Carrol was simply a pleasure to work with to take delivery of our new car. She took the time we needed and answered all our questions. Such a better experience than the "old school" way of buying a car at a traditional dealer, yay Tesla and Carrol.

By far the worst customer service experience I have EVER experienced. Appointment was booked and confirmed via the app for mobile service and estimate accepted. SC called to confirm appointment to their location.I never confirmed for service at the SA only confirmed for mobile service. I asked to speak to a manager.The manager there is by far is the worst. Didn t care, didn t show interest and very belittling. Absolutely disappointment with this service center. Come on Tesla get it together and send your managers to training because this one definitely needs it.******* BEWARE of lack of professionalism*****

Won't fix problems and will blame things on user error. Car is designed poorly and service team can't fix things. Worst purchase ever

I the Loveland Tesla Service Center. They have consistently provided excellent service for our Tesla vehicles. The only way it could be better would be if it was in Cheyenne, WY where I live, but it sure beats driving to Denver or even Superior.

Had to use Loveland Service as my nearest Service Center in Superior was still down due to fire damage. Needed a tire replaced and a couple other minor issues flagged by diagnostics.Loveland did a great job and provided a quote and timely service updates in the app, and called when the service was complete. They were a little backed up with when I dropped off my car and needed it a bit longer, so they immediately offered a loaner Model 3 which I used for 1.5 days. Paying in the app and picking up my car was a very efficient, easy process. They even charged up my car, which they didn't have to do. Very polite and professional communication.This is one of the many reasons Tesla rocks! Highly recommend!Service: Tires

I was traveling through on a cross country trip and had a service concern. Dylan was able to get me in same day and get me in and out and on my way quickly. Excellent service from Dylan at this location!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership! I have been overwhelmingly in love with my Tesla and have found nothing wrong with it until this service appointment! I went in for a scheduled windshield replacement and 8 hours later I left with no replacement! The car sat there for 8 hours and was not touched. I will never go back to this location.Service: Auto windshield repair

This service center is a lot better than the one in Superior. I had an early drop off for service and I was invited inside to wait for my ride. The Superior location. I had to wait outside in the rain.

Got my winter wheels put on and an alignment. Very helpful and friendly employees. The second service to switch out winter tires to summers was not nearly as smooth. Poor communication and taking over a day and a half with a prebooked appointment for just a tire swap and alignment is unacceptable.

The worst car service experience imaginable. No empathy despite having had the car (model s) breakdown 3 times in the last year and not having a car for 2 weeks- you can't talk to anyone. You have to chat through the app and they either don't respond or they don't answer your question- they don't update you at all- they have zero empathy over your issues- they can't fix my issue! 3 times same problem and they can't replicate itThis has been so bad that as a Tesla owner since 2012, I can't even recommend buying one anymore.I have a Volvo XC90 too. The contrast in how responsive and good the service is compared to Tesla is laughable.

I have dealt with Toby here now twice and he s extremely unprofessional and rude. He also talked poorly about Tesla as a company. I m not there to hear about how you don t like your job. Everyone else seems nice.

Very glad Loveland could step in when my service in Superior was canceled due to their fire damage. Loveland guys did a great job, on time, as estimated.
