This was my first visit to the Jiffy Lube in Monument. I had just purchased a vehicle, and the crew there was able to go through the major systems and get my vehicle back in shape. It was fast and easy as I was out of there in under 30 minutes. The manager, Ty took excellent care of me. Had a great experience and I will be back again.

The technicians at Jiffy Lube were very professional and courteous. I was in and out of there with a full oil change service and filter. Change in about 20 minutes. Establishment was clean and comfortable. They walked me through everything they had worked on in my car before I left. Very thorough service.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Never Ever Go Here! I brought my car in with an oil leak and NO engine light on. Three days later, I had to have my car towed to another mechanic. They are claiming no ownership over destroying my engine! $9000 in damage!!!! I was ganged up on and verbally assaulted, harrased and bullied by 4 workers and the manager in the lobby. The manager refused to give me the district and regional managers full names and numbers. They are refusing to refund my money! And are claiming I ruined the car,even though it was ruined in their possession.

The crew got me in real quick, and did a good job. They were all friendly and professional. They had an IT problem that prevented me from getting a receipt. They said they would email it to me but I'm still looking for it. And the only other issue was that they did not clear the indicator that car needed service. I had to return to have that done. These are hard-working guys and girls so I'm sure I'll go back again.

Friendly service from greeting to ending. Clean wait area. Left my hood up and showed me my tipped off fluids. Dealt with an obnoxious customer who wanted a free Uber check while I was there (which actually costs $40) and even though the customer got agitated that they wouldn't do it for free, and dropped plenty of F-bombs, he (the manager) remained calm and eventually the customer calmed down. My car is running smoothly. The manager also let me know they top off the fluids they filled in the interim until your next full oil change for free, so that's a nice bonus! I appreciate that they are open until 7:00pm, too!

Worst Jiffy Lube I ve been to. Went in on a fleet account and they tried adding extra stuff to my basic oil change. Charged a pair of $65 wiper blades and still left the old ones on. When I tried to call to discuss the problem they tried turning it back on me. Absolutely horrible would never recommend going.

I was there 20 minutes before they opened. I stayed back a little ways as to not ring the bell with my tires. All of a sudden an employee in a Subaru comes racing in with his hands in the air because I was in the middle of the drive. No one else was any where around and I wasn t bothering anyone. In fact, I was trying to not bother any one. Once he got out of his car he continued you arrogantly tell me to move up. When I got out of the car to tell him why I wasn t pulled up, knowing they weren t open, he just continued his obnoxiousness. I left and will never return to this location. Horrible grumpy customer service.

I ve always had great service with these guys. After my last oil change, I noticed oil spotting on my driveway and took it back it seems something was not tightened down, but it was a quick repair and I was on my way

We received a coupon by today by email and my wife s car needed an oil change and she had been to the facility here in Monument before so I took it in. I walked into the lobby and about 10 minutes later someone walked in and asked if I needed anything. I said yes, an oil change and he instructed me to pull the car up and they would get on it. He asked if I had been in before and I said it was my wife s car so he said he would look it up. At no time did he ask or offer any options other than how the wiper blades were.About 20 minutes in he suggested a brake flush and he said it s normally $180 but he would do for $100. He showed me the reservoir and said the fluid was old based on color and no service had been done before according to car fax. I travel for work now, but having previously been an auto dealer myself, I tend to be more trustworthy of the process than most. This is the first and only time we discussed anything about costs or what they were doing.Prior to any service being done I think is appropriate to discuss the oil change options, which is why I was there, and ask if the customer if they have any coupons or other concerns. It was standard practice at my dealership and I believe should be at any service facility.When the service was complete he stated to cash out the ticket. This is the first time I saw what we were being charged the oil change was $60.99 but there was a $27.99 up charge for high mileage oil treatment which was explained as the synthetic oil ??? The $100 brake flush was $109.99. When I showed him the coupon we received earlier that day, he said that wouldn t work but he would give me the Groupon discount of $27. Have no idea how this is even possible. The cost of services is not my concern, but I would caution everyone who visits this facility to make sure to ask for a disclosure of the price of service before they begin.As for the ownership or management of the company I would strongly suggest you adopt this practice to maintain loyalty to and satisfaction. This facility is convenient and the service was timely, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it and will not be back.

I received a coupon with a $29 off an oil change. I went to the one in monument and a guy came out. I asked him how much. He said they are all out of synthetic they have a blend. After coupon the cost would be over $110. I am a business owner and I do not appreciate ones wasting my time with nonsense so I asked him for a pricelist for proof. He said there isn t one. Another guy came out and confirmed that the price was that high. Now I am sitting at Walmart full synthetic Mobile One Advanced $60. Hopefully the owner sees this I can understand a couple bucks here and there difference but I truly believe you have ones working for you that are ripping off people. I looked up your pricing and it was nowhere close. I called to speak to the manager with my attorney on the line and at the end he hung up on us. I would suggest that the owner get in touch with me quickly before there is a lawsuit filed for fraud.

This location has absolutely gone down hill. We used to take all of our cars to this location. They no longer are professional or courteous nor do they have a working knowledge of most cars. Went in today to see if anything has changed in the last 6 months and it has not. They do not want your business.

I was told that 2 filters needed replacement and they would only charge me $30 a filter, however I was charged $88.98 for both. I called to have difference credited back but they wouldn't do it. Disappointing customer service. I will give you guys one more chance to get it right

Just stopped in to have my oil checked and serviced if need be. The gentleman here went above and beyond for me without hesitation at no additional cost. They found a small leak and made sure I was good to go before my long road trip out of state. Fast, friendly, professional courtesy was displayed by each and every one of them. I'll start off with the verbiage from the Jiffy Lube website, listing all that is included in the signature oil change service:"Inspect Key Components:Antifreeze/coolant reservoir levelsEngine air filtration systemSerpentine beltsBrake fluid level (in transparent reservoirs)Wiper bladesExterior lightsChassis (lubricate when applicable)Check and Fill:Tire pressuresTransmission/transaxle fluidDifferential/transfer case fluidPower steering fluidWindshield washer fluidBattery water (excluding sealed batteries)Clean:Exterior windows"All employees were polite and professional, but the service as advertised, was NOT completed. Service tech pointed out power steering fluid low, however, did NOT top it off. Light on dash indicating low tire pressure was NOT addressed by technician, nor were the tire pressures checked. When I got home, I found the low tire pressure at 24 lbs. Exterior windows were not cleaned. Then as we were cleared to leave, the "Oil Service" light was still ON. I asked a technician if he could reset it for me and he left to find someone that could... 5 minutes later no one came out to reset the light. I later had to look it up in the manual and do it myself. I'm left to wonder if my filter was even changed!

I tried this location for the first time a few months ago and received THE BEST service ever! I even told the guy how good he was! So I just went back to see if I would get the same treatment. YEP! Someone has trained this shop the right way to treat a customer and service their car! 2 for 2 on a great experience! This time thanx to Cyd!

Quick service although they were getting busy but they never seemed overwhelmed- took care of customers - I watched them take care of an older gentleman very respectfully - so nice to see great service. As a woman you always feel like they are trying to upsale you but they were so respectful - all around great service - they even took the time to show me what they did - recommend!!!

I ended up driving off with no oil in the car and returning after my engine started to sputter. Three stars for the person that investigated and corrected the error. That being said, I won't be returning to this location. When I came back the second time I noticed that the person that forgot the oil originally was wearing a 'don't tread on me' me shirt. He was nice enough, however where I'm from thats a solid warning for POC. Better to heed it than not.

Christian and the crew did a phenomenal job when I brought my ladies kia niro In for an oil change. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner. I look forward to returning to this location with my own vehicle!
