Mohr s is a great place to get your car repaired as they re diligent about their work, easy to get in with, extremely helpful and informative, as well as reasonably priced! I discovered them via a coupon mailer and they honored as many coupons as possible. Their inspection of our old Jeep was thorough and cheaper than we anticipated, highly recommend you consider Mohr s for your next auto repair!

We appreciated the kind staff and great customer service that everyone we met at Mohr's provided. They answered their phone quickly every time we called. Got us in and diagnosed the problem and all fixed up the next day. And at as reasonable costs as can be expected in these times. Thanks Mohr's! We'll be return customers!

While on vacation, the fuel filters on my f250 diesel clogged up. Mohr's automotive fit me into their schedule so we didn't have to delay our trip, or wait a week for an appointment. We were able to continue our vacation and even increased our fuel mileage for the trip. We had a part fail on our truck while on our way to a different state for Christmas which left us stranded on the side of the road. Mohr's Automotive was amazing throughout this process. They sent a tow driver to pick us and our vehicle up. The part was under warranty but they couldn't get the part and complete the repair that day as it was already late in the afternoon. Our truck was literally packed like pickles with gifts and all of our belongings. Joniwas great and got us into a car and allowed us time to retrieve what we could from our truck to theirs as well as keeping our truck locked up in their yard to protect our belongings. They under-promised and over- delivered and went out of their way to accommodate us so we could be on our way well before noon the following morning for our Christmas travels. Joni and staff were absolutely awesome and reduced our stress considerably with their kindness!

Best mechanic experience in Montrose I have ever had. They all went above and beyond to accommodate us and fixed my vehicle in a timely fashion. Great customer support and very trustworthy.

Do not have anything but good to say. The mechanic- Cliff- is very knowledgeable in Duramax engines (most diesels I suspect). He also is focused on details so the work is done right. A real mechanic,not just a parts changer. A military Hummer with a Duramax LBZ and a bunch of aftermarket parts is not an everyday setup, but was not a problem for Cliff. Diagnosed and fixed the problem (fuel rail crack/leak) in min. time. As the office scheduled my service, they started on my vehicle right away and finished when estimated. A couple of people double checked the work- these folks are serious about quality of their repairs.The office folks are really nice and personable. One even has green eyes. Worked with me to make the project affordable for me. Their prices were very fair and reasonable.Highly recommend and would not hesitate to work with Mohr's Auto again.

I have recently started a working relationship with the team at Mohr s. I commute to GJ from Montrose 4 days a week. I need service on my vehicle (oil change, tire rotation) every three months. I have had an excellent experience with everyone at Mohr s so far. They take the time to explain everything that they are doing, as well as letting me know what other issues (if any) have arisen. We have set up a plan moving forward to keep me able to get up and down the road taking care of preventative maintenance as well as any surprises. If you are stuck in Montrose with automotive problems give them a call. Customer service was great, mechanical expertise great, willing to listen to a frazzled and frustrated old lady, above expectations! An added bonus is the cafe next door also provides good food and customer service while waiting for repairs.

Starter broke on a road trip, and they where able to fix day of and get us going again. Likely paid a premium for day of service but the service was great and everyone was super helpful. I could have done the job myself at home with my mechanic for half the price, but it is what it is when your need service now. All in all, great place, and great service and they are for sure doing quality work. I appreciate Mohrs.

I had never been to Mohr's before. I called first thing in the morning because my car was making a...noise...and I was worried about driving my brother to his doctor appt in Grand Jct later in the day. They got me in right away and fixed the problem. They recommended other services including fixing the transmission pan that is seeping. I made the appointment for that for later in the week and they said I could pay for today's service when I picked my car up from its next appointment. Now THAT is good customer service. Thank you!!

We are so grateful that we had our car towed here for evaluation after a break down in the mountains. They were able to fit us into their schedule and helped us get back on the road. The staff at this shop are extremely kind, helpful and generous.

While on a road trip our left headlight burned out not good when it gets late and you have many miles left to go! The folks at Mohr s were able to squeeze us into their schedule on short notice and got it fixed within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Thanks to them, we were able to continue our road trip on schedule!

This is the best mechanic around. My calipers were spraying brake fluid and they had everything fixed in a timely manner. They even drove me across town to the park so I wasn t stuck at the shop while my truck was being worked on. Will be back again for sure. Come here and tell your friends about it too, also very fair pricing

I brought my car in for a diagnosis because it was overheating. I was told it needed to have the water pump replaced, there was corrosion in multiple places and several other things needed replaced, totaling almost $1,500 dollars worth of repairs. The water pump had just been replaced and there was no leak to show that something was wrong with the water pump, there was no corrosion anywhere and the belts and such that they wanted to replace had already been replaced. So after the outrageous price of $164 dollars for the "diagnosis" I took my car down the road to another mechanic shop. They told me the car was fine. Nothing was wrong with the water pump, or anything else. They couldn't get it to overheat. The only conclusion that could be made was that there could have been an air bubble that was eventually pushed through. For their diagnosis they charged me, the more than reasonable rate of, $58 dollars and told me if it did start overheating to bring it back and they would check it for free. I would never take my vehicle to Mohr's if I were you. Either they are incompetent or just want to rip people off, I honestly think a little of both. Plus, there's other way better, and honest, mechanics to go to in Montrose.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were so grateful that we had our car towed here when we had a breakdown in the mountains. It was quite a mess when we brought it in, but Mohr did a very successful overhaul of the family Honda Accord, which had a myriad of issues. They were quick, precise, thorough and at reasonable prices for each issue fixed. All the reviews you read are validated when you take in your car. We had a weird code on our 2014 Ford F150 so we brought it in to Mohr s. They found the issue and had to order a part. It only took a few days from start to finish. Our van broke down in Montrose. We had to get back to Denver so we had to leave it behind at a gas station. The next day I called Mohr s and they towed it to their shop at a reasonable rate, diagnosed the transmission problem and fixed it a half a day sooner than expected.
