokee. Grant kept it running through my children's driving licenses in 05-06 and forward until it finally bit the dust in 2012. In the interim, they kept my Saab on the road. my son's Jetta, my daughter's Subi Legacy & now my own Outback. I know I can trust their advice and their skills. Ben & friends at Grant have demonstrated the ethics that keep a neighborhood business thriving. Good on ya', Grant!

Ken has taken care of me and my family's vehicles for years. They are trustworthy and friendly. I moved 2 hours away and I still drive down to have my new truck serviced there. Mechanics are knowledgeable and owner is present usually some time during my visit. They are a big part of the mountain community.

Grant Auto is an excellent, professional shop. It's a great resource for anyone living on the 285 Corridor. I'll just recount a recent experience where staff did some research for me on a Subaru viscous coupler issue to see if the car was worth fixing. It was not, but at least I had the information at hand, and the research came at no charge.

So I recently put gas in my diesel truck...I know...it was stupid. I was right near the Ford dealership off of 6th in Lakewood. They quoted me $10,000 to fix it. I called Grant after being referred to them multiple times and they got me in the same day and worked from the least invasive and expensive approach first. They predicted we could get it fixed by just flushing the system and changing a couple filters and that the truck should be good to go. THEY WERE RIGHT. It was less than $700 and my truck has been perfect since. So grateful they did their due-diligence and that they didn't try to take advantage of me!! They have not only SAVED ME LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS but have insured a customer for life!!

I ve been going to AutoNation (very out of my way) for my van work because I didn t think many places worked on vans as large as mine. After I was quoted $1900 for what seemed like minimal work there, I brought it here. Leo really listened to me about the problem and my concerns. Though they had never worked on my van type before, it seemed, they really seemed thorough and determined the original quoted problem was not the actual problem and came back with a quote a quarter of the original quote. To be treated like a human *and* given a more accurate diagnostic and price? Never going back to AutoNation, that s for sure!

Grant Automotive ROCKS. Left it in front of their shop yesterday at 5:30 AM, picked it up at 9:45 PM, handled everything directly with Marty over the phone. He was honest, reasonable in price and friendly. Great experience.

Thanks to Marty and his crew for getting my Ford Escape purring like a kitten again is just one day. You guys are simply amazing!!! From the fast, one day repairs, to the continuous communication, spot on knowledge to what needed to be done as well as the things that didn't, to the fair prices and just absolute professionalism. You are running a Top Notch Shop, A+++!

My friend bought a car that has done some repair here last year (Aug, 2016) by the previous owner. Another mechanical check at Euro Tech suggests us to do more or less the same stuff as the previous owner did here for ca. $1600. So we went to the shop and asked them about the warranty. The mechanic called Kent said he would do it for free if there is a real problem associated with their repair last year. He checked very carefully (5 hours work according to him) and showed us the problem. It's not like what Euro Tech said. And he would change a part for free. That guy is awesome. I would do business there again.

I brought my 7.3L truck that I had just bought and they said everything under the moon needed a fix when it was all a big lie! Here are some examples...said many of my lights were failing when every one works including the license bulb which they stated failed. Said they won't even attempt to fix my oil leaks and quoted me that I would have to remove the cab off the chassis to operate and fix said leaks. Just had said leaks fixed and a turbo reseal for under $500 whereas these guys quoted me 3000 and said they didn't even want to touch the truck because of rust! These guys are just out there to make a easy buck and take ADVANTAGE over all you uneducated motorists! Watch out unless you have money to blow or like getting one up the rear. Thank heavens that I found someone trustworthy like Bobby and the guys at Monument Auto Clinic and Busted Nut Diesel in Castle Rock! Definitely worth the drive and the thousands of dollars you will save, oh and the headaches.

Very un knowledgeable. Spent over $4000.00 with this company on my truck and had to take it back to them 3 different times for them to actually fix what I brought it in to them for in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I was referred to Grant Auto and Leo from a friend. I have a 23 year old car, but that didn't matter to Leo! Leo and his mechanics went above and beyond to help me and get my car up and running! The shop could have charged me literally an arm and a leg, but they were extremely generous to me. I will never go anywhere else, ever! And refer Grant Auto anf Leo to everyone I know!!! Words can't express what Leo and Grant Auto did for me! Thank-you and many blessings!

We had a very deceptive problem with our Infinity FX35 a couple of months ago. The diagnosis was quite difficult and we had to take it back three times before the symptoms finally revealed themself. Marty stuck with us and made sure we were satisfied. These people stand by their work.
