I've had work done on at least 3 different vehicles here and rented Uhaul from them many a time and never had anything but good experiences. One of the only places in the valley I'll even take my vehicles to.

You'd have a better chance of getting the right parts for your vehicle by giving your money to a homeless guy in the walmart parking lot and hoping he has what you need back at his tent. This place is awful. I paid $2100, got the wrong bed cover for my truck and Paul, the owner, admitted that he ordered the wrong part and then told me to go pound sand. I wouldn't go to this place again if they were giving stuff away.

I've bought 4 sets of tires from Paul and was planning on buying a fifth this spring. In October, I bought a set of tires he recommended to me over a set I knew and used for years prior. He upsold me, basically. Last week, I noticed the tire was splitting at the seam. Called Paul, sent him a picture, and - even with just 5,000 miles on the tire - he told me there wasn't anything he could do about it.I've spent thousands with this guy and he told me he couldn't help me figure something out over $200.Took it to another shop and they filed a warranty claim for me. No skin off their backs, just like it wouldn't be any skin off Paul's back would he have chosen to do the right thing. I'll never go here again. You shouldn't either.
