Fantastic service at this little dealership in Loveland, CO. We were about to be stranded by a faulty sensor on the DEF reservoir. We had filled the DEF to the top on our Sprinter as we traveled across the US, and refilled it in Joliet when the DEF symbol came on again. After refilling it the second time, the message to FILL DEF never reset. So that meant we had only ten ignition starts before the computer would shut us down from driving the vehicle anymore. After several garages and parts stores in the middle of Nebraska, and no luck clearing the codes, we decided to head to the nearest Mercedes dealer using one of our remaining 2 ignition starts left. Every dealer was booking into the next month and could not fit us in. We understood it would only take a few minutes to clear the codes and we could get another ten ignition starts, enough to get us back to Oregon. Then once in Oregon we could get the obviously faulty DEF sensor fixed at our local Mercedes dealer. Even the little Mercedes dealer in Loveland was full and the parking lot was brimming with Mercedes vehicles waiting to be serviced, but Casey at the service desk comprehended our dire situation and stepped in to help us. She said if we could get there early Wednesday morning, they would be able to put the code reader on it. We arrived at 8:15 and waited just more than half an hour, till Kiefer had a break and was able to come see us. He diagnosed the problem and cleared the codes and got the DEF symbol to go away in just a few minutes. We were on the road in less than two hours, thanks to the dedication and care of these two individuals, Casey and Kiefer, and kudos to the organization at Loveland Mercedes who would allow and even encourage that kind of customer service. Thank you one and all !

Nick Martinez did a great job and we had a very good experience finding the right vehicle. We went back and forth on pricing and came to a great conclusion. We felt like we got a good deal and they will make some $, I consider that a great job for both sides.

Unable to rotate tires on a dually Sprinter so we have to make another appointment somewhere else to do the remainder of the work we asked them to do. We would have found another place if they'd told us ahead of time that they were unable to perform the necessary tire rotation.

I brought my ML in for a recall. Was given a ride to my place of work and vehicle was dropped off sparkling clean and vacuumed only a couple hours later. Great job!

Carlos Sanchez is great. I had purchased a car used and was still registered through Loveland MB. I needed Mercedes ME to work for me now as the owner. Carlos was very professional and patient in assisting me getting it setup and working.
