I flew into town with the sole intention of helping my son find a safe and reliable car. I spoke to Ben Bernhardt and told him all of the things we needed to accomplish and what we were looking for in a purchase. Ben checked every box we had. He made everything happen very quickly and smoothly for us. He was also very helpful in helping guide my son through the entire car buying process. As this was his first car buying experience, that piece showed me how he truly cares about his customers. Thank you to Ben and the rest of the team for a great experience!

Andy and Nate were our contact people. Andy was professional, kind, helpful, and so lovely to work with. I m happy we bought a car from him! We had been to another dealer but their customer service was definitely not what we were looking for so we ended up at valley. Nate did our financing and it was the first time I ve bought a car without being hammered to add a million costly items. He too was professional kind and lovely to work with.

This is the absolute best Nissan dealership I have interacted with .ever. I asked them to do a full inspection for my Titan that was about to be out of warranty(100k miles) as I decided that financially I ll have to drive this one till it dies. They found some huge issues, rectified them without the usual back and forth, and gave me a loaner so that I could get to work for the 9 days they had my truck. The company culture is as good as I ve seen, and they made a customer for life.My initial service advisor was Austin, who immediately jumped up to help me diagnose a blown speaker and write me up for warranty service on the other things, and when I came in to reschedule, Austin was on vacation and Nathan was assigned to cover.Seamless, fast, courteous, professional, and friendly are just a few of the words I can use to describe the folks at Valley Nissan of Longmont.I really appreciate you taking care of me and my truck! Thank you!!!

Such a relaxing and easy going atmosphere! I worked with Nate in finance and Vakho in sales and even though I wasn t the easiest person to get approved they never once wavered from the idea that I was going home with the car I wanted. And I did! With the payment I wanted! With absolutely zero pressure or back and forth. Great job!

Our experience at Valley Nissan was excellent. Brett, Jeremy and Nate were great. They answered all our questions, were attentive to all our concerns, knew their inventory well, knew the features of the vehicles they had, and were patient while we deliberated. We felt no pressure, only assistance. It was an excellent experience.

I had a great experience working with Ben buying my truck . Also Nate doing the paperwork for the loan.The sales manger was a pleasure and took the time to listen to what I needed to be able to buy my 2023 Frontier truck with 11,000 miles .They were funny , professional and very easy to work with.I live around the corner from the Boulder dealership but just saw a few trucks as I was driving by and decided to stop.I am glad I did and feel very pleased on how I was treated .I am for sure a pleased customer

The people of Valley Nissan did a great job with my old Pathfinder. Nathan behind the service desk was super helpful and friendly and they got my car finished quickly and completely on a snow day when they were short staffed. The mechanic also did a great job. Theey really went over and above and I appreciate how well my car is running. Their report was thorough and explained a lot about what was critical to fix and what could wait. They knew we wanted to budget ourselves and they respected that. We will be returning to Valley Nissan for our oil changes and maintenance.

Leon was my main contact and he did an excellent job. He was motivated but not hard selling. Leon remained kind, patient and responsive to my questions through a process that has been painful at other dealerships. If he didn t have an answer he quickly connected me with the right person. The sales and finance staff were all pleasant to deal with and provided straightforward information. I left feeling comfortable that I had gotten a reasonable price on an exciting new EV!

I worked with Ben at Valley Nissan. He was great throughout the experience. We had a minor issue and it was corrected the next day without hassle. I would highly recommend Valkey Nissan and if you want the best ask for Ben!

We worked with Tyler at Valley Nissan in Longmont for our first EV purchase. I highly recommend him, he was patient, caring and very professional. Owning an EV is a big learning curve especially with all the new technology in these vehicles. Tyler took the to time to explain features we are new to.He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love this dealership. It's the best Nissan dealership in the region. They let you know what maintenance your car needs on paper, but they don't bug you about it, AT ALL!, They have a great, economical, oil change package.

My lease was ending in 3 months, I was nervous and unsure so I started early weighing my options and figuring out what would be the best fit for me. Salesman Ben and manager Jeremy both helped me a considerate amount up until the last moment. I now have a new car, it's beautiful and I love it! Just wanted to give a huge shout out to those two men for their constant patience and perservearance helping me all the way through.

Andy and Robin were a pleasure to deal with. They found the car I wanted in Greeley, picked it up, and brought it to Longmont. We did a lot of the paperwork online and I was in and out of the dealership in 40 minutes - a new record for me. The car wasn't charged 100% when I left, so Andy delivered it to my home later that day. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Always a great experience at Valley Nissan. We have owned our Titan truck since new - 20 years! - and a major reason is the competent and honest service they have provided over the years. Sometimes they haven't even charged us when they didn't find a serious problem. Valley is the reason I hope we'll keep the truck for another 20 years!

My service adviser, Austin, was great to work with. Over the past few months, my Leaf has been in 4-5 times. It started with a recall that didn't go as planned. My car needed to stay in the shop for replacement parts to arrive. Austin was quick with the communication, apologetic, and set me up in a loaner vehicle. After the replacement part came in, the car was still having troubles with the radio. Austin worked with me on documenting the issues (multiple) and escalating to Nissan. Eventually, a replacement part was ordered and Austin got my car back in quickly. Honestly, the amount of times the car was in was incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Austin was clearly an advocate on my behalf, an excellent communicator, and very empathetic and respectful. He made the difference in my experience at the dealership.

I just recently purchased my first brand new vehicle from Valley Nissan. Typically in these type of sales situations I become extremely anxious. From start to finish I was very at ease! The staff is very welcoming and helpful.The best part of the process was working with my amazing Sales Consultant, Vakho. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and budget. He went above and beyond to get me into the perfect vehicle. I left feeling really good about my deal. Nate in finance was also really easy to work with and made the scariest part very simple. I love my new Rogue! I will definitely be back for future car needs.I highly recommend Valley Nissan and Vakho!

Best decision about cars I've made in a long time. Went to Valley Nissan looking for replacement of my Dodge Charger. The minute I walked in, Andy came to help and helped me he did. Now I am in a better car for myself as I am disabled. Andy is very friendly, polite and very good at what he does.

Ben was knowledgeable and accommodating. This was a very little pressure and positive experience. Needless to say.. you always have to do your homework and come in prepared with other quotes if you want a better deal. No one gives you their best deal up front. They were willing to match but not beat the other guys! We still feel we got a pretty fair deal. Ben was great to work with.

Went there on a snowy day and was greeted by Tyler in Sales (as scheduled). The car was as represented and they replaced the battery when it wouldn t start and will be replacing the cracked windshield. They were very responsive and accommodating. only downside was the list price is not the final price once you add in all the dealer cost and other extras. But I but love my new/used car and would refer valley Nissan if you re shopping.

Not only was everyone super helpful and supportive, they spent several hours working on getting my payments to fit in my super strict budget. When my insurance also jumped outside the budget with the car I took home, they were still willing and able to help get that payment down and help me work with competitive insurance offers to get a payment that was doable for me. Super patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and would definitely be a place I d go back to. Shoutout to Chris Whiteside, Leon, and Chuck!! Thanks for everything! <3 11/10 experience

I found the friendliest dealership with so far the best after sales care in the territory. They went the extra mile to find us the perfect car as well and then drove it 100 miles to deliver it. Should I be in the market for another vechile this is where I'll be. The Christopher was so accommodating, friendly, and caring, I would give him a shinning bright 5 stars.
