I have been on the fence about letting go of my beloved F55 Anderson Cooper. But I have been working with Austin to find the best Countryman S ALL4 for me. We finally have made that happen. Austin is down to earth and a great person to talk to. I felt like he wanted to help me and not just give me a car. If you re looking for a car, ask for Austin.I have always liked Mini of Loveland. Before I moved closer, I used to drive up from Southern Colorado (2hrs) because they are hands down the best Mini Dealership in Colorado. Kyle in service is honest and will not steer you wrong.Thank you Austin for the new countryman. Couldn t be happier.

I had a great experience at Mini of Loveland. Austin was very patient with my indecision of buying a car And Matt was my salesman. He was also great! Not a bit of pressure to purchase in fact I had decided to not buy a car at all but wanted to test drive it to rule it out. Fatal mistake! It was so fun, fast, great price and interest rate. Plus a great deal on my trade in!! I m very happy with my experience and purchase!

Had the best experience with Mini of Loveland! They worked very hard to try to find my perfect Mini, and through inventory limitations, were unable to do so. But they then switched their efforts to finding my requested next best options and succeeded! So happy with their service - Austin was the best! - and the ease of the process. I'm in love with my Mini and so happy to have Mini of Loveland to go to and look forward to being a customer for a long time. Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had!

This is the second car I've purchased at Mini of Loveland. Each time was a positive experience resulting in me buying a car. Jerod, the salesman, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I really like the exceptional safety of the Mini Cooper and would buy another one.

Everyone at Mini of Loveland were super helpful, nice, and very informative. Matt made the buying experience smooth and easy. Jeff, in finance, was beyond knowledgeable. Stan went over all the bells and whistles of the car. These three agents went above and beyond and truly made buying a car exciting.

Out of state buyer here. Found my blue 2022 Golf R manual. Since it s an uncommon car it was the closest one that had what I wanted on it. Jared was great. He sent me a few videos of the car right after I called. I m a very picky buyer but he entertained all of my questions, going back and forth with me for the better part of two weeks. Even though out of state purchases aren t common at this dealer, he and Jacob worked with me to get all of the paperwork and financing handled. When I got there, Brice helped me put protective film on it for the long drive back and they had me out of the dealership 20 minutes after I got there. It was stressful, buying a car sight unseen, but they made the process as easy as it could be considering the circumstances. Would 100% recommend them; they ll work with you and I couldn t be happier with the car

We ve all heard horror stories of service desks BUT I WANT TO SHOUT OUT TO MINI AT LOVELAND!!!!You have the best service desk and back garage service EVER!!! Kyle, Abby and Ethan and the whole staff there are beyond helpful, kind and service oriented. They have embraced the act of kindness incorporating it in one of the hardest jobs ever.I love my mini and they love my mini as if it was their own too. When I came to pick my Henrietta up yesterday she had even been given a bath and inside had been cleaned.It s truly a pleasure to take my car here, knowing that I m paying for the best service and it being worth every penny!!!Kyle and Abby, you do an amazing job and I appreciate you more than you know!!!!Thank you !!!!!!

Just leased a Mini Electric from Loveland and couldn't be happier with the experience. The salesperson, Matt, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not at all pushy and very patient to answer all our questions. The manager Alex was also great and worked hard with us to get a deal that fit our needs. The finance guy, Jeff, was also awesome.Nobody was pushy, everyone was friendly and we couldn't be happier. I've dealt with many dealers over the years, and this one was definitely my best experience.

Right from the start, Matt Dale was helpful and patient I didn t feel any pressure to make a deal. In the end, I leased with MINI of Loveland because I trusted them and everyone was super friendly. This is my first MINI, but it won t be my last! Thanks!

STAN THE MINI MAN IS AMAZINGI had come in with my fianc� one day to test drive since I was interested, but didn t want to purchase anything until it was summer time. We let them know that we were just browsing but let them know what we wanted in a car. It didn t matter to him that we weren t paying customers that exact day, he still took his time to show us around, let us both test drive some cars, and went above and beyond by emailing me when there was a car on the lot that might spark my interest as requested. Because of this, I ended up falling in love with a car I couldn t pass up and Stan got himself new paying customers. My favorite things about him were the fact that he isn t there for the money, he didn t try to upsell me and actually made it his priority that I wanted out feeling financially stable and made that very clear. I motored off the lot yesterday with a beautiful car that was exactly what I wanted when I initially specked one out and I didn t even have to buy it from the factory, his man is just so amazing at his job that he remembered what I wanted and needed in a car and found the PERFECT match. If you are uncertain about buying a MINI, but you want someone that knows what they re talking about and won t pressure you into buying in that exact moment, PLEASE give this gentleman a shout, I promise you won t be disappointed.Thank you again Stan!!!! <3

Purchased a used mini on 5/5. From the second I drove onto the lot my sales man Matt made the process easy and enjoyable. All of the cars on their lot new and used were clean and well taken care of. The finance department was very easy and enjoyable to work with, up front and very transparent. I would highly recommend giving Matt (sales) and Mini of Loveland a shot when looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle

Mini of Loveland gets zero stars. I am returning from a DoD assignment overseas and thought I coordinated the purchase of a vehice. They had my signed buyers offer, a check from my lending agency, proof of insurance, and a date for my return to finalize documents. A week after thinking I had a vehicle, they sell it to someone else. Recommend you look elsewhere for a vehicle!

Austin and Michael were amazing!! They were patient and kind the entire time and didnt complain when i didnt have the documents ready and had to spend a lot of time locating. I made several trips to the dealership and they were amazing both times. I couldnt be happier with the service or my new 2022 Honda Accord!!

INCREDIBLE EMPLOYEES!I can't say enough about my recent experience with MINI of Loveland. First of all, much of that credit goes to Kyle for customer service beyond my wildest expectations. The level of professionalism, kindness, expertise, and communication was off the charts.He worked hard with my extended warrantee service to ensure I got the best deal possible, made sure there was a loaner car available for me when I scheduled due to the fact that I live quite a distance from the dealer, and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and promptness. I truly could not ask for more.While I didn't deal directly with the mechanics who serviced my vehicle, I did receive a thoroughly narrated video from the person (I believe it was Mike) who did the initial inspection and that was such a fabulous touch. They were able to get my car in and out with lightning speed and I'm super impressed.Beyond that, the building is set up with a comfy spot for customers to wait complete with tables, coffee, and snacks.I highly recommend this place and will be back for any of my MINI needs. Last weekend we went to Loveland to test drive one of the new 2017 Minis. My previous Mini convertible (Lucy) was an '09 and I was looking forward to the upgrades of the newer model, though I loved Lucy. I got there thinking that I'd order a new one as the blue that was on the lot was my second choice, but Shawn Eppel sold me on the blue. It had everything I wanted and was available immediately.I generally dread the process of new car purchase. It's an entire day by the time it's all said and done. We were completely finished within a few hours, and I had the rest of the day to drive my great new car.We've made a number of Mini purchases at Mini of Loveland, and each time the staff has gone above and beyond our expectations with regard to their helpfulness, knowledge, and utter and complete lack of "pushy salespeople". When it's time for maintenance, they're fast and efficient, and we've never had a moment's issue with our Minis in the past.I love my new Mini, and 'Marco' is now an amazing addition to our family garage and is a complete joy to drive. I worked with Austen Mekelburg for the purchase of my 2024 MiniCooper EV. He was quite helpful and always available for questions. Overall, it was the best car buying experience that I have experienced to this date and I am 72 years old. Thanks, Austin. Also, I dealt with Matt on one occasion when Austen was busy with another customer. He was just as pleasant and helpful.Thanks, Matt.

Was shopping for a used Mini and stopped in on a whim. Matt D. was brought over to me and he introduced himself. We took a look at the minimal options they had available for used and he was easily one of the most informed sales people I've ever dealt with over multiple car buying experiences. The three stars in this review has nothing to do with Matty because he gets 5+ stars. The lower review is due to the disorganization of the finance team. On the day I went in I spent a good 2+ hours waiting on "numbers." I understand numbers take time but the dealership was not busy and the wait did not have anything to do with other customers. I left that day without the Mini and without a deal. The following day I received a call from them (not Matty) and was told they could work with price and get the loan approval where I needed it to seal the deal. Later on day 2, they had Matty call me with a revised loan approval which was on par with what I needed. Now onto day 3, today, Matty calls me and immediately apologizes, the information he was given was incorrect the prior day and the loan approval was for a different rate and a higher monthly note. But that's not all... later on day 3 Matty called me to let me know another salesman had just sold the Mini I was looking at. So in 3 days we went from no deal, to a deal, to a changed possible deal, to no more vehicle. The whole experience was an unnecessary see-saw. Matty is a rock star, no question about it. I even told him on the phone when I acknowledged his voicemail that even though I was on the fence with the Mini with issues it had, color, and the tumultuous finance experience I'd had thus far, that I had considered following through with the purchase JUST because of him. He could not be any more gracious, informative, and just a super nice guy. So when you read this review take from it that Matty D. is top notch and you should buy from him. If you have cash or are super well qualified credit wise you'll probably have no problem with finance... but if you have a number in mind, a rate in mind, and a budget, you might get whiplash a bit from them. Matty - you're the best. John Elway should be proud that you represent his name at one of his dealerships, where he was an MVP in the NFL you're an MVP at the dealership.

Jared was great. One of the best salesmen. Alex and Debra in finance were great too! Jakob was super helpful in showing features on the new Cooper SE. This is the second MINI we have purchased here and have enjoyed both experiences

These guys are great! Helping me troubleshoot my FOB issue for my Paceman. Very friendly, professional folks. Even washed and vacuumed my ride while I waited. They're gonna be my go to Mini dealer for now on.

I had an incredible car shopping experience when I was lucky enough to get Austin Mekelburg as my salesperson! He spent so much time showing me all the new features of the 2024 MINI Countryman. He knew the product inside and out and was very enthusiastic about it. It was time well spent and I highly recommend him. The car is great too!

I ve been a customer of Mini of Loveland for 6 years and I am honestly afraid to buy a car from anyone else. The warranties are incredible. Absolutely go above and beyond any other dealership or company.My warrenty has been expired for 2 years and they still go above and beyond to make sure I m safe and comfortable and that the service is affordable. Jared in the Mini of Loveland service department is my absolute favorite and I hope he knows it (I told him every chance I got. To add some credibility I will say everything has been amazing except one situation back in 2017 that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND BEYOND BEYOND to make right. So right I ve never complained again. If I talk about the situation it was how amazing they helped me and made it right.If that s the worst someone has to say about a place, I d say go for it!! Mini s are also amazing cars and essentially a luxury BMW at an affordable price. Can t say enough wonderful things. Love them!!!

Just got my new mini here and cant say enough good things. Jared Boulter, my advisor, was super knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy or commit to anything. The process was super straight forward and quick and I love my mini so much!
