Great car wash, even better employees! I accidentally vacuumed up my Apple Watch and didn t realize it until later .. luckily when I went back the next day it was there! Kevin found it and turned it in! I value his honesty and integrity so much!!!

During our visit to the area, we stopped here to get our Jeep back up to par after traveling those wet slushy roads. For $10.00 we got the basic wash. We were not disappointed at all as the facility was working in top notch shape upon visit. We received excellent customer service at entry and received a lollipop (he knew my husband was a dumdum...lol:)and cleaning tissues. We will return to this wash when next in the area. Thank you to all and have a blessed New Year!

These folks made my entire day, I m not kidding!I was here on vacation from Denver and lost my wallet I only had Apple Pay and no cash or cards. When I asked if they took Apple Pay, the gentleman who works here paid for my car wash!!!This really warmed my heart and as a nice change from where I live. This would never happen in the city! Thank you so much, Velocity!

Rip off! I paid $15 for a car wash and came out just as dirty as when I drove in. Front grill and front of rear-view mirror still caked with bugs! I drove it back through and the guy who met me stated, we do the best we can! I m sorry, but if I pay you $15 you might want to actually TRY to get it clean! Oh, and on this second visit ever they don t want you to pay yourself, they insist on taking your credit card and running it themselves so they can talk you into a monthly fee where you can bring it in as many times as you want during the month. If you can t get it clean why would I commit to a whole month of worthless service!

Terrible customer service. Do not sign up for the fast pass. I went online and followed all instructions, and they still continued to charge my credit card the highest price for an additional two months. I finally just canceled, because I don t want to support a business that scams people out of money.

went thru and purchased the mid level clean and after wiping off the water that the blowers did not get we discovered many spots on truck as well as wheels were not clean. we ran thru again and mgr upgraded to deluxe and experienced same. not worth the $15 and moreover definitely not worth the $21 they charge for the deluxe wash. not a fan for the $ they charge.Service: Vacuuming

Have to go though twice just to get a meh kinda wash. Bought monthly plan and came home to cancel and it just keeps saying it wasn t filled out completely and was unable to cancel. I ll have to keep trying or go back to have a manager cancel. I m not a fan of any business when you use it and are not satisfied and they can t say sorry, the manager in montrose gave me the line most people are satisfied with one wash. How does that help me? If you have to drive through twice each visit just make sure you have plenty of time. One does not seem to get it done and my car was not very dirty, no dirt roads etc

Was visiting Montrose for business. A couple of storms went through that dirtied up my new to me truck that has an impeccable paint job. After going through their automatic wash I came out the other side after the blowers with a completely wet vehicle. I pulled into the vacuum area to use the air hose to try to dry off my truck. As I was going around trying to use their nearly useless air hoses that didn t have nozzles on them I found scratches all over the paint on my truck that weren t there before I went through. This wash completely messed up my pristine paint job. If you like the finish on your vehicle DO NOT take it to this wash.

Good car wash but tends to be hard on front license plates. I ve had it either pull two off entirely or bend them. Here in Colorado we re required to have front plates so I m not sure what they have out of adjustment. Have also had it swirl the paint finish when I went there once and was their first customer of the morning. I m assuming the brushes were not adequately wet as I was the first in for the day. I won t be taking my new truck there until the paint has aged at least a year.

If given the option, there would be no stars highlighted on this review. This organization is not in compliance with the CO Statue with respect to auto renewals on their "Pass system". They have lost a customer. I'll take my business elsewhere moving forward.The quality of the washes is horrible. Bugs and such are not removed. Wheels are not cleaned. There is no interior cleaning offered except for perceived "free vacuum" use.A low budget operation, sadly for the community.

If you have a luxury vehicle do not go here I have a Mercedes Benz it scratched my left side mirror and broke my emblem off. I asked the guy if I can go through with a Emblem on my car he said yes..The staff there didn't care Save your money and wash it yourself so your property does not get damaged. Plus that wash doesn't work and clean the car all the way properly I had to go back and rewash it by hand myself.20$ car wash cost me 500$. Thanks Velocity car wash

Living on a dirt road, it's great to be able to pay a monthly fee and drive through whenever we feel like it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make sure the car is clean starting before it even enters the wash.

Don t get into an accident there, they will not help you out in any way. Even when it s not their fault or yours. They will not help the insurance or anyone with determining liability.A guy in front of my wife stepped on his brakes several times, causing her to hit him. He did major damage to our truck and Velocity refused to give the footage showing he screwed up. So now I have to pay for the damage out of my own pocket. I canceled my account with them. Their chicken sh!+$

Worked in pinch, but for the price, not a good value. Same type of CW in the bigger cities at least offer towels to wipe down excess water and interior dust.

The fact that they have employees standing by the machines who's purpose is to try to up-sell you on the car wash, who don't know when to stop trying to up-sell you, has made me stop going there altogether. It is extremely annoying to me and the fact that they then use the machine to compete the order when I could have just done it myself is super off-putting. Maybe some people enjoy the harassing but I do not.

I used the soft touch car wash. Last time I used the cheapest option at $9 and it did not rinse the soap off so I had to pull through to the handheld sprayers and wash the soap off. This time I used the $12 car wash with the exact same results. I'm sitting here now waiting to use the and wand again to wash the soap off of my vehicle again.

I go here a lot for work (have to wash the company vehicle every day) and the staff are always pleasant! They offer you a lolli when you first pull up, and are very quick to help if there's ever a problem (like the machine not reading your sticker right). I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a good wash!

Pretty sweet car wash. Helpful staff and nice amenities. They do free vacuum and air. Also they have a special mat cleaner. All in all, my favorite place in town.

Good people, fast. But it always seems there is one part of the car wash that is broken and I end up with a huge spot on the car that did not get cleaned. When it's functioning well it's great!After posting this originally I received a reply from the owner saying; they guarantee a clean car and would rewash at my request. That is good customer service, and it's the kind of thing that makes me loyal to a business. Nice work velocity carwash, at a time when good customer service is a dying you surprised me. I'll be back!

We have the monthly Fast Pass which auto renews monthly. We go here regularly. The truck has always been cleaned well, we use the free vacuums which are powerful and the employees have always been very friendly. Thank you for your great service.

For $30 a month I can have my car washed as many times as I want. Is it a spectacular wash? No. Especially the rear of my SUV. The wash only gets three stars. The value gets four.But this customer service is pretty darn good. It gets five stars. A scratch mysteriously appeared on my car and I was convinced it was from the car wash. I expected to have to go to battle, but when I did finally connect with a manager I got the feeling he really cared and they would have owned it had it turned out to be their fault. Unfortunately, Their camera showed it was existing when I went through. Fortunately, that means I can keep going through the car wash three times a week.

I notice that they rush cars through, so no thorough prewash is done, rinse cycle isn't long enough so I don't get clean and there's soap on my pick-up every time, and YES, I go through 2x each time I go and still soap, not nearly dry enough.

They hit on my wife, I can name their names. I got a new car years ago and I went straight from the dealer to this car wash and they damaged the paint, the older owner the came and blamed it on me..I had the car 15 minutes. The owner will reply and act as though he cares and doesn t. If a reply is made to this post I will reply with another negative review to dispute anything said. Since they look at the cameras (the people who work here are very sketchy and I have seen 1 with an ankle monitor) I am sure you can see your 30 year old manager hitting on my spouse several times.

So cool! Unlimited monthly car washes with a monthly subscription. Other local places charge upwards to $16 per wash. Living in the nearby mountains, I get a lot of car washes every month. The subscription is totally worth it when you get 3+ washes a month, especially in the winter to keep the salt off your vehicle and mud from the dirty snow away! Great value!!

Still have a $9 wash available with other more expensive ones. Makes them the better choice with drive in bay washes as long as they keep the $9 option. Also, if your car doesn't come out clean to your satisfaction, go thru again, free of charge. Can't beat that option. New washes coming to Montrose soon. May be just Bay washes. We'll see.
