I went to this Home Depot to get some supplies I needed to restore this patio chair, like black paint, weather spray for protecting the paint, and a piece of wood to redo one of the arms of the chair, and I loved how it turned out! The supplies worked great and I m quite happy with how it turned out!

I was in your store yesterday (Store 1529) retrieving an online order that came in. As I entered the pick up area, I was greeted by Debbie. She ensured that I received my order and the transaction went smoothly. While talking to her it was very pleasant. She was very attentive, super nice and went out of her way to ensure that I had a cart to put my stuff in to take out to the car. Debbie made my whole trip a good one ! Thank you Debbie for a job well done, you made me feel like I was the most important customer that came in that day !

We wanted to give a huge shout out to Cayli in the appliance department. We came in the other night looking to snag a deal with Black Friday prices. She was super helpful, kind and knew how to help us get the best bang for our buck. We were so pleased with the serve we received from her. When we were checking out, the discount code wasn't working as it should so her manager, Casandra, came over and quickly figured out a way to give us a refund right away. She thought outside the box and was kind and gracious. We highly recommend these ladies for all your appliance needs!

I was in the store buying a few things including some HVAC filters. A younger gentleman who worked there approached me about the filters I was buying, explaining that the ones which advertise being able to filter the smallest particles are actually the worst for the efficiency of the system.Though I wasn't immediately receptive to this idea, I already had been aware of it in the back of my mind and ultimately I'm glad he brought it up. His advice gave me pause to think about it and I ended up stepping down to a mid level filter which still filters important particulates while not choking out my HVAC system quite as much. This will save a lot of money with the increased efficiency.I appreciated his willingness to help. Even when there was the risk of his advice not being received well...he wasn't wrong. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. He had the Carrier HVAC company logo on his apron and he had glasses. Next time I'm there, hopefully I see him so I can thank him personally.

I ve never been so misinformed by any store. Especially a Home Depot. Came in two days ago looking for information about how to paint RV walls. Yes they are wallpaper and I did specify that they were in an rv. I was given a tool to make holes in this wallpaper and a spray to get the wallpaper off. I was told I may absolutely NOT paint over this wallpaper in my rv. Well it did not take long to see this tool had absolutely ruined what was behind the wallpaper, and not to mention what the spray had done to the material under it. It is a disaster, the entire three walls are ruined. So I obviously got in contact with a professional who told me I should never ever take off the wallpaper in an RV and that the woman I spoke to was clueless. Yet that woman acted like she had all the answers. I understand these tools work in a house but I was specific about the situation, and if this lady did not know for sure I wish she had just told me that was the case. I now have not only wasted my money, but have to spend more to get it repaired. This project has been put behind a month from where it was supposed to be and that will also cost me money. Home Depot, good bye.

This review is exclusively for Monty in the windows department. Knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, careful, and honest. He's helped me with picking the right window as well as understanding the technical specifications of the product I'm buying. He's helped me save money I otherwise wouldn't have saved by opening a pro account for me despite years of buying from home Depot he's the first one to even mention it. That's a great example of noticing the little things and doing something about it. Every window I've ordered through him has come out perfectly measured and in the exact configuration I need. Not a single mistake I cannot emphasize this enough. Not only does monty help with windows but it seems he's more capable and knowledgeable than 98% of home Depot employees. Thanks for all the help Monty I appreciate your effort and experience.

Stock is irritating. I'd say there's always around a 25% chance that this Home Depot will be out of stock for whatever I need. So I try to avoid it and stop at another one if I'm heading to a different town for the day.

This whole process has been an absolute disgrace. She s a total Monet. Don t look too close. The contractors guys nicked my brand new faucet. Too many issues to count. Lots of things to go in and fix. Over all I wouldn t recommend Homedepot or the hack job Contractors they use.

Good place if you just need specific tools. Definitely the place if your shopping for a specific price not the place if you would like customer service.

Absolutely, completely incompetent. Instructions: "Please drop these at the front of the driveway in front of the garage door." How simple could that be. Driveway: Clear of cars all day (and then some) in order to allow them to do this. Where do they set thousands of pounds of quickrete and landscaping stones? How about IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET and LITERALLY DUMPED IN THE YARD. Who covered the quickrete with plastic? WE DID, because we DON'T OWN A FORKLIFT and didn't have time to move it before weather came in.I am spending an entire afternoon carrying thousands of pounds of stone by hand in front of my garage because the home depot couldn't be bothered to take the extra thirty seconds to place them somewhere that made sense, let alone where we asked them to set these.Go to Lowes. Go to a local landscaping store or contractor. Go literally anywhere else. How embarrassing.

Tried to buy pathway lights that are advertised on sale. But no lights. 5 different lights. All displayed for sale , but none on shelf...Don't advertise items you don't have!!! Terrible customer service!

At Home Depot today to buy another corn broom. Scurrilous individuals in the community regularly make off with Maramao's brooms and shovels As I expected, it was.The brooms , a well-stocked selection of them yet only one corn broom style/brand and the same brand corn whisk broom availableThese brooms were exactly located where they used to was. No surprise. The broom I purchased to replace the previous absconded toddler broom.... a toddler at 2 months... ahhhhh....Was priced 4% higher. Just like the presumed dead toddler was 4% more coin than IT'S Predecessor.Needing shrink wrap to make my corsets, I headed, yes. There. Same location. Same price. Same as last time. Head to checkout, the checker at which was perfectly on pitch: "anything else for you?"No Ma'am.Out the door super fast and efficient-like due to the ability one has to shop by rote. Regularity is good.New stuff and new models wax and wane from the shelves, but they do not move about.Yawn.*Good place.*Friendly staff.*Diverse accumulation of merchandise.*Wheelchair accessible, well-lit parking/van spaces and store entrances*shopping assistance is available for the differently abled*Se habla Espanol*Rental and sale power tools*Rental and sales power garden/lawn equipment*Pickup truck and larger rental trucks by the hour or day*Garden sheds/kit or prebuilt*Tiny homes kitsAnd on and on and on.Rest assured my fellow Lovelanders and visitors from beyond, that the Fine associates at this establishment will take care of you and yours. Unless they don't. Most of that tiddly+winkin' is the customers fault due to the do-it-yourself nature of the goods sold and the inaccuracy, ignorance, diffidence, and honey-do nag factor involved, and/or overconfidence, or merely the alignment of your yinl and your yang when tha feng scha-Wing! Hits the fan and you are up schitt crik ... just sayin'.Highly recommended.Maramao. Meow

Compared to the other stores in the area this Home Depot generally has the best selection of tools in general. I like their Ridgid brand. It can get silly busy though.

Consistently good service and good selection. I will say, I did recently have an issue with an employee who was not even remotely knowledgeable about the products being sold, which resulted in spending a decent amount of money and no less than 3 visits back to the store in the same day, but a conversation with a manager was able to solve my problem and ensure I had the right part.

As usual, it's hit and miss at our Home Depot. If you find someone to help you, you're lucky if you get a person who knows where anything is. I eventually looked it up on my phone and got close to the area where it might be located after I'd been sent to several other locations. What I don't like about our Home Depot is that instead of them looking it up on their computer and taking you to the item they just start sending you all around the store yourself. I never did find the item I needed and assuming they didn't have it went to Lowe's. I have similar problems there but at least I do find someone to help me and they seem to know where things are located. I was able to get what I needed there.

I have to say that the low review I have here is based on a phone call. I have uploaded the picture for you to see. I called to see if this store made keys and no one ever answered. I heard the same message about how important my call was and that an associate would be right with me. I left the call going, walked into the store and saw 2 girls with no customers standing at the customer service desk. There were also 3 more enployees at the paint desk just talking. I got my key made and the call still wasn't answered. Not sure if there is a technical issue or what it was. This store has been good over the years, but this is a little disappointing...over 19 minutes and no answer.

When it comes to special orders, windows or doors go through a supply house, not Home Depot. I have had problems with Loveland and Longmont stores. With small issues like them never calling me back on muffed orders, to Monte the window guy at the Loveland store hanging up on me after I waited at the store for them not to find the one window they mis-ordered the day before. I have been waiting on one window 4 weeks later then the rest to finish my project. Trim guy, paint guy, backsplash guy all have to return with extra pay from me. Thorn in my side. Here s the root problem, HD has great systems but they don t teach they re people to use them. I have continually had to coach their employees how to use text to confirm , commercial accounts and even store stock lookup on their HD phone app.I love HD for there systems and convenience, hence the 2 stars, but I cringe the process of using them to order anything technical.

This place is managed by the most incompetent people.Drove to Loveland from Longmont to pick up items that they said they had.Asked 3 different associates for assistance, was sent to 3 different departments.I did not find what I wanted even though 50 of them were supposed to be in stock, but found something similar.Waited an additional 45mins for someone to take it from the top rack, asked numerous times and was told someone would be there shortly, ended up leaving.I ordered the product online and they deliver the wrong item. Will be going to Lowes from now on.

I helped a friend of mine purchase countertops through Home Depot and the entire experience was a nightmare. The store manager, Danny McCann is a very rude person. He called her ungrateful and made her cry because HD failed to plan her project correctly. So unprofessional.

This is a giant big box store that serves a great purpose for doing small projects to giant projects to probably building your own house. You can pretty much find anything and everything there yet the prices are a little high especially when it comes to holiday decorations.

I am a reasonably fit seventy-two-year-old woman.I was at Home Depot in Loveland to buy a 4-foot by 8-foot by three-quarter inch sheet of plywood. While I was struggling to load it on my cart (smashing my little finger in the process) I noticed a Home Depot worker watching me continue to struggle. Before I got the plywood loaded he walked away. Finally I got it loaded. At the check out I asked the old lady cashier if I should have the piece cut before paying...she snapped, "Pay first! Then go straight back there." Her tone relaxed a bit when she told me someone would be there to help. Not a good experience.

Great customer service, however the parking lot always has lots of trash. I pick it up sometimes but it never seems to diminish .
