Can you please contact me? It's regarding a vehicle I purchased a couple months ago from Billy Baxter. It's a chrysler town car. I paid 6000$ my payments are 220$ a month. I'm a single Mom of 3kids and can barely afford the payments. I noticed it was leaking coolant and I was told bring it to service they would help me out and they didn't. They said the head gasket was leaking and gave me a repair estimate of 7000$. I don't have the money to repair it and if stops running I'll have to make payments on a car I can't drive. I'm begging you if you have a heart to please help repair it. I don't know what else to do. I know you're not obligated to but I don't think I got a fair deal and I was told you guys were a great dealership. I

OK so back on 5/21/2021 we took our F350 in for oil change and at that time they said that rear shocks needed replaced so ok not a problem. Truck only had 56559 miles on it. Now we are at 4/25/2023 time for another oil change with 62070 get a call and they say that our right back shock is leaking, and needs replaced. We say really well we think you were the ones that replaced them the last time and he replies well doesn't show in our service records. Mind you they wanted to replace both shocks but once they found out that they in fact were the ones that replaced them they only replaced the one. Here we are 3/28/2024 in for another oil change before a long road trip mileage is 64637 now, they want to replace the fuel filter. Well nope already had it done and of course not by Montrose Ford and their price. We did ask them to please let us know how much tread we had on the tires because we are going on a road trip with our 5th wheel. Not one word when we went to pick it up sure it was on the paperwork, but we asked Thomas to let us know when we dropped it off. Also, since when did they STOP putting the sticker on the inside of the windshield for the next due date for the oil change. Get a text from Thomas stating it's on the invoice paperwork which it was not. Please folks be careful when they claim you need work done. Gotta say I really miss Omera Ford in Northglenn because they would go over everything on the paperwork when you came in to pick up your vehicle. One more thing they are very bad about returning your call if you leave service a voice message as well.Well 3/28/2024 was the last time we will ever take our F350 to Montrose Ford Nissan. We will give locals our business and I gotta say we sure miss DADS.

I was shocked how easy it was to purchase a vehicle from these guys. I contacted them through an email link and Marvin got back to me within minutes. After a couple phone calls the very next day I was driving home in a really nice vehicle. Marvin was honest with me about everything and pointed me in the right direction to get financed. Everyone was very nice and easy going, the business itself super clean, you can tell these guys take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Montrose Ford Nissan if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you to everyone there and especially Marvin, he was on top of it, super friendly and most of all like I said just an honest guy. Thank you Marvin, I wish you all the best!

Would like to introduce our case and experience with this car dealer and to protect future customers to keep this in mind when they purchase a car from this place. We bought a van in January 2023. Our salesman was Mr. Marvin Howze. We checked the van and did a test drive. On a question is there any technical or OTHER issues, Mr. Howze squarely confirmed "NO". Five days after the purchase, we realized that van's roof has a huge damage which was never mentioned in conversation with sales person. First reaction from their side was that we did it. Here we would like to point that this is not possible because the damage is all covered by rust and repaired with silicone. Which obviously is made before our purchase. It doesn't matter about the weather conditions this can't be possible in 5 days. Please check pictures below.Other person who was involved in our case was Mr. Guillermo Barba (Finance & Insurance). With two conversations with him and promise that he will call us back with solution never happened.Third person was Mr. Wesley Abbott (Executive Manager). His suggestion and promise was to fix the van and they will cover the expenses. The first quote that we got was too high for him. He got a lower quote from local body shop but asked us to cover part of it (1/3) which we totally refused. After many conversations, emails, fake promises and FIVE MONTHS later they still haven't done anything about our case. Mr. Abbott stopped responding our emails and phone calls.Up to date our van is already fixed and we covered everything from our pocket. This repair is LOWER as an amount compared to Mr. Abbott's quote that he WAS READY TO PAY!

Don't go here! The worst customer service and the dishonest people I've ever met in my life of buying a car! Will never return there and never recommend them. Wish i could give zero stars. You want honest people, go to you sell auto. Amazing people there.

Glad to see that the experience with purchasing cars isn't too terrible from the reviews. Maybe the excellent service they provide in the Sales Department should be taught over to the Service Department. Tried getting in touch with them 3 times for a recall and regular service - by phone and through their service request online - with zero response back. None. Completely unprofessional. 20 miles down the road, was able to get my car into Hellman super easy. Not impressed.

Brody was a great help in our truck purchase. He was very responsive throughout the purchase and even after has keep in touch to insure that we are doing well and not having any issues. He adds to the terrific service we have come to expect from the montrose ford team.

My partner and I purchased a new Ranger from this dealership. Sales staff was helpful but it ends there. Our keys got stuck in the vehicle (vehicle off) and had to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership. Because the vehicle was unable to shift it was dragged onto the wrecker. The part was out of stock and unavailable from Ford (presumably due to Covid) and our new vehicle took nearly a month to get back. No rental vehicle was offered for this time. The replacement assembly is loose and possibly missing a piece of trim. Furthermore, we take the vehicle back for all its scheduled service. Once they forgot to fill our windshield wiper fluid. Another time they noticed a missing lug nut and blamed it on us instead of just replacing it (they also don't keep these in stock which is bizarre). Ive never tooled around with the lug nuts so I assume they didn't tighten it or forgot to put it back on during one of the services, but they took the low road and blamed it on us. The service department also never picks up their phone. Henry Ford is redlining in his grave with dealerships like this.

Thanks once again to owner Wes, sales rep Brody, Guillermo in F&I and Kameron in service for making another fun and easy experience at MFN. Everyone's experiences are always different, especially at car dealers. MFN will strive to make your experience as best as they can. Traded our 2016 F250 for 2020 F350. For anyone wondering....very very different trucks from fit, feel and finish to everything, especially everything under the hood. Wow. You'd never think a truck this size could get down the road like it does. The 2016 was strong, but this 2020 is much stronger.

As usual their service department did an outstanding job. They were very busy, but helped me quickly. Got me on my way in less than a half-hour.

Great experience with Montrose Ford. Erik Eckman was our sales person. We actually ended up buying two vehicles from him within a few weeks. We had ordered a new truck that finally arrived first part of July. However, my wife's car got rear ended in an accident and the insurance company totaled it a few weeks before picking up the truck. Needing a second vehicle, we went to see Erik and he put us in a nice used Nissan. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with. We are happy customers.

For the second time in 4 years, I've purchased a Ford from Flower Subaru across the street from Montrose Ford Nissan. Why? Because Montrose Ford Nissan's sales people neither time seemed at all interested in selling me a vehicle. Maybe because I wasn't dressed right, maybe because I am a women who buys her own vehicles, maybe because both times I visited Montrose Ford Nissan, the sales reps were older white guys, maybe because they need to hire better sales people--people interested in selling vehicles. I've had great experiences at every other dealership in town BUT Montrose Ford Nissan. I've even had good experienced with the service department at Montrose Ford Nissan. But, never will I be buying a vehicle from them it seems.

Dont repair your car here! Waste of time and money!I took our Infinity to the Ford Nissan Service. I had an appointment scheduled and let them know ahead, that I will need a ride home and I have a toddler with me. For first 40 minutes when I arrived nobody greeted me or helped me out though appointments are scheduled, dont expect them to care about your time. After Mike took my vehicle key, he started helping other customers - because new guys walked in the door and he decided to help them first?, so I waited another 20 min until another mechanic asked me if I was helped and then he took the key from Mike and actually went to get my car to get baby car seat out. Then he pulled my car to their service drive way and walked away! So, here I am, with the baby in my hands, getting the car seat out. 5 guys inside - total ignore, no helping hand here and then waiting another 30 min for courtsey shuttle, my little one was screaming all this time, both of us were tired being there for over an hour. When shuttle arrived nobody told the driver I was waiting for the shuttle until much later. The shuttle driver was the greatest though! Nice, friendly, and he even held my toddler while I was putting the seat in :)Estimate for total repair - 12k, I decided to just repair front bearing at the dealer, not to drive with bad bearing. It took a week to receive the part and fix 1 bearing.I took the car to another mechanic shop, and we got the rest of the necessary work done for 2k instead of 11k. Nissan service quoted to repair multiple things that were not broken or leaking - they said all the calipers needed to be replaced - and over 3k in caliper work, other place showed me only rear one was seized, not front. 400$ for calipers instead of 3200$.Also, other place fixed car with original parts they ordered from Infinity and it took them 2 days vs a week that Nissan took.Im not sure why one place gets the parts with 1 day shipping for cheaper price from Infinity than Nissan dealer - it took 6 days for shipping?Total fail of service in my point of view.

I highly recommend Montrose Ford Nissan for practically anyone, their inventory is vast with many options for both new and used vehicles, and their salespeople are absolutely wonderful. My salesman was Marvin, he was very attentive to my needs and more than willing to go out of his way to work with me on the finer details, finding the vehicle that was right for me, and making the sale happen. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will refer others to them as well. Thanks Guys!

I will never buy a car or have one worked on here again. The service dept is rude and charged me for services they didn't do. They had my truck for four days and didn't finish the job. The service manager on duty today was who made the appt for me and said it should take a day to complete the service. The tech lied and said he rotated my tires and billed me for it when it was clearly not done. Should have gone to delta Ford I'm told

I delivered an RV in Montrose and my truck was due for it s regular service. I walked in to Montrose Ford Nissan with no appointment and was helped by Service Advisor Mark. I explained that I had just made a delivery and was in need of a diesel oil change and air filter replacement prior to dead heading home some 1400+ miles. Mark explained that it was lunch time and it may take a couple of hours which was fine since I always carry paperwork along to knock out during any type of layover. Mark was great and worked me in quickly. I used a table in the waiting area to do some work and I had a convenient receptacle nearby for charging my iPad. They notified me in about one hour that I was done and ready to get on the road. Great experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Montrose Ford Nissan and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers over the years and have to say that working with Montrose Ford Nissan was the least stressful, most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. From walking into the building to driving away in my new truck, I felt no pressure to purchase. The folks there actually cared beyond the goal of completing the sale. Brody in sales and James in finance were top-notch. The trade-in offer was more than fair too. I just wanted to let others know that Montrose Nissan Ford is a good place to go if looking for a new or new-to-you vehicle.

These folks really helped us out. We were on vacation and the rental van we were using lost a wheel. They got the van back up on the road earlier than expected. We're from it of town, but I'd use them again if we were in the area.

If it was possible I would leave a zero star. Erik our salesman was good but the company advertised a 2002 LL Bean edition Subaru Outback for $8299 including D & H. Then brought me a contract for over $11000 and refused to honor the advertised price. They raised the price by $2700.

We loved the people and vehicles here so much, after we bought my husband's new truck we decided to buy a SUV for me. I love it. Very nice! BRODY IS AN EXCELLENT salesman. Then we were able to work with " Wild Bill". They both went above and beyond. We also had them put a sliding 5th wheel hitch in. The service people were very helpful and professional. They all deserve more than a 5 star. I will recommend them to anyone. To top it off, we received a very nice note from Wesley Abbott. He's an executive manager. He thanked us for our purchases. Wonderful, professional. Anyone would love to buy a vehicle from them.
