The service department is beyond professional, specifically Scott. He was in good communication with me during the entire service and repairs on my vehicle and was honest and upfront with all the details. Secondly their mechanic Wade was persistent and diligent in finding the proper diagnoses and and properly repairing my vehicle.

Very disappointed with my service. Oil change was quick and easy but when I went to check out, I was told front and back breaks were desperately needing to be changed. All were magically worn evenly to less than 1mm and practically metal on metal. I was told they needed to be done ASAP and was quoted $1600. I called my friend who usually does my car repairs to have him take a look. Front brakes were about 3 and back brakes closer to 5/6. I have had issues like this before and just a reminder of why I will not be going back. I can t trust the techs and staff here.

Purchased a new pickup today from Dawson at Loveland Buick and GMC. I have bought many trucks over the years and he was excellent to work with. Dawson doesn t have that typical car salesman attitude, vibe, or undesirable charm. No pressure, no hassle, and no issues-that s his style. He put down a good offer, didn t take forever to get to the point, and was sincere all the way. Dawson made the sale and plan to purchase more from him. Thank you young man!

My experiences at Loveland GMC are going downhill. I went in for a oil change and was charged over $100. Wow. In the past they offered a coupon or reduced cost. Not anymore. After my oil change, I was told my brakes needed to serviced. Wow again. My brakes were just done at Loveland GMC three weeks ago and in great shape. Who does that? Ready for the third Wow? When I had my brakes done here, I asked if there were any brakes specials available. I was told no. On the media screen behind the service rep were two (2) brake specials. I pointed it out and saved $400. Wow.

We had a great experience with Marek at Loveland Buick GMC! It was a long search for the right truck and dealership. My husband and I had looked at least 15 different trucks and all over Colorado. We have a great truck and needed to trade in to upgrade to something heavier duty to tow our new fifth wheel. We went with Marek and Loveland Buick GMC because we were able to negotiate and have honest conversation about what we need for our family and how are trade in would benefit the next owner. Marek was patient and was easy to communicate with. Roman was also excellent and helped get everything set to work with our credit union which is out of state. The whole team was patient with our two young girls also, a big perk when car buying can take so long. We highly recommend Marek and Loveland Buick GMC. If you're in the market and want a fair deal, quality vehicles, and a friendly shopping experience, look no further!

Paul was my service agent and did a fantastic job. He kept me informed of every step and was able to get my truck in sooner. On top of that, once my problem was diagnosed, it was fixed the same day. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Just purchased a 2024 pickup from Robin. He was super friendly, persists, knowledgeable, and worked to close this deal. I was at another dealer ready to pull the trigger when he called. He asked for a few min to get me a better deal and delivered! I appreciate the team working late at we showed up 10 min before they closed. I'll definitely give them the opportunity to find my next vehicle.

We purchased a new vehicle here a couple weeks ago. When we got it home there was a service issue that came up. I spoke with Josh at the dealership and within two hours we had a tow truck at our front door with a rental vehicle for us to use too! We live in Arvada, so it was not a close drive for them. Josh called several times over the next two days with updates on the vehicle. They then drove our car back down, it had been washed and had a full tank of gas. We're so impressed and would definitely recommend working with Josh and his team.

The vehicle was filthy first of all. Pic below, however that was an easy fix I guess. What was mind boggling is how we received 3 other trade -in valuations on my 2016 Acadia SLT, super clean, from ranges of 7000 -8500. This older white male salesman gave us a trade-in value of 4200! Why you ask? He said because of a recall on the airbag that they can't fix because they're waiting on parts. I reminded him he was listed as a authorized dealership to make the corrections and he said, but we don't have any parts. Needless to say we ran from this place and found a beautiful, fully loaded suburban at Autonation South location in the Springs, and got over 1k more than we expected on our trade in! Don't even consider this place. I should've read reviews before we made the drive. I got catfished!

I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change week in advance, and THEY DIDNT HAVE A LIFT LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE TIRE ROTATION!!! Why not tell me that when I scheduled the appointment? Very frustrating. Thankfully, the oil change was quickUPDATE We had other warranty things where we needed to go to the dealership to have them done. After lots of issues (no fault of theirs, even GMC specialists (multiple) were having issues), the service guys were very nice, and accommodating. They also figured out the tire rotation thing, so raising their rating from 2 to 4 stars.

My wife and I just got our first truck from this dealership and it was definitely a big decision for us. Luckily the team at Loveland GMC really were there to help us out. Marek especially worked really hard to get us a deal that we were comfortable and happy with. I definitely would be more than happy work to with Marek again in the future!

Chris and Keith at King Buick GMC were both great to work with! They made the car buying process simple and easy. I test drove the car and noticed the front driver s side speaker wasn t working and they were nice enough to fix that for me prior to selling me the vehicle. Additionally, when I came in to buy the car they had everything ready to go for me including financing so I was able to just sign some paperwork and drive away in my new car. I think they have fair prices and I would highly recommend this dealership!

I m so thankful and happy that I purchased my new 2022 GMC Terrain AT4 from King GM in Loveland CO. Dale made the process quick and painless. I can say that this was my first time ever I had a great time shopping for a new vehicle. The whole team at this location were kind and very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a great experience and a great deal. I for sure will be back when I need a new vehicle.

I purchased a 2023 GMC Canyon from the King GMC Longmont location in July of 2023. I reached out via email to cancel my service contract in September of 2023, well within the 60 day refund window. I was repeatedly ignored by Tim, and now Jenny throughout the whole process and as of this review, nothing has changed. The only substantial update was that they were going to mail me a check of the wrong amount, which never arrived. When I asked about getting a refund of the correct amount, I was again just ignored and given no substantial updates.To note, the Longmont location has since been sold so my issue was passed to the Loveland location.

I had an emergency tire issue on my business vehicle. With no appointments or time available for days, Paul and his crew were able to work me in and get my vehicle back on the road ASAP! The Service Managers are great. I like how they list the Service Technician s name on the paperwork so if you have questions, they can follow up with them.

The only issue I had was when my repair took longer than a day, it would have been nice to have a loaner vehicle. But repair was completed and completed well by the end of next day

The service department at King Buick GMC is super awesome. My daughter had an AC issues and it was diagnosed and fixed same day and only in a few hours. The service writer was super nice and explained everything to her in a way she understood what was wrong with it. Thanks for helping her out. She said it was a really good experience for her first ever vehicle issue.

Their Servive Department is wonderful! Tyler and his team are the only people we trust to take care of our vehicles. We had purchased our Buick from another company but after the care we received at King GMC it will probably be the only place we purchase and service our cars.
