Here we are again! I just purchased my third vehicle from Turner and it really was a great experience. Daniel is our go to guy and he really makes the experience great. He is the most honest and quite frankly best sales person I have interacted with. Thanks for all the help Daniel, you rock! If you need a new whip, stop by Turner and ask for Daniel, he will get you in a great new car.

I recently sold my vehicle to Turner Toyota. I was upfront about the battery needing replaced but otherwise the car being in good condition. They offered me 16.2k and refused to budge on that number due to tires maybe needing replaced even though they still have tread . In hindsight I should have refused the offer but I have had good experiences with them in the past and trusted their appraisal of the vehicle. They turned around a few days later and posted the vehicle for sale for over $8,000 what they paid me for it. Far more than what the average dealership makes on a used car. I would not trust them to be transparent on future appraisals/ trade ins and wish I would have taken the car elsewhere.

Daniel Baker was an amazing salesperson. NO high pressure like most dealerships/sales people.He REALLY listened & met our needs. The buying process was smooth. Ask for Ed Walker! We just bought our second car from Ed and couldn't be happier. They bought my Audi at a competitive price and then financed a new 4 Runner Limited all within a few hours. The whole process went smoothly and we actually had fun while doing it. We went back to add running boards and a couple more extras and the service department was also a breeze. Thanks Ed and team. Ya'll are the best.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! My SalesWoman was and will ALWAYS be Shawna Mills. She is VERY thorough!! All questions answered, her Communications Skills, whether it was text, call or email, she made sure we knew what was moving!! YES, we will be doing business AGAIN!!! My visit to Turner Toyota was the best. I arrived for an all points checkup and expected to be there an hour. I have a 24 year old car and was expecting a long list of things that needed to be done. I don t think I was there more than 15/20 minutes and my car got a clean bill of health. On top of that good news they didn t even charge me!

We bought a new car from Turner Toyota. Filling out the paperwork was easy with Salesman Ed. He came out to the car with us and sat in the back seat. We went through all of the Android Auto and car features. He made sure our phones were correctly connected and working.

Todd was great to work with. He was able to get my car in next day for a service. He was friendly and professional. He made me aware of what my car needed, what was covered and what was not. My car was serviced in a very timely manner.The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Ed Walker was great and I had a no nonsense transaction with him. Ryan also did a great job with finalizing things. This is the second Toyota that we bought from Turner Toyota in the past few months and both transactions were friendly and seamless.

Daniel Baker was great to work with. He sent me videos of the car because I live far away. I drove out to check the car out. He kept me informed of the sales status of the car.The dealership was honest. Daniel even delivered the car to Colorado Springs from Montrose. I've bought a few cars but he is the best sales person ever!! He put in floormats on his own. Just an A+ guy.

I stopped in without an appt to have a front license plate frame installed and Mallory took such good care of me. She was so nice and professional and found a technician who was able to do it while I waited. A very good experience.

Complete joke, don t waste your time with their service department. Payed for services never preformed. At 60k service they checked everything good to come home and find battery acid leaking all over engine bay and frame. Broken and missing bolts off skid plate. Oil not changed. I ll never be back

It started out good then just 21/2 hours later it was almost done. They left a dirty air filter in the cab. Tried calling for a ride back and everyone was at lunch. Usually a good experience but not this time.

I had a 3pm appointment. I took it in 15 minutes early. They told me they would be done in less than 1 hour. It only took them around 25 minutes.I love that fact that they were fast, efficient and accommodating.

Brook and your team did a great job!!!The work was evaluated, parts ordered and in on time, work was scheduled by Brook and they did a great job, and quicker than we anticipated, but best of all Brooks estimate was dead on, and I was charged exactly what she estimated not extra to death like most dealerships!!Thank you to Ms Brook and your entire Team!!!Jeff Hawkins

I purchased a 2014 Toyota FJ cruiser last summer. I live on the front Range, so I talk to a salesman extensively about the vehicle before I came over to look at it and purchase. I specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle had been Garage throughout its life, and he said yes, he also told me that the paint job like new. I took a bus over to Junction and then the salesman came and picked me up when I looked at a vehicle it looked perfect after they detailed it and completed the purchase and when I got home noticed that the paint was faded , like the vehicle was never garaged I feel like the dealership and the salesman lied to me. I spent a ton of money on this vehicle and now I have to figure out a way to correct the paint imperfection. This will be very expensive.

Always a pleasant experience. Brooke is always ready to greet you with a smile and make sure that you have all your questions . They get you in on time communicate along the way. Let you know as soon as things are done. Pricing is upfront and honest.

They were very nice, however I had to pay, but did not get the car fixed. Very frustrating. After I paid, they went over to show me how they had fixed my step, which was going up and down as I was driving. It was still going up and down when they shut the door of the car. I drove 1 1/2 hours to have it fixed, paid and got nothing.

Turner Toyota was pretty ok to work with. They mostly fixed my vehicle. I do still have to take my truck back to them or another mechanic because when I got my truck back the steering wheel was turned about 20 degrees when driving straight and it s now pulling to the right. They said they test drove my truck quite a bit so I find it hard to believe that they wouldn t notice this and at least say something about it and ask if I wanted them to fix it. But it seems that the main problem with my truck (a severed wire that was causing misfirings) has been fixed. Their communication also isn t awesome. I had to send texts to get updates and i would have preferred calls.

Warning Warning DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE WITHOUT YOUR MECHANIC TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU BUY!!! OR YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A LEMON OF A VEHICLE!As we were in the parking lot there was no coolant in the truck. The coolant sensor was on, they gave us coolant while in the parking lot that we put in. They assured us that THEIR mechanics said it was only the sensor.The truck had white smoke and they said it was Only because it was cold out and that it hadn't been started in awhile.We live in Olathe, by the time we made it home (less than 1 hour!!) We had problems with smelling antifreeze, then when we parked it ALL the antifreeze we just put in was gone!! So we had our mechanic come look at it right then and it turns out the head gasket is crackedWe called them and they said it was as is, then they said the loan already went through so therefore was nothing they could do. Well then jump ahead to the next day they call saying that the sales lady wrote down my husband's driver's license number wrong and the loan was denied so they needed us to initial it so it can go through. We signed because on like them we have integrity !They said they would give us a discount on the labor to have the truck worked on by THEIR mechanics and already cleared the truck to work on it. Which for labor alone they were saying $4500 . That doesn't include parts.So now we have a useless yard ornament at our house while my poor husband tears apart this truck. They could have AT least paid for the parts so we could have a different mechanic work on it.Yes, the truck was "as is" however, they should have given us the full information and the truth to what all was wrong with it. We said we needed a reliable truck, this is not. They had it there for a long time so they dropped the price to get rid of it. Hmm I guess we now know why.I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Thank you for the lessons now we get to learn how to build a truck so I guess new for the soul. I waited a few days to do a review to make sure I really get to the facts of the situation and not just emotions with be frustrated. The people were nice, but it feels like a wolf in sheep's clothing kind of thing.I get it you wanted a sale, but this was kinda wrong how you guys went about it.I would have given a better review if they would of made things right in some way but they didn't care.To anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle I would encourage you to go to Subaru. We bought our car there brand new in 2018. They gave us a great price,fair deal on trade in and a quality vehicle.I have used my Subaru pretty hard so she has had to have work done Subaru has always done quality work. The mechanics are fabulous and the service department has always gone over and beyond to take care of me. Flower Subaru is located at 1760 N Townsend Ave, Montrose, CO 81401
