Our Ram 3500 suffered extensive hail damage from a storm last summer. We found out about paintless hail repair & took our truck to the Dent & Ding Surgeon. Rick & his assistant did an excellent job at restoring our truck - it looks even better than it did before the hailstorm. They spent a considerable amount of time on the roof in order to save it and avoid replacement.Communication from the shop was excellent and the truck was ready when they said it would be. Although Rick worked with our insurance company, it was obvious that he was looking out for our best interests. For all-around quality work, Dent & Ding Surgeon comes highly recommended.

I had hail damage and a nasty door dent, along with some deep scratches. Rick was able to work all of them out, and spent extra time on the door dent. I never thought the dent in the door would be able to come out and he was able to get the job done! I 10/10 recommend this place above all other repair shops. Communication was also fantastic and he worked well with the insurance company. Thank you for restoring my baby back to brand new!

After my like-new Honda CR-V was caught in a hailstorm, I had no idea how all the dents could be fixed let alone where to go for repair. After some research I learned about the PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) process and found Rick at Dent & Ding Surgeon. He did a great job on my CR-V and which now looks better than before the hail damage. Rick takes pride in his workmanship; he communicated well throughout the process and took extra steps to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I especially liked the extra attention to detail and personalized customer service he provides as a small business owner. There are lots of options out there, but I highly recommend Rick and Dent & Ding Surgeon. I would not hesitate to take another of my vehicles to him in the future.

I had a dent in the bed rail of my pickup bed. Had a guy come out to fix it with PDR which actually caused more damage to include paint damage. I went to Dent and Ding Surgeon and visited with Rick and Seth and they got my pickup right in and got to work on getting it corrected. They were both absolutely amazing and took time out of their daily schedule to help me out. Can't say enough positive things about their kindness and excellent work. Be careful on who you trust to do your PDR repairs. I will always be going back to Dent and Ding Surgeon.

Dent & Ding Surgeon exceeded my expectations in every sense. The shop is very clean and organized, so their professionalism is evident. Rick is a pleasure to work with and he is very thorough on every step. He helped me work things out with my insurance. Dent & Ding Surgeon is one of the best providers of paintless repair on the Front Range and you can take that to the bank! Rick has the real & true reviews to prove it.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. My new VW got hailed on June 17 in Loveland. I couldn t stop blaming myself for leaving my car outside. There were 40ish dents and dimples on the hood and the roof. Fortunately I found reputable Rick, I felt super relaxed when working with him. More importantly, I was so impressed by his skills and craftsmanship. The car got fixed perfectly. You are not able to see any traces of repair. Such a miracle! I recommend Dent & Ding Surgeon to anyone in Loveland and Ft. Collins area. Do it once, Do it right!

WOW. Rick at Dent and Ding Surgeon has been fantastic!! He was so helpful with suggestions for navigating the process of getting the extensive hail damage on my car repaired, and he and his team worked hard to make sure the repairs were completed by the time he said they would be. And my car looks INCREDIBLE! I would recommend Rick's work to anyone in northern Colorado!

Rick did an awesome job on my Honda Civic. It had extensive hail damage. I am so happy with the work he done. This is the best place in the Loveland and Ft. Collins area to have your hail damaged vehicles done.

Rick is simply the best. Great guy. Clean shop. Passionate about perfection. He took every ding and a very sharp crunch out of my 911 and it truly looks good as new. Easy to work with. Easy to trust. Hope I never have to do this again but if I do, it s going back to Rick s!

I couldn t be happier. Rick treated my truck as if it was his own vehicle. Which is exactly what you want. With the recent golfball size hail I had some real bad dents. Rick not only got them out completely but also dealt with insurance to get the correct amount of coverage rather than their wimpy first try. I will recommend Dent & Ding Surgeon to any and everyone I know.

Rick and his team did an excellent job, worked to meet a tricky timeline, worked well with our insurance and made sure we were aware of the process and progress on our truck. I was bummed when our brand new 2017 F150, was hammered with 6k worth of hail damage. But after the paintless repair, she looks good as new. Highly recommend.

WOW! I received above and beyond service, and my car looks beautiful! The hail damage I received consisted of tiny dings all over the hood of my car, that you could see in the right light. My car looks brand new again and I am so grateful to Rick and his team at Dent and Ding Surgeon! You guys are amazing!!!!

Rick did a great job on my 2020 Tacoma that got hit hard by a hail storm in Longmont in May. There was golf ball size dents all over the roof and hood and smaller ones on all fenders and doors. It took a little longer than he originally said to get it done (about 3 weeks) but I was fine with it because he did a meticulous job. He even waxed the whole truck as he went. I looked it over hard and can t find a single dent he missed. Overall very satisfied. He handled the supplemental claim with Allstate as they originally paid me out for only a fraction of the damage. I didn t have to fight with them at all as Rick took care of it. A+

Rick and his team at Dent and Ding Surgeon are true artists, my Subaru was recently extensively damaged in a hail storm and after picking it up there is no evidence of hail damage and best of all it was all fixed with no body filler or paint!!!This is the second time I have driven from Cheyenne to have Rick repair hail damage on a vehicle and each time it has been well worth the drive because of the quality of work and customer experience.If you are in Colorado or Southern Wyoming and find yourself in need of paintless dent or hail repair, Dent and Ding Surgeon should be your first call!

Rick has worked on a few of our cars at this point, and every time he has gone above and beyond. he works well with the insurance companies and will def get your car taken care of. he fixed things that he didn't have to just because he knew he could. I can't recommend him enough. also he's very nice!

After an unfortunate hit and run, my Tahoe was left with quite a large door dent. I called Dent and Ding Surgeon after seeing their amazing reviews and now I know why! Rick helped me every step of the way and his dent repair is flawless! It's like it never happened! I am so pleased with his work and attention to detail, we will be bringing our other car to him for a hail repair. He is definitely the best in the Loveland and Fort Collins area.
