Extremely EXPENSIVE. They do not follow the industry standard repair times (via Alldata). They seem to be flat rate charging jobs at about 3X based on my research.Nice people and they do a good job, but are clearly price gouging.

I have never had an experience with a service provider this poor. The shop foreman was rude, condescending, and incredibly unprofessional (he hung up on me and ran to the back room to let the junior tech talk with me when I picked up my car).The car was in worse shape when I picked it up, so I brought it back to be repaired properly. Long story, but I had to take it to another shop to have it repaired. As a result, I paid twice for the repair I don t write reviews, but I want to let folks know of this poor shop.

Christian Brothers Automotive goes above and beyond. After moving from out of state, I needed to find a mechanic and everyone knows finding one you can trust is nearly impossible. I first visited Christian Brothers because they were close to our new home, but I am so so glad I did. Not only have they been super kind and affordable, they are also super accommodating. I can't recommend them enough.

I had an appointment for 1:00PM because the headlights were out on my 2011 Subaru Legacy - was hoping to get them fixed before the sun went down. They didn't look at my vehicle until after the sun went down several hours later. They charged me $170 for diagnostics and told me they couldn't figure out why my bulbs kept going out and it would probably happen again. They charged me over $400 in total for the diagnostics and to change the bulbs. I would have preferred to get a second opinion but they waited until dark so I had no choice but to let them do it. I had my car at another mechanic for another service and he was able to identify the issue as a faulty connector within 20 minutes of my appointment and also pointed out that Christian Brothers had incorrectly re-assembled my headlight and damaged the wiring so it was exposed.

You pay extra at Christian Brothers, but figure it's worth it because of their long warranty. How ever when work they performed fails you get a lot of excuses, "it was probably this... There's really no way to tell... It could possibly have been caused by... Etc." The end result is no warranty relief and you paying full Christian Brothers price again. It's better to just go to a cheaper mechanic and know that after 60 - 90 days you're on your own. I'll not be taking any of my vehicles back.

My car was leaking so I called and was able to get my car in right away. Cory thought that what needed to be done could be done by another place which they recommended; instead of replacing the transmission. He thought what the car needed could would be less expensive at the other place.I think that the customer service is fantastic here and Cory has always blessed me with the work he has done on the car. Thank you. God Bless

I have never been and was going to give them my business. I called on Friday October 13th to make an appointment to get my oil changed and was told my appointment was for Wednesday at noon. I showed up today at 1155. I was told that my appointment was for last Wednesday at noon. I asked how my appointment could have been 2 days before I even called. They asked if I received a text confirmation which I again said how could I receive one if my appointment was made before I even called. I wasn t provided a name when I arrived so not sure who I talked to but was flat out told that they couldn t get me in today. I was also informed that I couldn t wait with my vehicle that I would have to drop it off which is not convenient since I have my grandson during the day and not able to come back for it. I was going to give them my business but after my encounter today I will go somewhere else where I know I am provided the best customer service and my business is valued.****** UpdateAfter Kyle had responded to my review above asking for my contact information, I responded back to him last Monday and still have not heard anything back. Once again proves they don t value how they treat customers

I've had a good experience with this shop in the past, but the last two repairs have been unreasonably expensive. I had transmission fluid service done on my truck. The estimate was well beyond any reasonable estimate. Fortunately, with negotiation, they gave me a discount that brought the cost down to the top of the estimate range.More recently I needed to have a windshield wiper motor replaced. The diagnostic was worth it, but the repair estimate was unreasonable. The estimate was about $770. They wanted to charge me $547 for the wiper motor. The average cost for this part is between $130 and $190. I verified that we were looking at the same Motorcraft part number. When I confronted them about the exorbitant markup, the response was "We have to make money." Without any possibility of negotiation, I bought the motor and did the repair myself. By the way, I also called Black Forest Auto Repair and their estimate was more than $300 less and in the normal range.Unfortunately, Christian Brothers has lost my business due to price gouging.

the only redeeming quality about this place is the people were relatively friendly. During their "diagnostic" they made my car undrivable forcing me to hire a tow truck to bring it to the dealership, which wanted half of the price for the repairs that christian brothers wanted to fix it. Edit: I emailed the gentleman who responded to me quite awhile ago to no response, this customer service is atrocious, down graded to 1 star.

As always, not only did I get excellent service, but also a through check of my car for any addition services needed. Absolutely no pressure. This place is not cheap, but is priced appropriately for the excellent service received. I ve never had to worry about being jacked around. I brought my vehicle in for brake inspection which is free the service is very friendly I like how they send pictures of what they find directly to you they even offer you a ride back home. Very good service I would recommend to others.

I am very picky about who services my RAM 2500 diesel. Christian Brothers Automotive was very professional, gave me a complete inspection of my truck, rotated tires as well and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend CBA to service and perform repairs on your vehicle. I was definitely satisfied with the service performed.

Christian Brothers always provides exceptional service on my Mercedes Benz. From oil changes to brake work they never disappoint. I highly recommend them for all your automotive maintenance requirements. They are professional, friendly, listen to you and will not perform any repairs without your permission to do so and when you show up to get your vehicle you know exactly how much the cost will be before hand so there are no surprises or "sticker shock" 10 Gold Stars !!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

I am not an easy person to impress but both Brandon and Rich did an excellent job in addressing a car issue that had me stumped for about 8 months. My vehicle was in the shop for repairs. When I came back to it, all my valuable items were looted from the car. When I called and asked for assistance the employee was rude to me and told me he won t do anything about it.

I have had great experiences with Christian Brothers. When my car died on my way home from work, they squeezed me in, even though they were busy. Xavier was in constant contact with updates and very professional. They even offered a courtesy shuttle home but when I declined, offered a cold bottle of water for the walk.They are fair and reliable mechanics with exceptional customer service. 100% recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Christian Brothers is very efficient. They let me know in a timely manner what was wrong and supplied pictures.My vehicle was completed when expected and had a warranty on the work. They also offered a shuttle. Christian Brothers did a great job getting us back on the road. They fixed everything in our vehicle and she purrs like a kitten now. They are so gracious and kind and it was a pleasure to bring our vehicle to them. They also got our diagnostic done quickly and the repairs done early so I didn't have to make any further arrangements. It was truly a blessing. I didn't even have to get dropped off because they offered the courtesy driver who picked me up from my house. That was so helpful and made a world of difference. Went in for diagnostic. Too much cabin noise from tires, wanted to know if I needed an alignment or new tires. Instead they recommended new adjustable camber rods as mine were bad , for $1050. Looked at camber rods my self, top notch, still had the paint on them. Went to Honda, for $35 they told me my tires were cupping from excessive road heat. Spent $500 on new tires. Problem solved. If I went with CB my problem would have persisted, and my wallet would have been empty.

Y all saved my week. The day before my car started sounding like a diesel whenever I started and accelerated and then a metallic rattling sound came next. I popped the hood and had a hunch as to what s going on but no capability to do it myself and quickly. I came in 20 minutes after opening desperate for an analysis and possible repairs all before noon. They had the diagnostic done in under an hour. And fixed the water pump and thermostat all before noon. The service and help y all provided made paying that bill the easiest big car repair I ve ever done. Will be continuing to do my big repairs through y all going forward. Thank you so much.
