Mia did a fantastic job working with me and my insurance to get my vehicle repaired. It was done earlier than expected and the car looks brand new. Great job! Customer service was amazing and communication was great

Caliber Collision's professional service and friendliness was outstanding. Their calculation to completion was accurate and I was kept informed of their progress. When they drove my car to the door for my pickup it looked like a new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I got my car fixed here after an accident and they did an excellent job. They were communicative and friendly. It wasn t the quickest fix (my car isn t super common) but they did a great job communicating every step of the way. Nia was the main person working on it and she was AWESOME. Very friendly and professional. My car looks exactly the way it did before the wreck. The paint match is exact and you can t even tell it had its bumper replaced.

The customer service at Caliber Collision in Loveland was exceptional from check in to pick up. The front office team was specific, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely every step of the way. Drew had our estimate itemized clearly and our questions were answered on the spot. The repair team did an amazing job on the body and paint. We have had two different cars repaired with them and each time they went above and beyond to make each experience exceptional. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Caliber Collision!

Worst service I ve ever had, took over a month for original service first set for the 17 of December. Drop off was 11/14/23 Then pick up moved to 12/27/23. I had looked at my app to find that out. Saturday I was told they had to order a part because they didn t see it. So had my car over a month and didn t look at it enough to still have to order parts. I ve been the one reaching out to them and can t even get a straight answer. Thanks to their lack of service and incompetence I have to rent a car to get my family outings done. Will never use them again and I will be seeking out legal options to get my car back finished with repairs or not. I ve already gone to Colorado state Board of insurance. This has been a nightmare and I highly recommend picking another company

Taking our car to Caliber Collision after my sons accident was the best decision. Drew made a difficult situation run smoother. The communication from him providing updates put my mind at ease. Highly recommend this shop for your collision repairs.

Most excellent experience!The location is within 3 miles from my home which was fantastic. The staff was super nice and helpful - receptionist, management and the vehicle repairmen. The man working on my car even used their shuttle to give me a ride to work (only because my business was so close to their location).Since I had much lighter repairs, I was even able to get my vehicle back in 1 full work day.I will definitely use them again in the future!Tim HarrisWindsor, COService: Body & Trim

Exceptional facility and experience from start to finish. We needed to have the molding on our windshield looked at. Kerry was professional, prompt and detailed. We have used Caliber before to have body damage repaired to another car. This new location is fantastic!! Easy to get to and clean (near restaurants if you need to wait for service). Would highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Fantastic experience! My car got side swiped and had to go through insurance to get it fixed. Caliber got me in before my scheduled date, finished the work before estimated time of completion, and the work was great. Casey was so friendly answering the myriad of questions I had, and Monique was so knowledgeable and would give me a call every step of the process that got completed to keep me updated. Hope I never have to come see you again, but I 100% would choose this location to get any repairs done in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took for ever to come to front desk then when I asked to get me in for appt a week later they canceled my appt saying I need to go somewhere else to get my car looked at then when I reached out to the other party insurance they claim they never heard from caliber got the run around for sure

Monique and Mark, the GM, really understand customer service and helping those in need. They are a newer collision center in town and have a wonderful facility to do repairs. I've had two experiences with them, I have had my personal vehicle and my business vehicle repaired at this location and both times their communication throughout the process was impressive. I would highly recommend taking your car here for a repair if needed. Quality work and customer service.

I had a small accident with my 2020 Ford Ranger and my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. I'm extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality and timeliness of their work. It looks brand new and they were done a week earlier than their promised date. Another great thing about their service is that they will give you very timely email updates as to the progress of your vehicle. You won't regret using their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The actual work done on my car was great, but they found a balance on my account that I didn t know about several months later (some insurance confusion). They called to inform me and I didn t get the call because I was traveling and not immediately reachable. They called again 5 days later, this time I was on a plane so again didn t answer. After this call they said they were starting the collections process. After literally 5 days and with zero official written notice of the balance on my account. Apparently their policy is to send to collections after calling twice (I clarified this with a manager), so if you re somebody who may not be reachable for a week or so at a time or someone who waits for written communication before paying money then you may want to use a different company to avoid ending up in collections.

My car was rear ended pretty badly and taken to this location for repairs. I recieved kind, professional, communicative service from Monique. There were delays due to part availability and I was updated every step of the way. When my car was finished, it was returned to me to with the repaired areas looking brand new, functioning perfectly, and my car is spotlessly clean. I brought my Ford Explorer in for body repairs and Caliber Collision was great to deal with. They were super friendly and flexible with appointment times. I want to specifically give a shout out to Matt at Caliber Collision who went above and beyond to take care of me. I had my 2020 Subaru Outback towed to Caliver Collision after a collision with a deer. They arranged my rental car and finished my repairs two weeks early! The car looks brand new--inside and out. I have used Caliber Collision, on Woods Avenue, in Loveland, CO, on two separate occasions:The first was for paint touch-up on a rear spoiler. The service was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent.The second was for a front bumper repair. The entire process was seamless - from assistance in communicating with the insurance company, setting up loaner vehicle through rental car company, paperwork processing and, again, the impressive workmanship.Would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service by the technicians and the service adjusters (Monique). The shop restored my vehicle to as good as new, and even helped out with general repairs after the fact. I will say though: Kacie at the front desk requires additional coaching. She's combative, impolite and not very helpful. Upon several face to face encounters, I left each time feeling she just doesn't get it and tries to fake her knowledge and information without explanation. She's very difficult to deal with. Outside of this, I'm happy with my overall repair experience.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond to fix my Ram 1500. I honestly think the truck looks better now than it did before I was in the accident that began the shop's work! Their costumer representative called at least twice a week to update me on all work being completed and the technicians did everything they could to make sure that the product being delivered was the highest quality imaginable! I would recommend this shop and the brand Caliber Collision to any and everyone who wants quality work and great costumer service.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I bring my car into this place for a few reasons, I have seen the quality of work that comes out of this place and the customer service.Casey is a pleasure to work with and Monique was there to let me know progress on my car. The guys in the shop to no surprise because I have seen what they put out made the car look factory and the paint quality above factory. Thank you all for doing a fantastic job. And in this case adding photos do not do it justice..
