                      Out of town and having car trouble.  We got very good service here. Parts department did a good job of locating the part we needed locally.                       I recently had the worst experience with a service department who didn't seem to care about customers concerns. I am working away from home when a warning came up for my titan diesel saying in 57 miles the vehicle would go into limp mode (5 mph max speed) when I begged and pleaded for help from the service  department it fell upon deaf ears. This has been a reoccurring issue with the def sensor  but the light would always go off when I got to a dealership they couldn't even take 5 minutes to scan the error code since it was on for the first time at the dealership.                       Great customer service, very friendly  and nice..My husband and Earnest Forsythe end up buying a truck.  Will always come here for my Ford service...way to go on service
