Finally, we found a excellent Auto repair shop. Thank you team Scott's Auto, they have the best customer service and staff! Thanks Matt! There were 2 extra issues that occurred while in the shop but they acknowledged the issues and we were not charged. That's awesome service right there. We are customers for as long as our cars will last! With their quality care that will be a long time! Thank you kindley

I went here based on experiences some others shared with me and I was not disappointed. Very friendly and helpful staff, very up front and clear about everything. The honesty is what has gotten me to call this my new mechanic home. It means so much, especially as a woman that's not mechanical, to know I'm not going to be charged and told I need repairs that I actually don't need. Thanks Scott's! I'll be back for sure.

Incredibly thorough, prompt service. Super friendly, fair pricing, and got me out quicker than expected! (Although that was just luck and can never really be expected from an automotive shop). Once you get your vehicle serviced here you won t want to go anywhere else, impressed is an understatement. 5 stars all the way!

Always appreciate the information and reports that Scott s give me! The pictures and breakdown are always so helpful. I do not know much about cars, but Scott s allows me to get a general understanding of the work that needs to be done. However, they never force me into getting unnecessary work done. It s easy to feel taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair companies, but with Scott s, I have never felt this way. I truly enjoy all their suggestions, reports and help!

First time using Scott's Loveland Auto and was impressed from the initial phone call to picking up my car. I have owned the car for 20 years and have always used the service departments of Toyota dealers. They did one of the most extensive checks of my car and gave me honest advice of what was needed and what could be done later. I appreciate their friendly and professional support. I'll definitely go back for future service needs.

I had a unique incident that damaged my car-- called Scott's up and they were able to get me in for a diagnostic exam a few days later. They were so communicative, polite and informative about what was wrong with my car. I never felt pressured to spend additional money on things like I have at other mechanics and their prices were fair/communicated beforehand. Now that I've been to Scott's, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Thanks so much all--especially Matt for helping us out! :)

The Scott s Team in Loveland is without a doubt the most thorough and thoughtful shop team I have ever worked with. I have been working with a variety of shops over the last 30 years and I am so grateful I chose Scott s for my automotive needs.Last week it came to my attention that my locking lug nut key had gone missing. I contacted Scott s for assistance identifying how to go about a replacement locking lug socket. Within a days time, Scott s received a new set of locking nuts and a new socket key to replace the ones that were literally locked on my car. This small issue meant I couldn t rotate my tires, couldn t change my brake pads, couldn t get my tire off if I got a flat. Scott s always focuses on customer safety and made sure I wouldn't be caught in a hard situation.A special shout out to Matt for hooking me up with this solution to a minor but highly impactful problem. You rock brother. Keep up the great work everyone. Scott s will always be my go to call for anything automotive related. Thanks again!!

I ve been going to Scott s for about two years with two different vehicles and Scott s has always been extremely helpful. The people at the front desk are great at explaining their recommendations and the communication throughout every process has been exceptional. I came in with a tire with a nail and a donut on my car. It s very comfortable her, friendly, and inviting. They took such care of me. After a stressful morning it was nice to be offered a drink and some Hershey Nuggets! Thank you for such a lovely experience. I had some work done out of town and the work was done incorrectly with the wrong parts. I am so glad I ended up at Scott s because they were wonderful to work with. They worked me in to diagnose what needed to be dealt with ordered the parts, and then worked me in again to fix it. It was all done, efficiently, professionally, and with good communication. Shout out to Justin, Bravo, Calar and Matt for your service!The shop itself is clean with nice amenities, drinks, coffee, etc.I will be returning for future work!

Excellent service and attention to detail. From the service writer to the technicians, Scott s provided meticulous care to my vehicle. I requested a bumper to bumper inspection, and an oil service.The entire inspection and service were clearly documented with photos, and explained in detail. The prices are fair, and quickly completed the tasks. I will return to Scott s with all my vehicles.

This was my first experience having my Subaru worked on at Scott's. My experience was better than any local auto car facility in Loveland. Every employee was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable from management to mechanic. Scott's performed extensive maintenance on my 2006 Ford Explorer, replacing valve gaskets, catalytic converters and surrounding parts. Work done was thorough, timely, and the fuel mixing and idle improvements made my vehicle drove noticeably smoother. Justin went out of his way to ensure we had a reliable loaner vehicle across two weeks of service. Appreciate their very thorough diagnostics, and yet they do not pressure you to address every single issue if it can safely wait.

I took my car in for an oil change and standard 5k mi inspection and Matt gave a thorough list of all the maintenance concerns on my car, quotes, and suggestions for all of it. He was also super understanding when I changed my mind about replacing my serpentine belt and wanting to space out some of my repairs. I never felt pressured or rushed to do more work on my car and he took the time to help me understand my maintenance concerns and potential timeline. As a woman with a backyard mechanic boyfriend and brother who was a former shop mechanic, it was so supportive to have Matt understand that I wanted to check his suggestions with my brother's and my partner's knowledge. I will definitely be coming back to get some of my larger repairs done.

Kind, knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to make sure that I understood what was involved with the repair and the state of maintenance necessary to maintain my vehicle. Courtesy vehicle available that took me to work and was there to pick me up and bring me back later when my car was fixed the timely manner. You said an appointment. There is an appointment. Their word is good.

I will never have my vehicle serviced by anyone but Scott s. I love both the Fort Collins and Loveland location. I only have good things to say about both. They have serviced I believe 3 of my vehicles and all of them have been thoroughly taken care of. The staff is really wonderful and the mechanics are amazing. I m always happy to leave my vehicle in good hands.

We recently switched to Scott's due to location and their high google reviews online. They are super thorough, staff is outstanding and although they are not the cheapest shop around, you really get what you pay for. We have been really happy with their service so far and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable shop!

We were first of all impressed at the cleanliness of the business. Then we were taken care of by Justin. He was kind, respectful and patient. He explained everything that was needed to be fixed and answered all of our questions. What is usually an anxiety filled task was not our experience here. They will be our forever auto repair store.

New in town, needed advise on a running light and a reverse light. Matt and company were very pleasant and informative. He replaced the reverse light for free and advised I need diagnostics for the running light. He seemed upfront & they have best guarantee in the business!

I came in asked about my engine. I was then charged a $100 so they could look at pretty much everything thing except my engine they call it the 360 check . Your windshield wipers need to be replaced because they are streaking. Irony I had just changed them the day before the window was just dirty. They then tell me it would be another $300 plus to do a compression test on my engine. So instead of just telling me that upfront and letting me apply that $100 to actually getting my engine diagnosed they say everything else we will be extra on top of that. I literally walked away going wow I literally just fell for the dumbest trick in the mechanic shop business. Don t go here they just want to take your money! They don t care about actually trying to help you save money and make a happy customer that wants to come back for return business.

Have taken our vehicles to SCOTT s since moving to Loveland a little of 3 years ago. Great service and ALWAYS an open line of communication. Fair, honorable, and transparent!Service work is top notch on everything from our diesel F-350 to my daughter s Audi A4.Very accommodating and highly recommended!

Excellent service. Justin/Kyle were very professional to work with. Had a lot of services done in one day. Oil change and lube, front and rear differential and transfer case fluid exchanges. 4 new tires, mounted balanced and four wheel alignment.

The service crew did a really good job diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. I had it towed to another shop, however because of a previous water pump repair that my alternate mechanic had done several years ago. I would definitely recommend Scott s as a reliable mechanic.

Came here for an oil change and checkup. The prices are super fair, especially considering how awesome the service was. I didn t feel pressured to add on any service, or like I was being scammed at any point. They give you a sheet with quotes and talk over any potential repairs you might need in the future, along with quotes. This is a great place to go!

I appreciate the people at this shop, especially Matt and Justin. There is no attempt to upsell. They just tell you what showed up in the inspection. On time and I'm still happy with the work they did last year as well as this week.

The people at Scott's Loveland Auto are always super helpful, nice, and out to not overcharge me. Twice now I've brough my car in for an issue and they were honest and either fixed a small thing for free or helped figure out with me what needed to be fixed and what didn't.They often have loaner cars, and when they don't they will either drive you home or pay for an Uber. I also get discounts in the mail every year, and they offer a AAA discount on labor.For all these reasons, I always take my car to Scott's.

Scott's Auto repair over in Loveland is my new go to place for my car. The guys there are so friendly I took my car in they let me borrow a loaner car to get around with until my car was fixed the guys over there at Scott's automotive in Loveland are the bomb. And I am saying that from experience of having my car put in the shop not once but twice with Scott's automotive and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else at this point. You guys over there at Scott's automotive r are literally the bomb Thank you...
