I took my vehicle in here suspecting that my alternator was going out. BG Automotive was very professional and accommodating. They sent me an email report of the diagnostics they ran on the car, which included pictures. They were honest about the work that needed to be done. While they worked on my car Rich was kind enough to give me a ride home. When it came time to pick up my car after the work was complete, Rich came to pick me up. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

In looking for a new mechanic I have struggled with finding someplace I felt I could comfortably trust. Immediately I felt respected, treated like family, honestly and efficiently taken care of and like I made some new friends! They even stayed after hours on a Friday evening to get my Jeep up and going. I highly recommend BG Automotive! Rich was awesome, personable and helpful. Matthew and all of the rest of the team were just as amazing. The young man who worked on my Jeep was super helpful and showed me what the issue was. I am very happy with my new mechanics!

The service at BG is always superior to others I have tried! They are quick, professional, and kind to work with. I will continue to come to them with all my car needs! They are fair and don t try to make you pay for things you don t need. I highly recommend! They are my new favorite!Rich, Matt, and Brandon were friendly and helpful! Walker is a great technician and is very detail oriented!

Top notch customer service (I would give them 10 stars)! They got the job done quickly and on budget!! It s not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic but BG Automotive is definitely one of the few! I highly recommend these guys!

I have been coming to the Loveland BG Auto location for a couple years now. They always take great care of me and my vehicle. They are patient and answer all my questions. They recently took my truck in a last minute emergency to get me fixed up so I could make it home.

The three guys that I interacted with were simply amazing personable, knowledgeable and just outgoing enough.I realized that it wasn't really free but the comprehensive inspection of my vehicle right down to the dents in the bed provides a blueprint moving forward of things that need to be taken care of. I have never put much stock into this kind of thing before but this one was so thorough that it can't be overlooked as something you just get anywhere, these guys went the extra mile.Oh yeah the alignment seems to be perfect that's why we came here. The only thing I can say is that like many other things $152 for a $79/$89 alignment is slowly becoming the norm these days.

Very pleased with how fast we could get an appointment. They are very friendly, listened to my concerns and addressed them. Also did a thorough inspection which I wasn t expecting, it was very helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Matt was awesome to deal with. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Helped me unload my pickup off the trailer. Was never pushy when it came to deciding what I wanted fixed. BG auto fixed everything very quickly too. When I talked with other members on the phone everyone was nice and respectful. Thank you for all the services.

After my first experience with BG Automotive Loveland last year, I took my daily driver '99 4Runner in for it's long overdue checkup. I have older, but low mileage, vehicles with more age, not wear & tear, related issues such as rubber seals/belts and fluid changes essential in preventing major issues and expense. After the inspection I received an evaluation with pictures of each problem area rated according to priority, which ones to address together reducing labor costs and additional damage, and timeline/mileage recommendations for upcoming non urgent maintenance. As a female with auto maintenace skills and knowledge I understood the photos, explanations, and appreciated the common sense approach of grouping issues requiring the same labor costs to be done at the same time. Having had 2 vehicles serviced I can truly say I trust BG Automotive Loveland to keep my vehicles safe and help avoid future major repairs, Their "Customer Service" is outstanding!

This location truly cares about their customers! Brandon and Rich helped me get my vehicle in quickly, the repairs ride wonderfully, and when there was a pricing concern they met with me to explain all of my questions. I m grateful to this shop for being excellent with their service commitment. No more waiting weeks for appointments or worrying about the wrong fix on my old vehicle. I have found my Loveland shop. Honda Element owner approved! Thanks guys!

Really impressed with this shop and the experience I had there. Worked with a tech named Walker who performed some routine maintenance, provided troubleshooting for a non-functioning power folding mirror on my truck, and advised me on other services I know are coming up (transmission, shocks). He was really knowledgeable and able to convey everything in very understandable terms. Nothing was pushed on me and he was totally transparent in what to expect for costs, and the impacts of doing the work soon versus waiting.Across the whole experience I received service that exceeded my expectation. It was also a good sign that he had nothing but positive things to say about the owners of BG Automotive and their approach to how they operate the business. It seems they treat their employees well and invest in the right tools and technology to provide the best service for the customers. Also one of the cleanest shops I've been to... my 15+ year old truck rarely gets treated to such an environment.Fully recommend these guys and will be back when I decide to pull the trigger on some of the bigger services coming due.

The service was excellent. They took care of my car immediately and gave me a ride home. During the whole process I was kept informed by emails and calls. They made sure to have approval on all work before hand. After the work was completed they picked me up at my home . I waited awhile to post my review to make sure everything was in good shape. I'm glad to say I am pleased with the work.

Once again my experience with Brandon at BG Automotive was fantastic. He got to work right away to get my car functioning and on the road again. Overall, I can't recommend BG Automotive enough. Professional, efficient, and they truly care about their customers. If you want top-notch service and peace of mind, this is the place to go.

I recently had a fantastic experience at BJ Automotive Shop in Loveland, Colorado. From the moment I walked in, the customer service and front desk staff especially Rich Ceus and his colleagues were incredibly helpful and attentive. They provided excellent treatment as a client, making sure all my concerns were addressed promptly. Moreover, their efficiency and reliability were truly impressive; they completed the service quickly without compromising quality. Overall, BJ Automotive Shop sets the standard for automotive service in Colorado, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch service and support.

Always great service. They worked quickly to get me brakes quickly for my AMG Mercedes, and recently conducted a free safety check of my other SUV when my wife didn t feel it was driving properly. So often you get the feeling with auto body s that you are just a number and a bother but Brandon was about as communicative and thorough as possible. He was on top of every issue with my 99 Saab. Great, professional crew! I ve used them before and they always go out of their way to make my experience better than expected! I am new to city and I went to them for inspection of my car. These people are awesome. Not only guided me for the process but also get my car inspection at bare minimum. Brendon is the guy, very respectful and knowledgeable person.I mean I will be the permanent customer for them for my service going forward.Highly Recommend Thank you guys

I ve had my 2011 range rover in to both the BG Longmont and BG Loveland and both are absolutely amazing! Caring, professional staff that know what they are doing even with a European car that can be tricky and quirky. They explain everything thoroughly and don t ever gouge pricing, or try to do more than what s really needed, or make you feel dumb.

I came in early for my appointment and they got me right in. I got an alignment on my toyota tundra after 2 leveling and they did a really great job with the alignment, also they did a bonus thorough inspection with all vehicles that go through them.

I was referred to BG by another auto repair facility that could perform the mechanical work needed. BG was able to perform the work and also a regular maintenance on my vehicle. The work and attention to detail was very good so I returned when I needed another maintenance on the vehicle. They were professional in welcoming me as a customer and advised me of what might be needed to keep the vehicle in excellent condition. They will be my go to company for future work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

The correct name of this shop is Fred's Automotive Powered by BG Automotive.My 1995 Honda needed a timing belt and water pump replacement 200,000 miles - it was time). They beat another shop's price, got it in and out expediently, project done well, and a three year or 36,000 mile warranty. So, what's not to like!? Thank you, guys!
