Fantastic service, I'll be back. I had called several shops looking for some guidance and advice on what mods I should pursue for heavy duty towing and also was having some overheating issues. Afyer calling several other shops who just wanted to know what I wanted done, Eric spent about 1/2 an hour on the phone with me on my first call asking questions and giving me advice. No up-selling things I don't need, even talked me out of some things I was mulling spending $ on. While it was there Kristi in the front office kept me up to date and answered all my questions. Got the truck back today, and couldn't be happier. Went here on a personal recommendation, and I'll second that for sure. Thank you to the whole crew at Big Thompson

Thanks for working hard to figure out the issues with my Jeep after it was serviced. This is why I will continue to bring my vehicles to Big Thompson for service in the future. I wanted to give a big shout out to Big Thompson Diesel and Automotive! . THANK YOU for fixing my car!!You guys saved me over $1500! The car shop hat I took to before had had it for five days, were charging me $2000 and were just taking a guess at what was wrong with my car! They didn t even bother to explain anything to me!From the time that I walked into the door Kristi was very nice and very informative. I started to tell her about the noise that my car was making and she was informing me of what it could be and was looking up parts and prices. As Kristi was lletting me know, Erik walked in and Kristi then was explaining to him what was going on with my car. Erik and Kristi walked outside and we re checking my car out right then and there!Erik and Kristi know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to diagnosing cars! I left my car on Tuesday afternoon when I left town, received a call in Sunday letting me know that my car was ready and i picked it up Monday morning when I got back into town. Thank you Erik and Kristi for explaining everything and making me laugh while I was stressing my car !Thanks

They re did my transmission. Took him 3 � 2 do it right. Cost me 4 days in work. I got last then 5000 miles out of my transfer case before it completely ripped the bolt off. If I was you I wouldn't bring anything to these people

If you are looking for a Diesel repair shop to repair or maintain your truck, THIS is the place you need to come to. Their customer service is the best in the industry and the owner is extremely knowledgeable. We have taken several of our trucks here and will continue to come back. We recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for an honest, quality repair by knowledgeable mechanics. Cheap is seldom good, and good is seldom cheap. There is a difference.

WORTH THE DRIVE! Recently had an alignment done. My truck is 8 inch lifted and a pain to align. Eric and the boys knocked it out in a hour and the truck drives perfectly straight down the road. Will be back in the future.

Probably one of the best shops I've been to! Eric is really knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Great customer service and do a great job taking care of your vehicle and explaining to you everything it needs.

We have had two trucks (GMC and Ford) for full services and a couple of tough diagnostics. Their prices were fair and they provided great work. Very happy with Big Thompson and we will be back.

This is the only place I take my 03 Ford F350 Super Duty diesel. Erik, the owner is very knowledgeable, fair and stands behind his work 100%. I would recommend Big Thompson Diesel and Automotive to any and every body looking for a top notch repair shop.

Phenomenal service!! Sadly the 2 times I have needed to call were first thing in the morning and at almost 9pm. Steve was so quick to come to the rescue! If you've got a diesel, this is your place

Did a great job on the F350 new head gaskets NEW ECU set up all sensors replaced turbo and moreOne year later no leaks and running strongI recommend you stop in tell them what's wrong with your diesel
