Have been going to Big O for many years and continue to value their expertise and great service. In this case one of my tires was having a slow leak. Made an appointment, Nate took the car in right away, and the crew found a 2-inch nail in the tread. They patched it and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Nate!

I had a flat late Saturday afternoon. By the time I arrived at Big O, it was 5:30, half an hour prior to the closing. Michael was very friendly and courteous and had my tire inspected quickly. Unfortunately, I needed new tires because the flat was ruined. Jesse stayed late to put on new tires and make sure everything was balanced and ready for driving. Excellent service!

I had a problem with my Toyota Sienna in which several warning lights kept coming on. I had one mechanic look at it and said he couldn t figure out the problem. A friend recommended this Big O shop to me. They were friendly, accommodating, affordable and best of all figured out what the problem was. Had the BEST experience at Big O Tires in Monument. My two-year old baby and I were stranded on the side of I-25 North with a flat tire and no spare (thanks, Lexus dealer). The tow truck driver got us over quickly and these guys went right to work. Fixed my tire quickly and got us back in the road so we could enjoy our Fourth of July weekend! Shout out to Michael, the store manager, who not only made sure we were serviced quickly and competently, but also gave my baby a popsicle to enjoy while we waited! So grateful for their work! Would highly recommend!

I use this shop for my company fleet vehicle and my personal vehicle. The guys are friendly and professional. Colorado laws regarding tread and wear are very specific so what might feel like an upsell attempt really isn't. Been going here for six years and recommend

Dave, Mike and crew took great care of me. I ve been buying tires from this Big O since I moved here in 2013. Truck tires, trailer tires, care tires and even tractor tires. They ve always stood by their products and services.

Zack - our Service Advisor and Jessie our Tech gave us excellent service today! Jessie was able to repair the rear alignment linkage that our car dealership told us needed to be replaced. He had the expertise, he took the time and he put in the effort. He saved us a lot of money. Jessie is great at his job and we so appreciate him.

I had an incredibly (and in some ways surprisingly) positive experience with Big O Tires of Monument this weekend. I had simply taken my car in for a tire rotation when it turned out one tire was so far gone that it couldn t even be rotated. Since the tires only had 12,000 miles on them I was surprised, confused and upset. But the manager, David Falsetti, looked into years-old paperwork on the car and determined the company was at fault. I got four new tires installed at no cost. Impressive company integrity!

Had a tire lose tread about to go flat, and I limped into Big O Tires, and they fixed me up and put my donut tire on for free so I get home for free. Really great guys, and I will be coming back next week after pay day for more work done.

Went in for an alignment after hitting one of the many potholes on Colorado's roads and my steering wheel was way off. When I went in the guy at the counter was on the phone but made sure I knew he saw me and said he would be right with me. David was able to get me in right away to fix the problem. Josh the tech who worked on my car made sure everything was perfect and test drove to make sure it was safe for me and wouldn't do anymore damage. Very professional team and will continue to come back and recommend everyone to got to them.

I recently had my tires rotated at this location and I was not able to stay and wait as there was no heat and it smelled of gas. The manager informed me that there was a gas leak and instead of shutting down the business the techs are forced to stay and conduct business as usual. Though the techs are in good spirits, I find it completely inhumane to make these men work in these conditions and make the customers endure these conditions as well. How are the techs surviving in these conditions? Shame on Big O for putting their customers first and not their techs.

Had a flat tire from hitting a curb. Tire wasted. They got me in quickly that Saturday - called me later with another tire option so I would not have to wait till the following week to get a Cooper tire shipped. Zach especially was outstanding and I wanted to recognize him!

During the last big snow, I had a tire on my snow blower come "unsealed" from both of the wheel rims. I brought it to Big O and they fixed it right away - no charge. Thanks!

This location reeks of incompetence! Last time my wife was in for struts, they lost a part and she sat in the waiting area for 3 hours before they told her they had screwed up. Ended up being a 5 hour deal. I m in today for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. I specifically said I need a time where I can get in and out quickly because I don t have a ride and don t have much time to spare. I ve been here 2 1/2 hours and am still waiting. 3 guys are moving at glacial speed and apparently don t know how to replace a fuel filter. Will NEVER come to this location again. Have always been satisfied with other BigO tires locations.

The guys at Big O Tires just saved our family on a long road trip! Within 30 minutes of their closing time on a holiday weekend, we swung in desperately seeking help and they had new tires on our car so fast!!! We are so thankful for their willingness to help us out and their kindness was amazing!! Highly recommend their service!

Rough experience. The positives are they eventually completed a service (though not the one I originally came for), Greeted me when I arrived politely and at one point in the 5.5 hours I was waiting gave me an update on having to heat a part of the alignment because it was seized (I appreciate that).My main issue was with lack if communication. I was told this would be a quick in and out, and never given a time frame. I understand this work can take time, and have no issue with it taking time, but being told it will be done soon, waiting an hour and this repeating several times is poor communication and leads to frustration, and feeling lied too.My other concern was when it was done, the tire light was still on. I came in for a tire repair because the light was on and 4 new tires and an alignment later (because repairing the tire was not an option) I was sent on my way with the same light I came in with. I voiced my complaint immediately and they instructed me to drive 5 miles and it would go off. 10 miles later and I am back at the shop. When I spoke with a manager about my experience his answer was dismissive, however he did prioritize getting it back in the shop to get corrected.

I have been a Big O customer for a few years now, but a recent move to the north side of Colorado Springs found me at their Monument location. I needed tires for a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser TRD, which come with the smaller 16 inch wheels, however I run slightly larger than stock tire and the size is not super common. I have Nitto Terra Grapplers on my Land Cruiser and knew I wanted them on the FJ as well. I want to say a HUGE "thanks" to Mike and his sweet puppy Peyton at Big O for not only sourcing the tires at lightning speed, but also getting me a great deal. I will certainly be seeing you guys again when I need new tires. Thanks for being wonderful!

I have purchased quite a few different sets of tires from these guys for all of our vehicles.. However they put new tires on one of my trailers and they didn't tighten them down correctly... The studs as you can see hallowed out the wheel which left us stranded on the side of the highway. After calling and dealing with their manager... The manager was insulting us and saying that we caused the damage. We asked for any help and he would just hang up on us.. It happened multiple times till we were furious... So we sat on the side of the highway for hours.. paid a couple thousand dollars to get everything repaired and towed and we were able to finally go home without our trailer... They did not refund us they did not want to help at all, please stay far away from these guys. unfortunately all my business will be going elsewhere now.

Tires I ordered online were not available when I got to the store; therefore I had to select lesser-desired tires or buy significantly higher-priced tires. Also, the tire prices online do not reflect add-ons, fees, shop supplies, mounting/balancing, etc. that add significantly and unreasonably to the total invoice price. The customer receives a bad "surprise" in the store. I anticipated about $50 in reasonable "add-ons, but was charged over $100 in add-ons. This is not good customer service! Shame on BIG O Tires! My negative experience will factor into my next tire purchase!

Big O tires and associates Greg and Karissa in Monument went above and beyond for me and my company. Even after no obvious symptoms of a leak they didn't think I was crazy and proceeded to break down and reseat the bead on both tires in question. Furthermore, because the tires were purchased here and being Big O brand, they did all of this at no charge! I am now going to recommend Big O throughout the country for my company.
