Terrible attention from the employee Robin L�pez, on two occasions he damaged my cars, the first one failed, he broke a part on my 2015 Ford edge car and he didn't tell me anything about it, I had to go to the agency to have it repaired, The cost of the repair at the agency was covered by grease monkey, the second failure he had in his work was in my wife's car, Chevrolet traverse 2019 did not adjust the oil filter properly and threw most of the oil on the road in Montrose To Phoenix, I returned to have it repaired and they made the necessary adjustments and compensation. An employee gave me two free oil change services. Today I went to validate one of the services and Robin L�pez and another employee did not want to validate the promotion. They held my car and did not want to give it to me until I paid for the service. I spoke to the police to take care of the situation because they were very rude and racist to the point of running me out of the business and told me not to return. that can't happen with the customers who keep businesses in business.

I go to Grease Monkey in Montrose each time my vehicles require an oil change! The employees there are always friendly and my vehicle gets serviced very quickly. I have never experienced any problems with the service I have gotten. I truly enjoy being one of their regular customers!!

This was the best service! I stopped in on an emergency. My rear view mirror fell off and I couldn t get it back on. The man that helped me was very kind and helpful with no questions asked. Will definitely be returning!

The light sign that says about Jesus is awesome but a man of Jesus got false hope over it as I'm traveling through the valley of the shadow of death. It says in the Bible for should walk by faith. I did again for the second time in a big way in this town and was deniedFor this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees?

These young men worked quickly politely and in an organized manner. They came to my rescue after finding my airfilter had been built into a huge mouse nest with house insulation! It was accompanied by a small, young deer mouse which mortified me. All this had to have taken place between my last oil chg.. and the one yesterday. The technicians gathered the nest AND the little intruder without batting an eye. Seeing and hearing my anguish over the fate of the little nuisance both boys kept assuring me all would be ok and they would handle it. One young man assured me that he would be alright, that he'll "go to heaven." This was such a sweet, considerate way to calm my 65 year old nerves! Needless to say it was a pleasure to give the 3 techs a gratuity for lunch! This was my 2nd visit to this shop and both times, lunch was in me! The young man in charge told me "thank you mam" but it wasn't necessary, that they simply strive for customer satisfaction. Even more impressive! I waited for at least 30 minutes which was fine because I could see they were short staffed. I paid $100 for just oil. They didn t check lights, fluids or filters. I would not have waited if I knew I was only changing oil and I m sorry to say I won t go back.

Stopped in on a Saturday, when most everywhere was closed, and the guys at Grease Monkey were more than happy to help. We are from out of town and they addressed my concerns with my 4Runner honestly and professionally. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this shop!

I brought in a new vehicle to replace my break- in oil. When I pulled in I said I just wanted an oil change, no need to check anything else. The vehicle only had about 1300 miles. What was the bill: $118. FOR OIL I'M CHANGING IN 4000 MILES. This is the last time I'm using this shop.

I have been getting my oil changed here for a while, but today was exceptionally pleasant. I don t know the name of the mechanic working today (August 13th), but he was extremely helpful and friendly. He even gave my dog a milk bone! There was an older woman who needed help with her tires and I witnessed him being very respectful and helpful to her as well. Will continue to use and recommend these guys!Service: Oil change

Upped their oil change price $100 because we wanted to use their $20 off coupon. Instead of $50, they wanted $150, and we wanted to use our own oil and filter. We had called and they said $50, we got there a few minutes later and they said $150, that's unbelievable. Beware of them.

I recently had a full service at this location. I had a concern upon returning home with the vehicle. The manager Robin handled everything in a 5 star professional manner and everything was resolved within a few hours.
