I had a very bad experience with Dirk ,he charged me $240.00 for a air filter said it needed cleaning, anyway you look at it he overcharged me because of the vehicle I drive. I will never go back to to him again people beware.

Dirk is the man! And his mechanic Nick is da man Jr. If you have a German rig this is where you need to bring it for exceptional service.

Do not recommend!!! Had a car of mine sitting for atleast 3 months and did not even run atleast a obd2 reader. Worst Mechanic in the western slope

Dishonest, fraudulent, lazy, unprofessional, despicable. Steer well clear of Dirk Specovious. Dirk had my Mercedes for two whole years and did almost nothing at all. He charged me a $3000 deposit on the front end and refused to pay one penny of it back. Dirk is a dirt bag and a bum. I know others who would never go back either. After Dirk's Response Below: Dirk's dishonesty should be readily apparent when you read that WE PAID HIM $3000 IN ADVANCE AND HE DID NOTHING; Dirk's response (below) is that he was WORRIED ABOUT GETTING PAID. Dirk also "warned the other shops about me." Good one, Dirk. So extremely weak. Our shop that fixes our German cars-- Performance Muffler of Montrose-- would also tell you to stay well clear of Dirk's German Car Repair. Dirk is a dirtbag. Do not trust Dirtbag Dirk.

I brought my 71 beetle to be repaired over a YEAR ago. Its... still.. there. Do not recommend. Do not take your vehicle to this man.
