These guys and gals are the best. They went above and beyond in a short amount of time and charged me a more than fair price for the work that they did. I will be going here for any automotive repair and services until I move or until I die.

They really took care of me and my family. The repairs are astronomical just do to parts price. He got us to where we could drive the vehicle safely home until we can figure out with insurance, warranty or dealer what our next step is as finances are extremely tight at the moment. I will be taking future vehicles here from now on.

I don t even shop around for competitive pricing anymore because I know Sumner Automotive will be in the same range as everyone else of quality, give or take depending on the service, but he ll do a superior job and be completely transparent about the necessary work. A mechanic actually worth every penny! They won t tell you that you NEED to fix stuff that doesn t NEED to be fixed. They WILL tell you what is NECESSARY for safety and what needs to be done to keep your car running well.I trust their automotive expertise explicitly.Brandon, the owner, is honest and helpful and I really like the whole team and all the mechanics there I ve spoken with. I ve been a frequent flier with our 3 older model vehicles the last several years, and I can only speak highly of Sumner, Brandon, and the employees. I highly recommend them.

Great and fast repair at less than quoted. Friendly service and even saw I needed new windshield wipers and replaced without being asked to do it. What more can you ask for?

I've used Sumner auto about a half a dozen times and they always repair my vehicles in a very timely manner and a very good price. I will not use anyone else to repair our vehicles. I highly recommend them.

I stopped by here because my brakes were squeaking. I was really worried it would be an expensive fix, especially since money is tight right now. The gentlemen here were nice enough to take a look at my car, and informed me that a rock had gotten stuck in my brakes. They removed the rock and cleaned the surrounding area. Then sent me on my merry way! They were so quick, honest, and kind. It was a huge relief all around. Would definitely recommend them!Service: Brakes

I appreciate Sumner Automotive Repair honesty and integrity. I took my Ram 1500 in to get a routine maintenance transmission service done. Turns out it did not need it yet and at 60K miles and I could wait a while as the manufacturer recommends maintenance of that at 120K miles and the fluid still looks good. They saved me doing the un-needed maintenance until later on. Thanks for saving me some $ and I will be doing business with Brandon and crew from here on out!Service: Auto maintenance

Sumner Automotive fit me into their schedule for a few different repairs. They were okay with spreading 3 days of work out over a few weeks since I needed the car as my daily driver. I've owned the car for a year and I wasn't sure if something was wrong or if it was just a loud vehicle. A month ago, Sumner ran diagnostics (over a laundry list I had given them). My rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The day after being repaired, my car sounded so different I thought something was wrong. It was quiet and I could hear my car running again. I could hear myself think!

We were traveling through in our RV and our dash AC quit working. Luckily it was something simple. Brandon was able to get it working by plugging something in that had come unplugged. He didn t even charge us because he said we were on vacation and it was supposed to be fun! We had called at least 8 places and drove to 2. No one was willing to even look. UPDATE** Brandon and his crew did it again! Fixed every single issue on both our Malibu and Ram Truck and in one afternoon! These guys are the real deal and have customers in us for the foreseeable future.Summer automotive has been AWESOME! Very impressed with their level of service. They are expert mechanics and provide wonderful customer service. Very honest and don t replace things just to replace them and make a buck! Highly recommended!

Hands down the best automotive repair center. My engine went out on my truck and I decided to try out Sumner. From the beginning Brandon and his team took care of me. With covid several mechanics couldn t look at my vehicle for weeks, owning my own business made this a problem. I called Brandon and he asked me to bring it down the same day. Over the past week Brandon called almost every day to update me on my vehicle. When going into the shop his mechanics took the time to explain and show me the problems and explain solutions. I ve never had service like the service Sumner Auto provided. We live in crazy times and good customer service is almost extinct. Brandon and his team made me feel like part of their team and never left me waiting or questioning what I should do. I highly recommend them and I will be returning. I towed an old car that had been in my garage for nearly a decade to Sumners and asked them to just get it up and running. I dropped it off late (closing time) Monday afternoon and by Tuesday afternoon they had called and told me it was ready to go! When I pulled up, they were very friendly and showed me a few new things on this old 68 Mustang. I couldn't believe how much they did in such a short time period.Long story short, for a really, pretty reasonable price, I have my car driving up and running!I will certainly take this car back for ALL the maintenance and upgrades as well as my other vehicles!Couldn't be happier with the service and price!

Brandon and his crew worked on my 99 F350. Did a great job. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a ethical mechanic with good pricing. My diesel was leaking from the dip stick flange and the motor needed to come out because of the cross membrane would not allow the oil pan to slide out. Brandon got the leak fixed and my pickup is leak free. Great job!

Had to rewrite my review, I had a bad experience. Took the car back 3 times after the initial repair, the check engine light kept coming on and the code was indicating bad timing... they put the timing belt on wrong, luckily they fixed it. The next time, well, they didn't fasten the shifter so I couldn't change gears so I had to have my car towed and they charged me for the repair, then the dashboard lights never came back on. I just gave up, at least the car runs.... buyer beware... the owner is Brandon

Summers was an awesome experience! This place is incredible!! The staff is kind, professional, and honest! Repaired my vehicle quickly for a hundred less than otherwise quoted. I highly recommend Sumners to anyone needing quality repairs by men of integrity!! You will not be disappointed in any way! I am not one to give out praise unless it is truly deserved and this repair shop is worthy of my highest recommendation!

I needed a new radiator. I called around and summer had a very competitive price and they made arrangements to come pick up my car and bring it back because I have an infant at home. They were super fast and up front with me about everything. I will be bringing my vehicle back here. The staff was so kind and were just great to work with.Thank you for getting my car back working so quickly.

Brought my car in thinking the worst with the engine smoking and burning. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and were able to fix it that day. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Will be using them for all my repairs going forward.
