Took my car in to have a screw removed and get it patched ( yes my tire tread is enough) and they left the screw in my tire and refused to take it out as they were supposed to. They wanted me to wait for 6 more cats before they'd do anything again, after already waiting for 2 hours! They said it wasn't leaking air even though my tire pressure light was on!! They aired up my tires and called it good. They honestly deserve 0 stars. I will continue my business with Discount Tire. These guys are lucky my tire hasn't blown yet, especially with my kids in the car..

If you have an older car don't bother bringing it here if the large blonde "mechanic" with the apprentice that follows him around like a puppy is there. He apparently believes he works at an elite luxury brand car center and not a Walmart and will be as condescending as possible about it. Take 5 is 10x faster and the same price and the mechanics there aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Just wanted to drop a line of appreciation for Kyle! While driving down 34 in this heavy and wet snow, the driver's side windshield wiper stopped working completely. We pulled into Walmart as it was the closest place I could think of, and driving any further would have been unsafe for everyone. He ventured out into the cold slush to take a peek, tightened the blade right up, and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you so much Kyle for being so kind to take the time to help us, your generosity doesn't go unnoticed!

Been taking my car there for about 5yrs with no problems but the last two visits have been pretty bad. This last time after already waiting an hour I was told they couldn't do an oil change because of a leak that they apparently didn't notice the last 5 times because the car has had it forever and the time before that the same mechanics comments were pretty rude. I think he just doesn't want to work on certain cars. I took it to Take 5 after and they had no problem and finished an 1hr+ Wal-Mart job in about 15 mins. Needless to say I will not be returning to Wal-Marts auto center for anything any time soon.

Very helpful with my tire order knew what they were doing I'm very pleased Best deal on tires in loveland co checked Big o Firestone Discount tire all their tires were at least 400.00 above Walmart price. They were the same tires from these places that they were going to sell us.

Took five hours to install a battery, did not answer the phone when I called multiple times, and was not nice during checkout. Usually have a great experience with Walmart auto centers, but this one needs more and/or newer staffing.

Went in looking to buy 4 new tires for my Jeep, was rudely told by an employee that they're not doing tires today. Guess I should've expected that horrible customer service applies to the auto center as well.

When they close at 7 and you get there at 635 for an oil change and the guy says we already turned off the compressor sorry. Guess it doesn't have an on switch . If you don't actually work until 7 maybe change your hours!

The whole crew was great! I had trouble with a battery that was almost out of warranty. I had to have it jumped 4 times before finally making it in to automotive. These guys were fabulous! Switched out the battery and I was on my way in less then 15 minutes! Don't hesitate if you need automotive at Walmart on Denver Ave! These guys and one girl know how to handle customer service! Walmart you have a great team that works well together. Do whatever you have to do to keep them together

My battery died, so I went to auto zone to get a new battery. They told me it would be 190 dollars and that they can't put it in for me. I left and went to Walmart and only spent 87 dollars on a 2 year battery, and they were done with my car in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was so nice and happy to help me out. My wife needed an oil change and I normally do them myself but since I work out of town I told her to take it there. Well they told her that they can't do the oil change because the drain plug was too rounded. Well we had just moved to Loveland and all my tools where in storage back in the town we had just moved from. So when I get home I went ahead got all the supplies I thought I might need (at walmart mind you) minus the new drain plug. Explain to me why I was able to use a socket bought from walmart and get it off and not slip once. This right here is one of the reasons it's just easier to handle simple repairs your self. Thanks for lying to my wife.

Very rude mechanic not sure what his name is but big black guy. I asked one simple question regarding how much oil was removed when he flush it. Turn around snap at my and tell me "you can't f-ing talk to me, you'reinterrupting me" all because he was on the phone with his lady arguing and I interrupted him not knowing he have his earphone in. I think there is some training need to be done here and that isn't the way to talk to anyone let a lone a customer. Not trying to be a Karen but just felt disrespected.Service: Oil change

Appointment was set for 1pm. Got here 10 minutes early with one bay empty upon arrival, was told about 45 minutes. It's now 2:30 and my service just now started... It's two tires. That's all.

Talk about Walmart as you will. You cannot get a better deal on tires. I, as I assume most other consumers do shop around before I make the decision to purchase. As per I said. I was In the market for some tires and I made my way around Loveland to see what the best deal was for me. Well there are a couple of things that the local stores did that I just didn't like. 1.) Was that I mentioned to each of them that I had 18 Inch tires on my current car. I had recently purchased it and thought the whole time I owned it that it appeared to me that it just seemed too much. Anyway I asked if the tires on the car were the proper size and if they were the way they came from the factory. On each occasion I was told yes to both questions. They were not. 16 inch tires are the factory stock tire. Of course the ones that are on my car are more expensive. Also please tell me how a tire one size s.aller cots 100. More. At least for the 4 stores I was comparing. And not at Walmart. At Walmart the tires cost the same.Also for the over all price were like 85.00 cheaper

7/21/19: Wow. John provided excellent service. I brought in a tire for repair under warranty. They accidentally broke a stud, but John explained how they will reimburse me for the stud repair. I mean, that's what I would expect of any shop that damaged my car, but it's the way that John approached me and talk to me through the entire process explaining everything professionally and making sure that I felt comfortable.Much better experience than usual at this location.

Half the price of the a couple of tire stores. Nobody trying to upsell. Great service. Get your groceries and they'll text you when your vehicle is ready. Easy peasy.

Campsites in new Red Cloud loop are full hookup and spacious. Price is reasonable. Grounds are dust and a few weeds, but should be prairie natural in next year. The Park is very interesting and worth a few day's stay.

Went in on Saturday afternoon after discovering what awful shape my tires were in. The price was affordable (I called for an estimate on the way) and Kenneth and the team had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Their wonderful service quickly turned my day around and kept me on my way to my Saturday plans!

The manager kept telling me over and over that it was going to be a while to change my car's oil since the technicians were on lunch. I repeatedly told him it was fine; it was like he was trying to get me to go somewhere else. Also, I waited 20 minutes after my car was done to get my keys and pay, I even had to tell the manager my car was done to get out of there. Terrible service.

The best at doing the right thing Every time! I've zrusted them for years, because they akways get it right. Check all the fluids and ask what brand of oil I want..always friendly and super fast even with line of cars. Thank you so much for helping people and being kind!! So proud of this store... The best on the planet...

They didn't put the oil cap back on my girlfriend's jeep. Darn near seized the engine after 4qts poured out the top when they moved it back to the parking lot. I told them to clean the mess, reimburse me for a new cap, and do something to help repair damages to the vehicle. Single-brain-cell automotive manager gave me 2 cans of degreaser and told me it wasn't his problem.TL;DR, they almost totaled my vehicle and claimed it wasn't their job to fix it.NEVER go here. Ever.

The store was opened for another 3 hours had one car in the bay the technician said he didn't have enough people to do an oil change, then used the excuse there was no o e to ring us out , then said he had no oil after we waited for 15 minutes while the clerk played on the computer, horrible service.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Currently at the other Walmart on 287 and I am waiting to get an oil change. The wait is 3 hours. I've heard several people call and ask how long the wait would be. The man working in the auto center politely told everyone it will be a 3 hour wait. So I figured i would call this Walmart on Denver Ave. When they answered and i asked how long the wait may be the woman on the phone said. "I can't tell you, its first come first serve." Just wanted to say even if there is a three hour wait at the Walmart on 287 its probably worth the wait considering how bad the customer service is at this Walmart on Denver Ave.

I brought a tire in to have it patched and I waited over an hour just to have them say that it was to close to the side wall of the tire. I work at a dealership for GMC, Buick as a technician and have repaired many tires before. I just want mine patched before I went to work as it was a Sunday. The hole was more than an inch from the side wall. I should not have even bothered to go there as I will patch the tire myself and it will be as good as new. What a waste of time to set there for over an hour and had to show them were the hole was and be told they could not fix it. If you ever need a tire patched don't bother to take it here.

I was in a jam and needed to get back on the road quickly! After the extreme unprofessionalism I experienced at the Walmart on 65th Avenue, I was pleasantly surprised By the professionalism Knowledge and speed Provided by KYLE and crew!Maybe the other Walmarts in the area Should talk to Kyle And try To emulate his kindness And Professionalism!

I would have given zero stars if I were allowed to. I called to find out how late was the latest I could come in for an oil change around 550 p.m. and was told if I showed up by 7 p.m. I would be accepted. I came in at 6 p.m. and had to wait 12 minutes before anyone even came out to help me. Then I was told they stop taking cars at 6 p.m.When I asked why I was told 7 p.m. when I called shortly before and was given no answer only told they stop taking cars and I would just have to come back. I will go somewhere else for oil changes and never come back here.

Pleasant staff, good service. The only setback is you cannot make an appointment. Have to just show up and see what happens with time frame.
