REPLY TO OWNER: 1) if it s a holiday you observe you would ve said that to me when I called. Instead you said Yes I will put air in your tire, walked to the gate & refused me the same service you walked to the gate & answered the phone for. after seeing me. 2) discrimination is in race, gender, class & is INTERSECTIONAL your knowledge on that is not my issue or responsibility. You & anyone can discriminate and did! Do not try to invalidate me on top of it! Sick. 3) You answered the phone and said you could help, walked to the gate and began opening the gate THEN said your closed with NO REFERENCE of religion - after looking & judging me and my service dog in the car, & asking me what tire I needed it in repeatedly. It s ALL RECORDED AS I KNOW HOW SOCIETY IS NOW. 4) Do not use religion when being so inhumane & unprofessional period.Bottom line: You answered the phone as I sat at the gate said OK, I WILL HELP WALKED TO THE GATE AND LOOKED AT ME & CHANGED YOUR MIND. THE VIDEO DOESNT LIE AND WILL BE UPLOADED. IN BITS IF I NEED TO.Came here at Saturday at 11am from Airbnb in Crestone to find nearest one. just needing tire pressure & called the number on the fence as instructed. Said i needed air in my tire and he said ok I ll be there. Watched him walk to the gate, watch me & my service dog like criminals and then say he is closed and doesn t do tires. When I asked when he opened he didn t answer. This is the worst experience ever as a black disabled digital nomad. I will be reporting discrimination to the ADA & local authorities. I am tired of the lack of basic human decency and compassion. Don t ask what race has to do with it, especially if your not a POC or ally. If you don t already know I m not here to help you grow just advise what I know and experience. Horrible. Horrible horrible. Stopped at a locals home who helped me and local said he was very disappointed for my experience but not surprised. Recorded it all but too long to post here. Only get 30 seconds.

I visited Andy s tires after getting a flat tire up in Crestone. He is super helpful and reliable and has great prices. I highly recommend. Thank you Andy for all your help! God bless

WOW on a road trip from California and one of our tires blew out. We quickly bought tires from wallmart and called all the shops around to mount them Not one shop was willing but Then we found andy he was more then willing to help us out then he asked us where we were from turns out he moved here 20 years ago from the same town we all grew up in small world. AMAZING GUY.
