I had a wonderful experience buying my truck through Northwest Auto. Shannon was amazing at sending me video's, pictures and information on vehicles matching what I was looking for. When I came down to test drive Kaysyn was extremely helpful and honest. They made my vehicle purchase easy and stress free. I never felt pressured into the sale, or pushed to make a choice faster. Even though I ultimately did not opt for a trade in on my old vehicle they made a generous offer for it. Jason was friendly and helpful too when it came to the negotiations, which really was just more of a simple conversation then anything. 10/10 would recommend them for your next vehicle purchasing experience.

I recently bought a new car from NW auto. Kelly, Jason and Lee were great to work with! The communication was great from before I even looked at the car to during and even after! I highly recommend them! Thank you all for everything you guys did for me and getting me into my new ride!

I worked with Jason (a new GM) and Kelli (sales) during my truck purchase. They were both awesome to work with and very friendly. Smaller dealership and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family looking for a vehicle.

I recently bought a 2017 Suburban Premier from them and it was a great experience! They were friendly, transparent, not pushy, and gave me a great deal on my 2019 Impala trade-in. Kelli was super nice. If I wanted to buy another vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

We went to Northwest auto to look at a Wrangler yesterday and even though the dealership closed at 12 Kelli was nice enough to stay open and do the deal so we could purchase the Wrangler. I would highly recommend Northwest auto even if you don't live close to meeker it is worth the drive. Low pressure and great prices make it worth it!

My wife and I have purchased 6 vehicles from Northwest Auto over the past 11 years. Every purchase has been an enjoyable experience there is NO pressure and Doug and Kyle are very easy to deal with, they have been great to work with over the years. The prices have been good and the service is great. Lee runs the Service Department, and every interaction has been very professional. They go out of their way to accommodate! The service prices are fair and the work is completed when it is promised. Their tire prices are the best in the area.The service has always been great from the first contact to the present. Best dealership I have dealt with!

Awesome experience! We have dealt with a lot of dealerships lately looking for an affordable new truck over the last few months. Dealing with Josh was amazing, he got us a great deal and the perfect truck for us. He was honest and fair, he did exactly what he said he would. His team is awesome, very pleasant and helpful. We traveled over 200 miles for this truck and it was worth ever mile! Thanks Josh!!

I can t thank Pete enough for replacing my 12 year old tires(long story on why their that old) due to a blow out before meeker. I was thankful that it didn t happen on the interstate and it could of killed me. He stayed after hours to give me new tires( which I needed due to tires being so old) before heading off to Hayden. Thank you and I appreciate all the help and for keeping me safe on the road!!

Rolled into the shop 1315 / 7 Sept with a flat on the truck. Asked if I could get it looked at. Right off the bat the young man had a poor attitide and began to list the reasons he couldnt help and that it would be several hours. Surprised after all the good reviews. I asked if I could use a hose to fill it up so I could limp further down the road. Poor attitude, customer service and general dispostion from the start. At least offer a solution. I' m from Colorado, imagine what would have happened if an out of state plate pulled up.Get there at opening and it may be better.UPDATE. Owner reached out to me within 15 min of posting. Made it right. They still have my business after this weird experience.

Lee, who runs the service department, is absolutely amazing. They have my highest recommendation. I will never take a vehicle that I own anywhere else. They are honest, accommodating, fast, and the quality of repair work has been fantastic.

I have purchased two vehicles here. Very low pressure, and very knowledgeable. Both purchases were by far the best and easiest experiences I have had at a dealership. Service department is great, and prices are reasonable. They have modern equipment and well trained staff.

Lee and his team did a great job on our GMC truck. Truck was running rough, they diagnosed the problems and fixed it right the first time. Definitely will use them again !!

By far the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They are honest and up front and really here to help you get into a vehicle. Nothing like the big car lots you deal with I can't express enough how much it is worth it to go in and talk to them you won't be disappointed

I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but none of them were as bad as purchasing a vehicle from Northwest Auto. Not even three months later I've gotta buy another car and needless to say it won't be from them.

People weren't very helpful. They didn't follow up my online inquiry. When I drove through meeker, I stopped in to see if the truck had sold. It did. Wasted my time to drive to meeker.
